Courtyard Shreveport / Scam
I made and canceled a reservation at Courtyard in Shreveport. Months later after disputing the charge through my credit card company, the Better Business Bureau, I still cannot receive a refund. Why should I have to pay for a reservation I canceled? What am I paying for? Better yet, why is there an option to cancel a reservation on their website if certain reservations supposedly cannot be canceled? My hard, earned money thrown out the window with nothing to show for it.
