I purchased measuring tape and was told that it's lifetime and purchased a ratchet and when product broke I tried to return and was told that the blade isn't covered only lock and case. How can you tell if locks not broke if the tape is out. What a--holes.My ratchet was broken so I asked if I could exchange it for the exact one and was told that i had to get a rebuilt one that's bull----! The warranty doesn't states that. I had an 1/2 inch drive polished and then they tell me that they couldn't give me a new one and to top this off I had to go to another Sears store to exchange it because they didn't have any i stock. I ask for a manager and was told that there was nothing they could do and that the policy was what it was.Sears was once a great store now they have ###s running it. I went another day with my tape and was told no again I asked another associate for help and he was no help he took me back to the same knuckleheads I spoke with the day before and I was then told to come back another day to speak with the store manager. What's the use Sears sucks. If you buy Craftsman Tools don't it's a ripoff.That's why Sears is closing bad business never last long.

i purchaced a hydrilic jack and used it three times in two years from 2005-2009 i tried to use just the other day and it did not even go up. i went back to SEARS and was told that there was nothing they could do about. now i have new jack that dont work. please craftman help me
some type of way.
