Someone is taking down all my ads of used Disney stuff and kids clothes and what have you. None of those ads is against any rules. They are totally harmless used items, mostly children's things. I contacted CL several times, but I never received an answer. The problem is that those flagged ads cannot simply be reposted but have to be reinstated, in some cases they require images to be taken again.Craigslist has the most ignorant customer service next to Ali Express.

I can't access my account and I do not know why this has happened?
I have used craigslist for a long time and never had a problem with my listings so why am I having this issue now?

I responded to an add on Craig's list looking for an AKC Yorkie puppy on 02/03/18. I don't have the exact verbage of the ad, but the contact number was [protected]. I believe the ad said 1 male Yorkie puppy.
I met with a woman who said her name was Margarita on 02/05/18.She had with her two Yorkie puppies. I purchased one of the Yorkie puppies for an agreed price of $1, 000.00 dollars. She stated the puppy came with a 30 day health guarantee. She also gave me paper work showing the puppy had his current shots. She also asked me to text her with my personal information. (Which I did not do)She stated that all AKC paperwork was done electronically.
I brought the puppy home and he appeared to be healthy and playful. The next day 02/06/18 the puppy started having diarrhea. I wasn't too concerned at that time because of the stress of uprooting and adjusting to a new home.
However when it extended to the next day 02/07/18, I contacted Margarita via text and explained my concern. I asked her if I should take him to a vetrinarian. She said no, and to feed him chicken and rice. The puppy passed that night. I tried to contact her today. (02/08/18)She has not responded to my text.
Upon further review (although it is mute at this point) I discovered as I was going over the paper work, the puppy had a passport from Mexico.
The contact address she gave me, 5545 Camino Al Norte is Eldorado Shopping Plaza and not a valid home address. I contacted the police department in her jurisdiction. They can not help me because they explained it is a civil case.
It was a costly lesson that I have learned.
I expected with a 30 day health guarantee, to get my money back.
This was a total scam. Very heartbreaking to lose the puppy and $1, 000.00 with no recourse.

Hello, I hired a contractor to provide me with remodeling services at a house in San Antonio, Texas. Come to find out that this person / contractor does not have the experience or know-how to provide such services. He messed up the house and I had to find some one else to make the repairs. I fired the contractor for breach of contract, as he took longer than expected. I noticed that the contractor keeps posting on your services board and the contractor is not licensed nor qualified to do any of the work he has posted. Basically this contractor is a scammer!

How can I flag this contractor or post a bad review on Craigslist? My intention is to keep this contractor from hurting or damaging any one else's property. I do not require any compensation, but to flag this contractor. He goes by the name of Godspeed Inc.

I have someone who is flagging all my posts. This has nothing to do with tos violations. Craigslist does a good job of allowing anyone to do just about anything they wish with no consequences. They are not monitoring their own site. I am requesting craigslist to find out who is flagging my posts and take appropriate action to stop it! I am trying to get a job, this is as low as it gets!

Do I need a paid account to stop this from happening?

I cannot comprehend why anyone in management at Craigslist thinks Customer Service is irrelevant and apparently obsolete: since actions speak louder than words, (they have none) it seems responding to ANY of their customers is beneath them.
I recently opened my first Craigslist Account - only to have every single posting blocked. One was for a support group in Community, one was for selling my car and another was seeking legal help.
None were offensive in any way - but I edited, again and again - while over the last three days I've explained the situation and requested assistance via their online Contact form and emailing [protected]@craigslist.org... repeatedly... only to be met with silence.
Oh!
I did receive one initial auto response, a link to their sites help page, filled with hundreds of self help ideas for you to problem solve, which is utterly useless when you actually need to SPEAK with someone.
But they don't give you that option.
EVER.
I tried changed my email address, creating different accounts and blocked/unblocked Cookies - but nothing works - all my posts are blocked - so now I'm assuming it's due to my mobile IP identifier.

BOTTOM LINE:
Craigslists message is: WE DO NOT CARE.
Their blatant arrogance and dismissive attitude is shocking - especially with their Founders' philanthropic ideologies.

It's just so incredibly rude and beyond frustrating to be completely ignored and treated so poorly when I've done nothing wrong, I simply want a live person to navigate through whatever the issues are and fix them.
So what to do?

