Covers4less.com / Bad service
I purchased a Futon Cover on line and when I received it, the colors were all wrong so I asked if I could return the product for credit.
I was given an RMA number and asked to print this number clearly on the outside of the package so the credit would be given to the
Right party. I did this and the parcel has been received by Covers4less. I have written twice asking when I can expect a credit on my
Credit card. I know they have received my emails because I get an automated response but I canâ��t get them to answer my question.
