Craigslist landscaping service

I want to file a complaint against this contractor. I hired him to remove shrubbery from the front and back of my house. We went over what was to be done. My complaints are that despite going over the items in the rear. He did not remove stuff he had cut down. I have thick branches that he cut and he refused to remove as agreed upon.

He had agreed to start on Monday July 9th and called to start on July 6th when we were out of town. My adult daughter was home so I agreed to let him do it. Before I came home on Sunday, he had left a pile of debris in my back drive where I couldn't pull my car out. Fortunately he came over and pushed this back. Then on Monday he came over to finish the job and chipped some of the debris from the backyard but did not get much of what he cut out. We talked on the phone and he said this wasn't his job to do. Reluctantly, I had my daughter pay him. I have pictures of the debris he cut but did not remove as promised. His name is Martin and his phone number is 314.548.9990.

Craigslist horses - rehoming - adoption fee

I responded to ad #[protected], regarding a person with disabilities that had 5 horses that needed to be rehomed/adopted since she could no longer care for them. I spoke with Beverly over the phone and she told me the adoption fee would be $500.00 for each horse. My husband and I felt it might be worth our time to drive up and see the horses. We made a two hour trip up and back; 4 hours of our life wasted... The horses are not in good health, due to being underweight and very poor hoof condition. Regardless, one horse caught our attention, a black mare. We said we'd think about the mare and get back with her. She called us that evening and we told her we would take the black mare. She agreed and was very excited that she would go to a good home. The following morning, she sent a text mail saying the mare would be $800 - $1, 000.; we said we'd pass. She then called back again left a VM and sent another text stating that since it was a good home, she'd take the $500.00. This was after 10:00 at night. We said great and made arrangements to have her picked up the next day. She acknowledged all of this in text messages and voice mail. at almost 1:00 in the morning, she sent yet another text mail that she can't couldn't sell her for the $500.00 but needs at least $1, 000.00. A complete wast of our time. Think this is a scam. She's trying to get someone to feel sorry for her and the condition of the horses, only to back out at the last minute or have them spend more money. She doesn't want to rehome these horses, she wants the most money she can get someone to spend...the ad is completely misleading and should be deleted so that no one else is wasting their precious time...

Craigslist pool teardown

This is an ad on Craig's List Minneapolis. His ad states that he would be willing to do a tear down for $150. I keep calling him, texting him, sending him pics as he asks, and he just keeps giving me the runaround. There is nothing I would like more than for this man to come out and do what he advertises he does. This is a fraudulent ad. The following is his ad

Craigslist my postings for a labradoodle with rehoming fee being flagged.

I'm truly tired of Craigslist promoting free puppy giveaways and the rescues but condemning those of us who have a healthy puppy with some decent bloodlines when we want to rehome or sell them. Who gives them the right to select what price a person can request for rehoming? I put hundreds into my rehomed puppies, ask a mere $350 to rehome them, and Craigslist flags me every time. At least my puppies won't end up cast out into the desert someday unlike 90% of the shelter puppies, or the freebies. All Craigslist is doing is justifying their bias and encouraging castaway puppies, so they are the ones responsible for all those dying pups, which is quite frankly, pathetic. Some day someone is going to come out with a competitor to Craigslist that won't favorably judge who can or cannot post their puppies based on a rehoming fee that they feel is too high, and guess what, Craigslist is going down the tube. All it takes is one to do it, and you can bet someone will.

Craigslist kevin fetterplace

Made numerous "Advance Your Career" statements with plans for promotions. Insists on MINIMUM payment of 250$ for web site and Domain names. The target appears to be self promoting musicians or bands. It seems he looks for ambitious unknowns then lures them in with his offer to promote. I will send what emails I have from him. After he gets the money then his ruse is "medical Problems". He is handicapped according to the WEB, but I didn't find any negative reviews so I was baffled by his B.S. ! He admitted to working with several other bands so you can see where this goes. $250 is not allot but multiply that by 10 other bands and you have something potentially lucrative. He also works under the name MOJO Rising. Don't know if that is a corporation, or what. He is based in Bellevue, Washington. I probably am a bit wiser, but a bit poorer, but I think a place to lodge complaints about stuff like this would be nice for Craig's List especially when I was checking the guy out...Has he been on Craig's list with offers ? Any complaints about his services ? Perhaps there is something in place and I am just unaware ? Kevin

