Cracker Barrel customer service

I placed a holiday meal order with the Abercorn store in Savannah 3 days ago and prepaid for it. I requested an 11:30a pick up. My husband has been in line over an hour! I called the store several times, brought it to the staffs attention. I asked that they send someone to the line to assist with Pre paid orders. I held on the line 2x for over 15 mins waiting to speak to a manager. Was hung up on. And the 3rd time I tried to call they just didn't answer. I spent over $80 on this meal and have no idea if we'll even get it.

Cracker Barrel service

Just left texarkana Cracker Barrel. Worst experience ever Here. Host tried to seat us at table with spilled drink that he told us to watch out for, although there were clean tables available. Was even a caution ‘wet floor' put up next to it-drink had been spilled under table & puddled where feet would be. Also, food took at least 40 minutes to come out & even then not all came out together. Tables seated after us were served before us. We ordered the Tuesday special, a country boy breakfast & a child's Mac & cheese. Nothing outlandish. Had to wait & request drink refills. We ate there on November 10 & Service seemed not up to Cracker Barrel standards, but we blew it off as being a Friday. Now I think it's that Cracker Barrel.

Cracker Barrel hamburger dinner

On 11-17-17 I visited the Cracker Barrel that I always go to for dinner and noticed menu prices had changed. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said yes, the hamburger plate was changed..At one time the plate was big and now they have cut the hamburger in half and very small and the French fries suffered the same. The Hamburger was about the size of a White Castle and so were the french fries, yet the price had increased. i could have eaten at White Castle and got the same at half the cost..I am a regular customer and quite dissappointed in your decision to change your food quality and size..and will not be the frequent customer i once was.

Unfortunately many companies are slowly increasing the costs of their food. If you believe the pricing to be unreasonable, you may want to no longer visit Cracker Barrel.

Cracker Barrel food and service

My family visited two different Cracker Barrels in the last month. The first in Florida around Navarre Beach/Pensacola and just the other day in Gulfport, MS. Needless to say the food was terrible, cold, dried up and two of the items on the menu that was requested by our party was "sold out". We have always stopped at Cracker Barrel restaurants while traveling and this will be the last time .

The menus were torn, disgusting looking and it looks like no one cares about this business anymore.

Cracker Barrel service at cracker barrel

Today, Sunday November 12th, we got to cracker barrel at 250. Got seated quickly, and after about 5 minutes our waitress came, introduced herself and said she was sorry she was busy and she would be back to get our order. After about another 10 minutes, another waitress went and got our waitress, and she came and took our order and brought our teas. Then 30 minutes later, after the couple beside us, who got their after us, were leaving after they ate, we got up and left. I just pictured my cold scrambled eggs and wanted to leave. I'm 8 and a half months pregnant, so I realize I'm some what impatient, but even my boyfriend thought it was too long. So, I went up front and told the lady in a nice shirt, who I assumed was a manager, and all she said was okay. which, at this point really upset me. So we walked out.

Cracker Barrel bad customer service and not caring

this place takes the life out of you. Management makes you wish you had applied elsewhere. Guests cuss you out and management backs them up. Constant tearing you apart until you want to run out the door screaming. This includes you hearing how the guests are ignored and talked down to. Family place? I don't think sol, ...I was having a bad day and week. My baby was in the hospital and I couldn't take anymore. I went in and was harassed to buy something from the store by a short blonde lady. I heard someone call her Sarah across the store. She was abrupt with me and walked off. I went and checked out with my restaurant bill. The blonde lady again walked off as I asked for help. Are all your Cracker barrel's this way? I hope this wasn't a manager. The lady at the counter was very nice...her name was Sherri. This restuarant was in Burleson, Tx. I won't be going back!@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@!.