I just read a man filed a lawsuit after he experienced the same exact situation - his business depends on Craigslist - and his ongoing requests for assistance were ignored... until they filed... then started to listen.
I have a feeling a Class Action suit would illicit a bigger and faster response...
I'll use the money to create my own "LisasList" and will ensure top notch accessible customer service.

above was the post link, she has since deleted it. she had doberman pups for $200 and I wrote her and she said she still had a 10 week old female pup left, I asked her for her tuscumbia alabama address so I could go there and meet the pup in its environment, she quickly replied no meet me at the florence alabama mall behind olive garden. because she had a doctors appointment in the area at 2. I even called her before I left the house and she said for me to call her when I got there and I did but she didnt answer it went straight to voicemail. I called, texted and emailed her a bunch of times, I waited on her 2 hours and she never showed or called. It didnt look safe to park right behind olive garden so I park just about 15 ft from there on the side where I could watch the back and people could see me where I was, there wasnt much traffic in the back, I didnt think it was safe. but still she never showed up, so I think I was being set up to be robbed.

I am amazed that there are people that try to get away with this.

One of his emails " I've contacted Google support and I was told payment was placed on the hold because your a new user. They've looked into the and said if this transaction doesn't complete the then you could send to my alternative email address. It shouldn't be any problems then."

another email I may cancel payment due to the time it's taking to complete. It's usually is instant. It may be because of your infrequent use of the service. No worries though. I have an alternative methods ( Zelle pay, Square Cash).

I hope you can get this done I have a 7 year old grandson very disappointed.

I purchased a used car from them and when I arrived home, the car was not drivable. I brought the car to a qualified mechanic and they found severely worn parts in the steering system and braking system of the car. Iconic Motorcars refused to service the car or reimburse me for the $2100 of work needed in order to make the car road worthy again. The owner, Ash Mohaj is a dishonest dealer and bad person.

I started getting calls and text from guys from all over the states sending nude pics and saying they got his number from an ad that was posted on Craigslist. I did NOT post this ad it was posted by someone else and they put my phone # [protected] but spelled out as the contact. I want this ad removed and I want to know where and who this post originated from please.

Someone or some company has posted my information on CL in personal.
I am receiving many emails per day from women stating they are answering an add I have on CL for m seeking w.
Although I have visited the personal site on Craig's, I have not posted any add. The contact emails I have been receiving are not from any real people but seem to be computer generated and some have photos attached.
How do I stop these emails?

We are the owners of this property. Someone has hijacked the info, claiming to have this for rent. It is a deleted property FOR SALE, listed by Robert Smith, but we are receiving calls for a rental at $850/month. THIS IS INDEED A SCAM. we do not want people bilked out of their money and do not want our name on anything to do with this.

Sept.26, 2017 I put an ad for M/w in the casual encounters list. after placing the ad, within 1 minute of having placed the ad, I had over 60 responses ! In heard of, period ! fact, that every single email address that I attempted to respond to was a fake ! True ! In fact, it was common to see one type of email address in the response page, to my ad and when you used that email to respond back to that person, it had changed! It would be, maybe a number was added to the email address or there was a change in the spelling of the address. So here's what I did, I went and copied all 60 plus email address that I had received as a response to my ad and ran them through my computer and all came up as "undeliverable address"! In short they were all peony e-mail address ! And every single one was a Gmail address, just a little bit phony perhaps ?! This whole sight, in my opinion needs to be checked out, I'll never use this one again, ever!

There is no way to contact Craiglist for help. I tried to Create an Account, Reset my Password and Publish an Ad. These are the messages I receive.

This ad totally misrepresented what is available. The Landlord is looking for a sexual partner. So if you don't fit the bill: expect to be out before the month. Nothing about about our verbal contract has held. He would not allow a written lease. He says month-to-month but it's more like day-to-day. Even threatening and grabbing my neck.

Big Guns Moving has an ad on Craigslist with their services and hourly prices. We inquired and met John with a $150 deposit. He was to send us a receipt via email which he never did and then did not show up on the day of the move. We are now out $150 and this guy is still advertising on your site. After researching him further we've found that he has multiple police reports on him. I've tried contacting you via phone to discuss but all I receive is an automated system that takes me nowhere.
