Craigslist harassment / unethical behaviour

This guy who is harassing me to get something free (black mailing) is posting my personal info (phone number) and all around fake ad in a negative context. Can you please remove it immediately? And make it so he doesn't continue to repost the same thing every day. He's been doing it day after day and he doesn't know me personally. Everything he has posted again is not true. You can find this under the search of kitten reseller on craiglist NY in the pet section. I can't get back to the site to send you the link because I flagged it but it still isn't permanently removed and I've been getting crazy phone calls/texts because of this. He's a very menacing and all the negative response isn't right. I appreciate any help. I don't know what else to do at this point.

Craigslist 2007 ford f150 lariat

Norma Tucker ([protected]@gmail.com, [protected], nephew's number [protected]. Posted a truck for sale on your site. We sent email stating we were interested. The price was $2000. She sent us more pictures, her nephew contacted us and said it was being sold through ebay and they were handling everything.

We received an invoice and instructions from ebay, which now we know was a scam. But we followed the instructions of the invoice and sent the requested amount with ebay gift cards. Vehicle was suppose to be delivered. Needless to say I have already report this to the internet crime complaint center. The truck is now listed in aiken sc for sale on your site. Below is the web address: https://augusta.craigslist.org/cto/d/ford-f150-lariat-supercrew-4/6510772057.html. They took all the money we had. Please stop them.

Craigslist whirlpool-refrigerator/[protected]. from craigslist

On March 13, 2018, the seller delivered a non working refrigerator and was paid $45 extra to deliver. The refrigerator does not cool. An appliance repairman said it was out of freon and someone had installed a "tap" that was a non whirlpool part. I told the seller, believed to be Jay Summers, from Lancaster, SC, to come get the refrigerator and I wanted my money back ($300). He has refused to answer my calls, return my money or come pick up the bad refrigerator. His phone number is 803 235-6640. There is another refrigerator for sale on craigslist 6507938295 from the same phone number. Also, one from Corenelius, NC that looks exactly like the bad one advertised, 6530649968. I believe this person is running a scam. Contact me at [protected]. [protected]@icould.com

Craigslist apartment for rent ads in albany, or schenectady ny.

I have been searching for a room or Apartment for rent. I have been running across the same person offering services, When you call they either don't return your messages or the guy tells you he's eating breakfast he will call you back, And they never call back. The point is this guys ads have been on there for months now, I believe he is putting fake pictures up there offering housing. I noticed a different apartment this time, But the same number, because my phone stored the number when I called, and a different guy answers but you never get to see the place. Or if you make an appointment they never show up.

Craigslist 2002 chevy silverado 2500

February 19. 2018 through February 26, 2018. I saw this truck on Craigslist on February 19, 2018. I first texted Alice Thompson about the truck. She emailed me back. We had emailed several times, about the truck. I'm pretty sure I got scammed. She told me she was being deported overseas for 18 months. I had to make the payments by EBay cards. I tried email to her. I haven't gotten any response to my emails. I am now out $2400 dollars.
Jolene Drayer
I inquired about the silverado. I was wondering how many miles it has. Can you send me a pic of the driver's side Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

Hi again, I will do my best to walk you through the process. As I told you in my first email, my medical team will deploy back overseas. Right now I'm in a military base (Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska). We are in the final stage of our training and I am only allowed to check my email so we have to stick to email for now. The vehicle is here with me at the base and the delivery process will be managed by me, ready to be delivered to its future new owner. The deal is handled by eBay so I don't have much to

Craigslist flagging of all my ads

Someone is taking down all my ads of used Disney stuff and kids clothes and what have you. None of those ads is against any rules. They are totally harmless used items, mostly children's things. I contacted CL several times, but I never received an answer. The problem is that those flagged ads cannot simply be reposted but have to be reinstated, in some cases they require images to be taken again.Craigslist has the most ignorant customer service next to Ali Express.

Craigslist pets las vegas

I responded to an add on Craig's list looking for an AKC Yorkie puppy on 02/03/18. I don't have the exact verbage of the ad, but the contact number was [protected]. I believe the ad said 1 male Yorkie puppy.
I met with a woman who said her name was Margarita on 02/05/18.She had with her two Yorkie puppies. I purchased one of the Yorkie puppies for an agreed price of $1, 000.00 dollars. She stated the puppy came with a 30 day health guarantee. She also gave me paper work showing the puppy had his current shots. She also asked me to text her with my personal information. (Which I did not do)She stated that all AKC paperwork was done electronically.
I brought the puppy home and he appeared to be healthy and playful. The next day 02/06/18 the puppy started having diarrhea. I wasn't too concerned at that time because of the stress of uprooting and adjusting to a new home.
However when it extended to the next day 02/07/18, I contacted Margarita via text and explained my concern. I asked her if I should take him to a vetrinarian. She said no, and to feed him chicken and rice. The puppy passed that night. I tried to contact her today. (02/08/18)She has not responded to my text.
Upon further review (although it is mute at this point) I discovered as I was going over the paper work, the puppy had a passport from Mexico.
The contact address she gave me, 5545 Camino Al Norte is Eldorado Shopping Plaza and not a valid home address. I contacted the police department in her jurisdiction. They can not help me because they explained it is a civil case.
It was a costly lesson that I have learned.
I expected with a 30 day health guarantee, to get my money back.
This was a total scam. Very heartbreaking to lose the puppy and $1, 000.00 with no recourse.