Cracker Barrel food

Sunday Oct 15th 4 of us ate there all 4 of our french fries order were cold and the rest of our foid wasn't good either and not worth $52.00 even told the server that the frirs were cold and nothing done at all we have eaten there many times and this was the worst ever that we had eaten swrver Nolan W 1656049 and i noticed other customers left their food also

Cracker Barrel service / atmosphere

My husband and I just had lunch at your location in Bloomsburg, PA store #435. We usually enjoy the barrel whenever we travel since there is not one close to our home . Well this time we did not enjoy our experience. First of all, we had to run out to our car to get sweatshirts since it was colder inside then it was outside. The woman next to us had her winter coat on. Next, our server took longer than usual to take our order. His biscuit and muffin came out with his meal instead of before. The food took almost 30 minutes for pecan pancakes and peacon fried chicken which was brought to the table by someone other then our server. The chicken patties were hard and dry. Our drink were empty 1/2 through the meal but the server never came to table to check until we were done eating. At that point all we wanted was our check and to get outside we’re it was warmer. Not happy with this meal or this barrel at all! Not sure we will be back for a while.

Cracker Barrel Waitress

We stopped at this cracker barrel to go have dinner we had been travelling ALL day bc of Hurricane Irma. When we were getting ready to leave the waitress (she was an African American lady) spilled burning coffee all over me. As if that was not the worse of it she stained my white linen pants and my gucci sailor shirt. The stains did NOT come off and both pants and shirt are ruined. The price for both was 130.00!. I spoke to Bonnie Rodriguez who gave me her card and asked me to write to you. With all the damage we had it took me a little long to get to doing this. I would like someone to get back to me as in who is going to pay for my clothing. Also I had to soak it all in the bathroom with some seltzer water that was given to me bc our luggage was secure in the top of our truck I could not even change clothe and had to stay wet all the way to Tennessee. I also believe that the manager could have at least offered me something to wear. Instead I left with transparent wet pants and a LOT of embarrassment.

The cracker barrel was the one on 4 Kingsood Drive Palm Coast Florida 32137 Manager is Bonnie Rodriguez.

Cracker Barrel Rude employee behaviour

October 8th approximately 2 p.m. EST location Frankfort, KY
My husband and I along with another couple went in for lunch. We were seated quickly and there were multiple empty tables but much of the restaurant was full for Sunday. The waitress Olivia asked for our drink order and we stated water with lemon for all four. My friend asked for a bread plate prior to our meal. Olivia responded "only waters to drink and I'll bring bread if it's available we're really busy." She was very short and did not introduce herself etc. We asked for our vegetables to be in bowls as not to saturate our other foods. When Olivia delivered our food-she dropped my chicken on the table and proceeded to serve the others. Our vegetables were plates and our chicken was saturated. She did not even apologize and wanted me to eat the food off the table! We asked for the manager which basically said "everyone has a bad day" and gave us another waitress which was great but made our table seem like the problem. Furthermore, when Olivia passed our table she would roll her eyes at us. I'm a mother of three girls and work in administration, my husband owns a business in the community and we find that her behavior was inappropriate. The manager, while apologetic, did not really address the problem. If Olivia would have apologized and corrected the meal, we would have been satisfied. Instead, we felt judged by the manager and wait staff as picky customers.

Cracker Barrel Management treatment of their employees.

I was at the Pearland restaurant with my family and I witnessed managers Devin and Julius being very rude and abrasive with an associate. If they have an issue with her performance then you do that in the office. It was very embarrassing and degrading to her. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to address issues in front of customers. I'm a Kohl's manager and although I'm not perfect I do know the right time and place for that kind of conversation belongs in the office. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable for her. I will not be back. I won't give her name but she apologized for their behavior which tells me they bully her often. I'm ashamed of Cracker Barrel for allowing this to happen. Shame on you if you do not address this and stop this behavior.

