Cox Phone Service / Dont put yourself in this nightmare

We lost phone service on [protected]. After numerous e-mails and calls to report our outage it has not been taken care of. They were advised someone is here 24-7. I have 2 elderly ladies one 90 and one 80 who cannot use cell phone and are in need of medical attention regularly. It has been impossible for me to leave the house as a result my income has suffered greatly. I have filed with FCC and SCC so far nothing. Please dont put yourself in this position. Think before you change your service.
