Crazy 8 ordered merchandise, never received the order or the money back

To the complaints department:
I ordered goods from canada on dec 7th 2018. I kept waiting to receive the order and received nothing so I called crazy 8 late december. I was told that I won't be getting the merchandize as there was an 'issue' with the order. Clearly no communication was sent out about this. I was told the amount (which was conveniently only partial not including shipping charges) was refunded to a "master card" and I pushed back stating that I paid with a visa. I was a given a reference number and a promise for a two hour return with information and nothing happened so I called again on 1/11/19 only to be told that it doesn't look like the amount was credited so now they are giving me another reference number saying they will be researching what happened. So here I am out of money and no product and no answers.

Crazy 8 customer service cashiers

I was at the Crazy 8 in TownEast Mall Mesquite, Tx around 5:30 on September 16th 2018. I was minding my own business browsing around the store because this was my first time in Crazy 8, as I'm browsing I overheard the 2 cashiers on duty discussing my hair and laughing. I found this to be very unprofessional and rude, because of this experience I will never shop at Crazy 8. The actions of these 2 employees was beyond immature.

Crazy 8 online ordering services

I had recently discovered Crazy 8 this past weekend and decided to order some stuff online that I could not find in store in my local mall. Upon submitting my shipping address and billing info, the page had refreshed itself and stated that there was an error in my billing information. So I doubled checked, and I did find the zip code was not correct. I corrected it, and re submitted the order. Mind you, I doubled checked all my info before submitting the order a second time. I was again, taken back to the same page with the same error message. I then closed and opened my browser in attempts to try the process again. I had created an account at checkout the first time, so everything in my cart remained. Even all of my shipping and billing info was as I left it before closing the browser. I had checked and submitted the order for a third time, and I was AGAIN, taken to the same page with the same error of billing address message. I had then logged off the account with no more further attempts to purchase. A little over an hr later, I was unable to make a purchase at a local convenience store using my debit card. I had gone to my bank and it was then that I found out about the 2 transactions for $70.77 from Crazy 8 posted to my account. I am pissed off for many reasons... 1) The supervisor, Xavier, who took my call and assisted me on 8/18/18, was absolutely NO help what so ever. He lacked any leadership skills let alone the ability or wanting to resolve this issue for me. 2) I had to file a claim with my bank over this matter, and the process for which my money won't be returned to me is a lengthy process. Now $70 might not be that much to many people, but I am a full time working mother of 2, and the order I was trying to make on your sight was for their school clothes for next week. Now, they have no school clothes, and I do not the funds to go them. 3) After resubmitting my correct info at checkout on the Crazy 8 site, I had never received an email nor did my Crazy 8 account show that I had ANY orders in process. With that being said, how the hell are you able to charge some not once, but twice without confirmation or record of there ever being any kind of actual transaction...? Puzzling isn't it. That is my complaint and issue at hand with Crazy 8, at least the online shopping. I won't accept an apology, because an apology won't provide my kids school clothes or return me my funds. I do hope this review hurts your company and I will be submitting this review anywhere I possibly can. This is ridiculous and it should have never happened. But it goes to show, that good prices and deals such as those provided on your online site, are really to good to be true. Have a good day.

Crazy 8 referral program

I am very unpleased with the call I just made with Crazy8 customer service. A friend of mine sent me an email for 20% using Crazy8 referral program. Her name is Rona Butler, email address [protected]@aol.com (however I'm not sure if that the email address she has on file with crazy8). I received the email to [protected]@gmail.com, Rachel Carrington. The coupon code I received is HKZKZM68BC1LCRJ, in which does not work. I made a call to your customer service and provided the coupon code, my email address, and whom I received it from. The representative was unable to verify Rona Butler as a sender or myself as the receiver. She requests I contact the sender to have her call customer service to verify she actually referred me. I offered to forward the referral email to the rep for her for her to review, but she decline. I think this is ridiculous to have potential customers to jump through hoops just to use you referral program.