Cracker Barrel Unethical behavior/discrimination by manager

I was at the Elizabethtown Kentucky Cracker Barrel on 9-29-17 from 10:30 to 11:30am. When I was walking back to my car, immediately noticed someone had backed into it. I was parked in front of building across the parking lot from handicapped parking. Went back in to get a "manager" and I use that term lightly. Her name is Jennifer. Reluctantly she went to the parking lot with me. She first said that CB was in no way responsible! I am well aware of this! Next she said that "she had an important meeting, so no time to sit and watch a hours worth of video but maybe the night manager could". She took my name and number and said she would call me. That never happened either. I called back on Saturday afternoon and she was on duty again. She told me video was too blurry. I asked to the number to corporate office, she put me on hold and after 10 minutes another manager picked up and proceeded to give me a number that had been disconnected.
I only wanted to show her where I was parked and show her the damage in hopes that the surveillance video could be reviewed so I might be able to track down the hit and run driver.
What happened next is why I am so upset and I quote her exactly. She said, "well you shouldn't have parked across from the handicapped parking. This is why I always park beside the building"! Her response is totally unacceptable and appalling. She is discriminating against the handicapped and should lose her job! I called the corporate office this am and reported this incident to Glenda at extension 2103. She was very kind and said she wanted to transfer me to Judy Westerman at extension 4049. Unable to speak with Judy at this time but have left a message on her voice mail to call me at her convenience.
While I love the food at CB and the kind souls that work so hard and provide great service, because of the hateful service by Jennifer in management, I will never return to Cracker Barrel!

I too work for crackerbarrel in layton utah the manager chris and kevin degrade me yell at me gm boss chris said my perfume stinks cut my hours too no reason never been written up im a prepcook its alot of work you cant single one person out for prep not finished it happens when they prep in morning i come in and have to prep what they didnt do. Plus they stop you constantly to make chicken make salads etc...

Cracker Barrel Kids breakfast

My family had dinner tonight at a local Cracker Barrel, where we have many times before. My 7 year old ordered 1 pancake (not 2 like the order states on the menu) with bacon, a piece of sausage (I'm guessing that's why comes in a order), child's drink. I wasn't charged from the child's menu, the ONE pancake was $6.18, the ONE piece of sausage was $2.99, and her child drink with a lid was $2.59. To me this was rediculas! Hers was more pricey than mine! When I brought it to the cashiers attn she went back and ask someone, came back and said that's all the right prices... I was very disappointed at our visit tonight.. if it's gonna be $12.00 for my 7 year old, we won't be dining here.. thank you, Sheila Irwin

Cracker Barrel Dinner at cracker barrel on indian lake blvd

My husband and I wen to dinner at Cracker Barrel in Hendersonville, In the past we have a good experience at this location, however that was not the case on August 12. 2017. My husband got the sampler and I got the meat loaf dinner. When we got our food our server informed my husband had gotten the last of the ham and I was told I had gotten the last of the meat loaf. His ham was burnt and it looked like it had been cut from a small canned ham one would purchase at the grocery store. My meat loaf was all mushy. The pinto beans we both ordered were dried and had no juice at all.
All in all it will be a while before we go back to Cracker Barrel and I will also be telling my friends about my dining experience.

My husband and I went to dinner at Cracker Barrel on Indian Lake Blvd. In the past we have had excellent service and meals. This was not the case on August 12, 2017. He ordered the sampler barrel and I ordered the meat loaf dinner. The ham he got were very small pieces that looked like they had been cut from a small canned and they were badly burnt. The girl told him he had gotten the last of the ham pieces on the ham. She told me I had gotten the last piece of meat loaf. My piece of meat loaf was mushy.

All in all it was not a good dining experience. It will be a long while before I and my husband and my friends go to Cracker Barrel

Cracker Barrel rocking chairs

I purchased two rocking chairs, within six months one of the chairs has very bad mildew that can not be cleaned. I'm very disappointed in this product, and also Cracker Barrel. These chairs are not cheap, just cheaply made. I believe a protectant for mildew was not added to the paint. It's only one of the chairs that I'm having this problem. Cracker Barrel should resolve this matter, either with a refund or another chair.

Cracker Barrel Waitress staff

My waitress stole my phone. The manager was aware of the employee causing problems since being hired and still let her work with the public. I have proof of her stealing it by the messages she sent her girlfriend from my Facebook. I submitted everything to the police who arrested her. I was traveling when I visited this Cracker Barrel so I had to travel for court as well. She has since not showed up for court. I would like reimbursement for my travel, stay and for my phone. I have spoke with a lawyer whom advised me to file a claim with the company as well.