Craigslist scam lease

Well it all started with us looking for a house in Las Vegas. We found a listing and even went into the house to look at it. Did all the paperwork and sent money $1845. So not only do they have our money but they have our SSN and picture IDs. Names was a mute Andreia Wilson and her "assistant" Ridwan Jamil Siddiqi. Western union, Chase bank and sheriff couldn't do anything. So please find people like this so they can't take hard working Americans money.

Craigslist false ads using my home address

I have had 2 different people come to my home, looking for items which they both said were craiglist ads. I have never listed anything on Craigslist. Nor has anyone in my family. These people have my home address but we don't have the items they say the ad says we do.

Both of these people came to our home within a week looking for items, someone named Tyler is selling using our home address. Of courage, no one at my home is named Tyler nor has anyone at my home posted/listed anything on Craiglist.

How can we file a complaint about someone using our address to sell items?

Craigslist I believe the post i’d below is a spoof.

post id: [protected]
Here is her reply on the trailer;
Thank you very much for getting back to me but I would like to clarify some things first. I am selling the trailer at this price because my husband passed away not long ago (he was very sick) and this trailer brings me bad memories and that's the reason why I want to sell it asap. Another reason for selling it is because I work in military and right now i'm on a military base. We are training and getting ready to leave the country. The trailer is already at the shipping company
Ready for delivery because someone agreed to buy it, but in the end he never got the loan. For this reason, the shipping is already paid for. I will use ebay in this transaction for our protection. If you are not aware of this program, you should know that it will allow you to test and inspect the trailer before paying me. The inspection period will be set to 7 days and I think that is enough time for you to make a decision about the trailer. If you won`t like my trailer you notify ebay and you send it back at my expense. But I assure you that won't be the case.

If you want to continue the purchase, please reply with your full name, delivery address and phone number so I can start the transaction with ebay and ask them to send you the terms of this transaction. (with no further obligation or fees). Thank you

Craigslist craigslist help forum

People claiming to be employees of Craigslist are frequently abusing customers of the site asking questions and Craigslist either tolerates it or they are in fact employees. If you ask a question about an ad - they go and flag all of your other ads and when you ask them why they give you some vague answer that DOES NOT INCLUDE AN ACTUAL REASON WHY the ad was flagged. They just do it to screw with you. Too much information, not enough information, I don't like what you are selling... WHY? This includes but is not limited to lewd sexual comments. The employees are disgusting pigs and if they are not employees why are they still on there? Is there any control over this? #MeToo should be all over this. It is verbal assault by a bunch of low IQ [censored]. This is not an isolated incident. This is an ongoing problem.

Craigslist false photos and misleading ads.

I have been responding to multiple ads regarding fireplace insert/wood burning fireplace inserts. Very frustrating.

1. Too many of your sellers use stock photo images to purposely misrepresent the item for sale. You as my purchasing source have the obligation to control these falsehoods.

SIMPLE SOLUTION: a mandatory "check box" stating that the photo is the actual product for sale prominently located under the image.

2. Especially for building products that have an installation need, these items most likely require de-installation. Same solution from above.

The majority of items that are listed over a one week period, have one or both
Of the falsehoods calling into question, is Craigslist an honorable place to shop?

I would like to file a complaint regarding abusive users on the Craigslist in Duluth/Superior. For ten years, they have been allowing an abusive dealer to misrepresent himself and a private owner. He also lists himself as out of ten different cities. This has been getting reported the entire ten years (it's obvious who he is because he's been putting the same items up three and four times a day for the whole ten years). This site has been completely taken over by Dealers misrepresenting themselves as private owners. Yesterday, I tried to report a $650 pet sale. I get an email back from the abuse department saying it won't go through because I'm not a member. I have been a member for over ten years! My email is also listed as a member. However, I haven't been able to sign in because the site doesn't work. So what they are saying is that only the members can report abusive ads and not the users? The moderators don't want to do anything to stop this.
