I bougth a Orient watch from their site.

Big surprise when receiving the watch : I have to pay +40% of custom taxes (where as my local VAT is 20%).

Contacting customer service to ask why I have to pay more than my local VAT rate : they explained to me *afterward* how to avoid taxes. I did ask them why they did not state direction before but after the order...and I learned that their advice is not reliable as their final words are : even with taxes, the watch price they sell is a good price !

Thus prepare to pay +40% more than the price on their site. Moreover, the customer service has nothing todo with customer service : hope you don't have nay wacht failure if buying with them (generic watch box with mere protection, return fees at your cost, etc.)

Better to know actual stuffs.

I ordered a SEIKO Alpinist SARB017 from Creation watches on the 16th of November, selecting the DHL Express 2-4 day delivery option. Firstly, the ad clearly stated free DHL Express was included with the purchase of this specific model, but after enquiring why the system still charged an additional $29 shipping fee, the refused to give an explanation. I ordered it for a client and had to make good on my promise to deliver it within 7 days, so I placed the order despite their false claim.

Since paying for it on November 16, it took another four days to receive a tracking number. To my horror, the tracking number indicated they sent it with EMS post, a standard shipping option which usually takes 30-60 days to arrive since it is handled through the South African Post Office. This upset me to no end, and after multiple correspondence via email, Creation watches' customer service representatives all parrotted the same answer: "Don't worry. The parcel will arrive soon." This non-reply reply to my emails are utterly frustrating since they simply refuse to help resolve the issue. I had in the mean time refunded my client, disappointed my client, lost a sale and opened a dispute through PayPal, which alone might take 30 days if not longer considering the festive season is upon us. I guestimate, based on past experience with the local postal system, this parcel may or may not arrive sometime in the new year.

To add insult to injury, Creation watches have cut off all communication with me and ultimately left me to my own devices. I only hope the PayPal route will result in a favourable outcome, even though the loss of income and disapponting a client is currently the worse result I could stomach.

I trust whoever decides to deal with Creation watches in the future, do so knowing full well that they are on their own, not if something goes wrong, but when it does. I've had many past dealings with them, and prior to this episode, I have had to accept the fact on more than a few occasions watches arriving in damaged boxes, or the wrong model specific boxes.

Don't be fooled by their prices. Counting all costs and disappontments, they are markably more expensive than most.

What happened?
They charged me for my purchase and then canceled my order without telling me.
I didn't know that doing like that was legal or normal. Because they don't answer my emails and calls. I don't understand what's going on. I want to get my money back.
I was scammed or what? Are there people who have the same issues and suffered from the Creationwatches.com?

Good selection and prices but terrible customer service. My watch failed within warranty period and Creation told me to take it to the local service centre. I could not do this as the watch was not covered by manufacturer warranty, but by Creation (the warranty card had been removed from the watch manual when I received it). Had to argue this point repeatedly despite it being stated on the Creation website. When they finally agreed to a repair under warranty, the fault was not rectified. After sending it for a second time it is now worse. They have now said to either send it again or they will send me the movement and I can arrange a local repair, but will only about refund 50% of the cost of repair! It does not even cover the cost of posting the watch back to them twice. They have also not answered any of my questions regarding how this was handled and provided virtually no information whilst my watch was with them for repair. Will never buy again from them again.

They cancel my order placed threw their web site after I was charged in my credit card, they ask me to a proof of identity they claimed its for my protection... So I send them my medicare card to prove my identity which seems that was not good enought I did not want to send them a copy of my driver licence or passport since I was afraid of theft identity since they already had my credit card information I live in canada,

! Buyer be wary!

Beware if problems occur with your purchase & you require vendor action.

Creation watches falsely advertised the particular item I purchased from them.

The advert reads as follows "new with tags: a brand-new, unused, and unworn item (Including handmade items) in the original packaging (Such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached."

Original packaging was not provided! This is a limited edition piece and I am a collector. I would not have made the purchase if the advert indicated original packaging was not provided.

Trying to deal with them is impossible! They lead me round and round in circles with full blown rhetoric!

My experience shows me they are dishonest unscrupulous and unethical.

Sadly paypal does not seem to take these matters seriously.

Dear readers I purchased a limited edition watch from Creation Watches. They advertised that the watch will be shipped in original packaging but it was not.

I live in Germany and the advertising reads, and I quote "Neu mit Etikett: Neuer unbenutzter und nicht getragener Artikel in der Originalverpackung"

The watch was delivered in another Seiko box but not the original box allocated for this limited edition item.

This is False Advertising.

Creation Watches is located in Singapore. I am not doubting the product is original but I did not receive what I paid for. As a collector of watches having the original packaging is for me 50 % of the value of the package.