Craigslist unqualified remodel and repair contractor

Hello, I hired a contractor to provide me with remodeling services at a house in San Antonio, Texas. Come to find out that this person / contractor does not have the experience or know-how to provide such services. He messed up the house and I had to find some one else to make the repairs. I fired the contractor for breach of contract, as he took longer than expected. I noticed that the contractor keeps posting on your services board and the contractor is not licensed nor qualified to do any of the work he has posted. Basically this contractor is a scammer!

How can I flag this contractor or post a bad review on Craigslist? My intention is to keep this contractor from hurting or damaging any one else's property. I do not require any compensation, but to flag this contractor. He goes by the name of Godspeed Inc.

Please advise,

Art Hernandez

Craigslist post flags

I have someone who is flagging all my posts. This has nothing to do with tos violations. Craigslist does a good job of allowing anyone to do just about anything they wish with no consequences. They are not monitoring their own site. I am requesting craigslist to find out who is flagging my posts and take appropriate action to stop it! I am trying to get a job, this is as low as it gets!

Do I need a paid account to stop this from happening?

Craigslist complete lack of help - no response after days requesting customer service

I cannot comprehend why anyone in management at Craigslist thinks Customer Service is irrelevant and apparently obsolete: since actions speak louder than words, (they have none) it seems responding to ANY of their customers is beneath them.
I recently opened my first Craigslist Account - only to have every single posting blocked. One was for a support group in Community, one was for selling my car and another was seeking legal help.
None were offensive in any way - but I edited, again and again - while over the last three days I've explained the situation and requested assistance via their online Contact form and emailing [protected]@craigslist.org... repeatedly... only to be met with silence.
Oh!
I did receive one initial auto response, a link to their sites help page, filled with hundreds of self help ideas for you to problem solve, which is utterly useless when you actually need to SPEAK with someone.
But they don't give you that option.
EVER.
I tried changed my email address, creating different accounts and blocked/unblocked Cookies - but nothing works - all my posts are blocked - so now I'm assuming it's due to my mobile IP identifier.

BOTTOM LINE:
Craigslists message is: WE DO NOT CARE.
Their blatant arrogance and dismissive attitude is shocking - especially with their Founders' philanthropic ideologies.

It's just so incredibly rude and beyond frustrating to be completely ignored and treated so poorly when I've done nothing wrong, I simply want a live person to navigate through whatever the issues are and fix them.
So what to do?

I just read a man filed a lawsuit after he experienced the same exact situation - his business depends on Craigslist - and his ongoing requests for assistance were ignored... until they filed... then started to listen.
I have a feeling a Class Action suit would illicit a bigger and faster response...
I'll use the money to create my own "LisasList" and will ensure top notch accessible customer service.

My girlfriend has rheumatoid arthritis and suffers severe pain.
She's in between doctors/ins and turned to Craigslist ads for help. (I didn't nt find out until later)
She agreed to meet a CL poster "Dave" in a well lighted public place (directly across from Del Norte BART in El Cerrito) and when she recognized the fake pills and refused to pay...he freaked out and tried to rob her...attacking her in the process.
She fought back, and got away... but didn't call police fearing her complicity.
She also didn't want to alert law enforcement to CL, as that would draw attention/cause problems for the many decent people who provide authentic and needed help.
I realize it's a possibility when engaging in these situations, and shes badly shaken, but I am furious this [censor] terrified and attacked her.. so I want to warn as many people as possible about this guy, so no one else gets scammed, mugged, attacked or worse.

Here's some Significant details:
Sleazy, scummy looking man
5'8-5'9
Slender/medium build
Late 40's early 50's
Greyish/Balding
Unkempt/Dirty Dark clothes
Carries a dark nondescript backpack
Has no car
Only meets near BART stations (possibly bus now that he fears people looking for him)
Interest in guitars
Drug Addict
Seems homeless/unstable, so I doubt he'll change his phone number

PS:
This info really needs to get posted on CL- but after creating an account to post- I was immediately blocked (made an innocent community group ad first.. but that was denied!) from posting...?
No idea why and so far no one has responded from CL to help me.
So pass on to as many people as possible.
Thanks.

Craigslist mobile mechanic

I gave money and a phone number of a mechanic listed on Craigslist San Diego to my son. His truck was broke down in a parking lot in Oceanside. The mechanic showed up this afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and took a $300 deposit and never came back. His post # is [protected]. Please do whatever you can to assist or stop from screwing others.

You will need to contact Craigslist directly, but the most they can do is delete the post. Unfortunately it sounds like you were scammed. I would recommend contacting your bank to see if they can help you. Good luck.