I ordered food here while I was out of town and I highly regret doing so. First of all, it seem like a place for teenagers to play around and not take their jobs and customers serious. I was out of town and I ordered here by phone for a pick up. During my call the person told me that my food should take approximately 10 minutes. Due to my migraine Head ache I didn't want to go inside to eat, I preferred to pick up. Went I arrived at this location 15 minutes later, I had to wait and additional 12 minutes for my food to be ready. I was already on edge, I was very irritated because I have never received a pick up order from Crackle Barrel. Nevertheless, I got my food and went to my hotel room, my food was missing sides that came with my meal. The food was cold. I ordered a French toast strawberry with harsh browns etc. I immediately call and requested the mangers and he told me that he was the one that brought my food out and he remembered my order by the name that I gave him. He wanted me to drive all the way back to the store for a side that they failed to put in my bag. NO, I humbly decline that offer. I wanted corporate to know what is going on in this store. It seem like the kitchen was out of order, everyone seemed to be playing around in there. My meal was disgusting and me and my wife was highly disgusted. We could not finish the meal. In addition to that, we had upset stomachs the next morning.

Cracker Barrel Employee, cook

Hello,
My name is Devon Ford recently one of your employees at cracker barrel Dyersburg tn store name Christie Frame. This employee posted a post on Facebook about people with disabilities and low income individuals that receive government funding too live are putting a strain on the United States government and there population. This had caused an uproar on social media and the area of Dyersburg are outraged at this person. When confronted with this she said some very derogatory comments to Ashley Childress a mother of a disabled baby boy who has had heart surgery twice. She basically told her get baby should die. I have proofs of this posts and these horrible comments that more than 5 people read first hand and are more than willing to testify too this. Please call me about this matter [protected] Devon Ford

May be despicable comments were made, but they are supposed to have freedom of speech. So, rather than disagreeing with them, trying to change their mind, you want cracker barrel to fire them?
Rather than permitting different opinions, regardless of how bad, you want to destroy this person? That's what the aim is isn't it? That will essentially be the result if they are fired. I'm sure a cook at cracker barrel NEEDS their job. I seriously doubt a cracker barrel cook has money enough to not work.

Cracker Barrel breakfast at cb store #47 in spartanburg, sc

On 27 July 2017 my wife and I stopped at the Cracker Barrel, as we usually do when traveling, for breakfast. We ordered our drinks and two Sunrise Samplers. When the waitress brought our food she informed us that they were out of biscuits and they would be ready in a couple of minutes. She told us that if the gravy got to cold before our biscuits arrived that she would bring us more warm gravy. A little while later she came by and offered to bring us toast due to the biscuits not being ready.
We said we would wait, she came by several times to inform us that the biscuits weren't ready. We finished our breakfast without having gravy because we had no biscuits. When I paid the bill, the lady as how was everything and I told we had no biscuits and she kind of blew it off with a smart [censored] answer. I didn't think it was funny and have thought about not going back to CB. I'm still undecided, hopefully someone will check out CB #47 and find out why there is no biscuits with your meal. We weren't the only customers who failed to get biscuits that morning.

Cracker Barrel Service at columbia, tn store on exit 46

Came in as a party of 20, with half of the restaurant empty, we were told they couldn't seat us together and broke us up into 5 groups spread throughout. Our group was the only one that was put on a waiting list. Once we were seated my 5 yr old spilled her milk and our waitress(carolyn) said "ok then and turned and walked off. I waited and waited for a rag or napkins to clean the spill up but after 10 min I had to go find the manager bc she was on the computer putting the order in. I asked the manager to help me and he did but not without an attitude. Didn't offer to bring us another drink or clean top or straw. I love cracker barrel and visit often but this is the most rude store all around that I have ever been to. I will never come back here and will steer everyone in our large group of friends away from this store. Horrible experience and a rude bunch of employees that is making cracker barrel look bad.