I recently ordered a Seiko watch with Creation Watches, a company based in Singapore. Upon receiving the watch I had to pay roughly a third of the price on top - as duties. I know that legally there probably is no way for me to get compensated. But I wanted to bring your attention to the fact that Creation Watches have buried the customs information somewhere in the fine print. Also customer service of Creation Watches is showing no sign of goodwill to help in any way. So what supposed to be a good deal now turns out to be an extremely expensive endeavor. I urge everybody to be aware of that and rather turn to other dealers. Otherwise you are running the risk of a rude awakening.

Bought a watch from this company and they cancelled my order. When I contacted Creationwatches they said that my order was not in stock. Strange thing that they did that not telling me anything. Anyway I asked for a refund and they assured me I'll get my money back and asked me not to worry about that. Several days passed and I asked about my money and received nothing but empty promises. I have no idea what to do now, it really seems like they decided to keep my money.

I'm extremely disappointed with Creation Watches. Purchased a watch from them and used it for about two months and then it broke. I contacted Creation Watches customer support and asked about the repair service and they said that I can send them the watch and they will take a look at it.
So I paid for the shipping and sent my watch to Creation Watches. One week passed and I contacted them and asked about my watch and they said they need more time. Waited and waited and nothing! Then they just stopped replying! They still have my watch and it seems like they decided to keep it.

Please do not purchase anything from them!
I purchased a MK watch from them last December. After 8 months of used, the crystals came off and others about to come off too!
As none of the jewelry and watch repair in Sydney had the square stones to fit my watch, I emailed creationwatches several times, they used the robot automatically reply my email and refused to help.
After posting my query on their Facebook, they blocked me straightaway! They are horrible and hopeless in customer service!
AVOIDING and BLOCKING customers that all they do!

Returning wristwatch ordered 6/21/16 because same product of similar design was given to family member on employment anniversary date. Refund promised if explanation provided and watch in original condition.

First of all - do not even think about buying a watch there. I made this mistake in March 2016. I ordered a watch that was labeled Tissot for my brother as a present. The cost was 353€ (shipping included). When I first got a message with the shipping code and saw that is was coming from Singapore I was already not happy. 1 week later I received a message from the German customs that they decided to destroy the watch due to violation of copy rights. I contacted creationwatches.com right away and demanded my money back. U will get 20 different answers from 20 different person all not knowing what the others have told you. So there is no chance to count on customer service here. I do not know how they managed to get the watch out of German customs but 2 weeks later it was delivered to my apartment. I refused to take it. If I would have taken it I would have to pay about 100€ custom fees (import from China). I think even this a lot of people do not recognize when they buy a watch there. But my main reason was that I can not sure that is it an original watch after the letter by the German customs (I am more than happy to share it to anyone who is interested). Creationwatches warned me not to take it and said that they will charge me for import customs and the total shipping costs (both directions). I got my partial refund a few days ago and now the entire matter is within my lawyer. I will suit creationwatches for this and I hope I prevent other potential customers from making the same mistake. I even informed creationwatches that I am going to broadcast their procedures if the do not refund my money completely. It is sad how less they care... But anyway I hope I can safe you guys some monetary losses.

Keep in mind that the watches are not even that much cheaper if you add the import taxes! And then still nobody can be sure if it is an original watch.

I ordered two Casio watches from their website back in November 15.
They were going to be given as presents, so I emailed them and asked if they will come in a box. They replied that the watches will be in original Casio boxes.
Unfortunately, both watches arrived inside a single plain postal carton box and they were thrown in it only wrapped in cheap plastic bags.

I contacted them to complain because I couldn't give the watches as presents inside plastic bags. They replied that their provider doesn't supply boxes for these watches.
In another email they said "Under 75 USD watches, we do not send boxes".
Not only this was not written anywhere in the products webpages, they had gone further deceiving me by assuring me via email that the watches will be in their Casio boxes.

Later, I wrote reviews of the watches at the relative webpages of their website and mentioned the fact that the watches come without a box. CreationWatches deleted both reviews after a while.

I repeatedly asked but they never explained why they lied saying the watches will be in their boxes or why they deleted the reviews.
They could at least do the simplest thing, say they are sorry.
Or honor their customer service and send a couple of boxes after all the fuss.
But unfortunately, they never did either...

Very disappointing experience with them, pure liars with a deceiving website and bad customer service.

Bought the watch December 2014. The watch was faulty. They told me to take it to Casio Thailand as it had an international warranty. Casio Thailand told me the problem with the watch, a manufacturing problem and informed me that there was no international warranty on the article. Creation watches told me to send it to them for repairs. After 4-5 months and after repeated requests from myself, they sent it back, allegedly repaired. I sent a scathing email to them and they apologised told me to send it back. They have had it, ever since September 2015. They will not even reply to my emails. They are little more than criminals as far as I'm concerned.