If calls are recorded to your customer service line, I advise you pull the call I placed at 2:16 pm CST on May 11, 2018 from [protected] to listen to get a better understanding of my situation, and how it could have been handle better. If the customer service representative could have ratified my issue better, please accept this as a training opportunity. If I could have done anything differently, I welcome the feedback.

Order from the company and this item was delivered to my apartment when no one was home, the package was left outside my door now the package is lost or missing . I need to what's going to happens now on I paid for something and not have I recieve it,
I need my items back for my daughter or my money back .
Horrible am going through this when is Christmas time when people are buying for gifts .
I need and answer to my complains .

Crazy 8 rude disrespectful workers

We weren't greeted when we entered the store in the mall. My son begin to have a temper tantrum and I was trying to calm him down and one young lady by the name of Christian that Worked there was starring so I asked her dis I need to leave and she said "If I wanted you to leave I would of said that trust me" very rude and we began to argue so I asked for the manager and a guy that told me his name was "Ke" came out and stated "I'm not with the drama I was just checking on her " I asked for both of their first and last names but they wouldn't give them to me because I told them I will be reporting them. They didn't want to give me a customer hotline number and I found this website. I'm very disappointed because I was going shopping for my 1 year old son and when we left my daughter said that they rolled their eyes as we walked out. I was yelled at in front of my kids and was told that "I get off at 9:45 " as if the young lady Christian wanted to fight. I'm never going to spend my money there. If there is nothing done I will take this to a very higher step because that is UNACCEPTABLE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. I'm a manager myself. Thanks

I agree with your opinions, however, I do not see the point of battling or egging on someone who does obviously have anger issues. There's other ways to say things; especially if you are going to point out someone flaws and berate them regardless of behavior. That's not really adult like either. That's just my OPINION. I'm neither right nor wrong. I also definitely agree that she is lucky as well to not have gotten knocked out. Like I stated to begin with, "anyone with morals would have an attitude and defend a child as well as maybe having an attitude when confronted by someone who is". All I'm saying is there are grown up ways to handle things. I don't feel it's really smart to handle a situation like this with hostility. Like you said in the long run it could be worse for the child. Beating someone down with behavior like this will probably continue to encourage this person to harm other people in the future.

This is just sad. Definitely sounds super unprofessional. At the same time, if she is slapping her son, then I understand the attitude. Anyone with morals would try to watch out for a child and may not be super nice when confronted after seeing someone slap their child. However, all of the comments using the word "stupid" repeatedly, as well as grow up in the same sentence, is just ridiculous. It's also extremely childish as well. I'm hoping you all are not grown adults talking to each other this way. Just very very sad. So yes, regardless of the OP needing to grow up; some of the people commenting have no room to talk. PATHETIC. The child should be the main concern.

Your complaint is a little difficult to understand due to your grammar. That being said, I don't see much of an issue here. While I suppose they could have been a little more professional, it sounds like you were also confrontational. What resolution are you looking for?

Crazy 8 customer service and order complaint

On November 18 th, I placed an order with Crazy 8. When I did not receive a confirmation for the order and my credit card was charged, I called customer service only to begin a 3 hour hold and conversation with Mae who could not understand me because she couldn't speak very good English.
I asked for a supervisor and she said that there was not one available.
She began to cut me off and talk over me telling me what she wanted to say instead of listening to her customers concerns.
Not sure how I will get my money back but, after 8 years of shopping with this store, I want to formally say that their customer service representatives are very rude.

Crazy 8 order completion

Clothing order placed 10/4/17. Expected delivery was 10/11, which is longer than ideal, but acceptable. It is now 10/19, and my package has not only not arrived, but after 3 calls to your overseas customer service call center, the representatives are still unable to locate my package or give me an estimated time for delivery.

They have informed me that there is not a way to speak to a stateside customer service representative, so I am attempting to reach out this way.

I would appreciate a follow-up email or phone call with information on when I can expect my order to be received.

