Cox E-mail / Lost E-mail
Checked my E-mail last Friday and found the majority of my inbox messages said " unavailable" all dated 12/31/2069 7:00pm. I had 627 sent messages that stated the same. Spoke with cox and followed their instructions to disconnect this and reconnect that and check this...finally they remotely got in my email on their system and found it was their problem not mine. I have found other people this happened to but there has been no fix or call backs to update me on the status of this HUGE problem. Imagine having all your important e-mail just vanish and not getting it back. I feel sorry for any business that relies on Cox e-mail.