I purchased a watch from Creationwatches the delivery was first class I had concerns about my watch ie on the face of the watch witch is a seiko divers watch there's a X above the word kinetic this X is not on the wed pictures or video from there company or on any of the sites on www I have asked them to tell me if the watch it real they sent me a email after nearly a week saying (the face of the watch is blue.)? I an of the opinion they are avoiding my questions as to the authenticity of my watch And in my opinion they are just trying to fob me off

On 20 July 2015 I placed an order for two Seiko watches, a model SRP645K1 ($185) and model SARZ003 ($205) for a total of $390 excluding shipping.

I then received an email from creationwatches informing me that the SRP645K1 would be sent from Singapore via DHL while the SARZ003 would be sent directly from Japan.

The alarm bells should have started ringing when I checked on my order status on the creationwatches website and noticed that it did not even list any information regarding the SARZ003, but only showed the SRPK645K1 at $390 plus $29 shipping; unfortunately I assumed at the time that the order status would still be updated with correct and complete information.

DHL then sent me a pre-clearance notice regarding the import duties owed and I proceeded with payment of said amount. However, when I took delivery of the watch and looked at the invoice, I noticed that it included the total of $390 for both watches. Being concerned about being charged customs fees again once the second shipment arrives I sent creationwatches an email (as per attached screenshot) giving them a very detailed description of my problem and asking them for a response to three questions.

1. I requested that they update/correct the order status on their website.
2. I requested that they update me on the shipping status of SARZ003.
3 I gave a detailed explanation regarding the invoice and customs duties already paid on the total order, stating that I should not be liable for any further customs fees once the SARZ003 arrived in my country. I asked them to confirm this and advise me.

The response from creationwatches customer care was pathetic, to say the least.

1. Creationwatches didn't bother updating the order status.
2. They confirmed that the order for SARZ003 was still being processed and reiterated that it would be sent directly from Japan.
3. The most important question was completely ignored and left unanswered by them.

On 14 August 2015 I received notification from my local post office that SARZ003 is ready for collection and that, as I feared, I owed $40 in import duties.

I promptly went ahead and completed my review of the transaction on creationwatches.com, as requested by them in an earlier email - which I quote below:

"Poor customer service. My order included two watches which were dispatched separately. I was invoiced for both watches with the first shipment, and then again for one watch with the second shipment which means that I've been overcharged on import duties by $40. I realized the possibility of this happening after receiving the first shipment and looking at the invoice but my email query raising my concerns was ignored. I will not be buying from your company again."

Not surprisingly, my review is nowhere to be found on creationwatches.com

Even more ironic is the fact that, while an order is being processed, creationwatches customer care send the customer these friendly little emails thanking the latter for shopping with them, asking for customer feedback, and inviting the customer to contact them with any queries or feedback; but, when put to the test, they become unhelpful and even rude.

I will never buy from this shop again, and I want my experience to serve as a warning to unsuspecting customers out there. Shop from creationwatches.com at your own peril.

we bought 2 of the orient fem7500 range of watches from creation watches and were told by vanya that they had a power reserve button but in all the emails they sent and after trying to get this function to work it simply does not, the only thing that happens is the day function is advanced, also the box supplied was crap not genuine and not given the chance to have a real one and the booklets dont fit in there is no mention of the power reserve function in their pdf doc or online or anywhere relating to this watch, if the staff dont know about the product dont lie about it or to me so i buy two of them, unhappy with the watches unhappy with customer services, was also told to take to a dealer or send it back at our cost and might get partial refund, the watch looks ok but unless it shows me what reserve power is left they are useless to me as you cant even wind it by hand only a sideways movement, we have contacted paypal and are awaiting their instructions, dhl were spot on, but on the whole i am not happy with the service or their attitude as we are in england there isnt much we can do but i might help some one else from making this mistake if wanting these watches,

I sent my Seiko Sportura under warrenty (3 months old) to Creationwatches.com service repair since 8 months and always the same answer:

Dear Patrick,

Sorry we can't refund you for this purchase we have not yet receive
the watch from Service Center. Repairs can take longer if it is
complicated and parts are required. It is also due to the fact that
sometimes parts need to be ordered from Japan and if there is shortage
of parts we have to wait for the next production cycle.

After receiving the watch back from Service Center we will inform you.

I think i will never see again my watch...!
I am terribly desappointed!

I buy a watch on this site in November 2014.
I received it and after a few days, it doesn't worked.
So I returned for warranty.
I returned in January 2015 and since then, they still have not returned to me.
every time i send an email they always meet the same sentence like:

“We are really sorry for the inconvenience, repairs can take longer if it is complicated and parts are required. It is also due to the fact that sometimes parts need to be ordered from Japan and if there is shortage of parts we have to wait for the next production cycle and this appears to be the case here. We have asked to repair center to speed it up. Thanks for your understanding.”

this response date there one month already.

It does not take three months to repair a watch.

this site is a scam, if you send your watch to guarantee you will never see her again.
I asked several times the Standard exchange or refund in vain.
They are thieves.
