coverage map / false advertisement

I bought 3 cell phone lines thru verizon in december of 2010. when i first got the phones i wasnt using them that often and then in January I started having more problems with my coverage. I figured that there was nothing I could do now that the 14 day return was up. I was then told by an employee of verizons that if im not getting coverage then they have to cancel my lines with no early termination fee. When i first called verzion they told me that if there was nothing that they could do to fix the problem that they would cancel my lines with no early termination fee. when I called back (because they never called me back about their "testing" that they had to do before they could cancel my lines) they told me that they would not do this. I have had many guests in my house and at my work that cannot get coverage and the verizon coverage map states that there is "Good" service...there is NOT. This is the second time that verizon wireless has done this to me. this is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