While shopping at the Crazy 8 Store on Friday, September 29, 2017, I heard a store associate telling her co-worker that she needed to keep an eye on the “black lady” and watch her because The Children’s Place had called them. The associate walked over to an African American lady and asked her if she was finding everything okay. The lady responded Yes, and began a casually conversating with the store associate while shopping. It was very easy to read into what was going on. As I checked out, the cashier must have felt that her co-worker was not watching the lady close enough. She called for her associate to come over to the checkout counter and instructed for her to keep watching her. The young girl looked at me. The cashier must have read into by body language and facial expression. She advises me that the Children’s Place just called and stated that a black lady just left their store and appeared to be stealing. So we have to watch her because she’s black and it may be her.” The other associate that was standing beside her calming said, “Well I don’t think it’s her.” The cashier insisted that her co-worker continue watching and following her because it’s there store policy that if another store calls and mentions people stealing, they have to watch them.
I was so frustrated, but not shocked. It took a lot to finish up my transaction and walk out the door without saying anything. My complaint is for both Children’s Place and Crazy 8. Both stores were very unprofessional and disrespectful in the way they chose to handle the situation. If in fact the lady was a theft suspect, the Children’s Place should have given a clear description (Long hair, blue shirt, green shoes, ETC). Apparently this is a routinely practiced. I’m sure that the Children’s Place Human Resource Office and corporation would not approve of these tactics.
Every black and brown skinned lady that entered the store immediately became a suspect and clearly a target for racial discrimination the moment that phone call was made. I will not be shopping at that Children’s Place ever again. I have contacted and told many of my co-workers and friends about what I witnessed. The Crazy 8 cashier needed to use not just her professional judgement but a lot of common sense. I would not be documenting this incident had the cashier pulled her co-worker aside or to another part of the store and quietly talked with her about her theft concerns. I watched as this lady shopping walked out in the open with the clothing and talked to her young toddler. She had one bag with her that was centered in the middle of her back. Due to her size she wouldn’t have been able to get into it without taking it off. She wore no jacket. Just a black dress. My heart hurt for this lady who was just shopping just as I was. That type of treatment towards any customer shopping is unacceptable and sickening.

Crazy 8 employee complaining

We went on Monday August 7, at around 4:30 and one of the employees which I didn't get her name because they didn't have name tags but was working with a lady named Susan. My family and I were looking through the clothing for a little cousin of ours and she kept coming to where we were at and not yelling but saying very loudly " no no no" because yes, we unfolded clothing to check sizes and she would fold and fix them again and she did this a couple times. We weren't even comfortable anymore looking through them because she would say something.

Crazy 8 Please, stay away from this fraudulent seller!

What a terrible company to deal with! I have purchased two items from them and they immediately took my money but never shipped my order. My order was made over a month ago and it's still in process! I tried to contact Crazy 8 so many times but every time was put on hold for like forever. No one from Crazy 8 tried to help me, they simply did not care about me and my issue. I have absolutely no idea what to do and how to cancel my order and get a refund. Please, stay away from this fraudulent seller! Crazy 8 is not to be trusted.

Crazy 8 The seller is real ### and impossible to get money back

I bought clothes for my daughter from the website www.crazy8.com. I haven’t received full order and the size was wrong. The seller promised money back guarantee within 30 days, but it was lie. I returned the order back, and they simply ignored me within these days and after they informed me that it was too late to return money. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Crazy 8 Customer service

I was in this store a total if 20 minutes looking through sizes of clothes for 2 of my daughters. In that 20 minutes myself and one other customer where in the store. Iwith a couple of customers walking in glancing and walking out I was never ever asked may I assist you can I help you or even a hello. There were 2 associates. This has happened several times while at this store. We live in a community near Mexico border. I am tired of walking into this store and being ignored because I am not Hispanic while every person that is, is waited on hand and foot.

I've wanted to order and run into SEVERAL PROBLEMS with the online ordering process.
THEN... in trying to contact Crazy 8 by phone for help, their customer service number is just a constant bombardment of ads that when you try to opt out takes you to ANOTHER AD. TOTAL FRUSTRATION!

I had purchased some jeans for my son to start school. I have been waiting on them to only find out that they say my card and billing address didn't match. Which is nonsense because I have the same address as the card that I paid with. So I will no longer give them my business due to the run around. I will not longer send anyone to them either.
