Courtsonline.org review: Taking money from people providing no service! 9

The initial site allows you to (for example)search police records for a specific individual. It indicates there is information on the database regarding police records for that person; however, you can only access it if you are a member. Subsequently, if you really want that information you decide to become a member and pay the one time fee for unlimited access to information.

I became a member. My access to the records was denied because I was not a member. Hmmm, but I had just paid for the membership. There was no error for my e mail address and password. Curious.

I believe I have been ripped off by the deceitful practices of courtsonline. No wonder you can't join if you are a member of law enforcement. Essentially, they are just a search engine for other links that cost money.

If I would have checked this web site first I would not have been ripped off. Guess I padded their accounts like many others have. They are probably having a cocktail right now and laughing at the people who purchased a membership. How rude.

I bought into CourtsOnline. org also, back in October of '06 and I never got anything worth fifty cents from their services, yet they raped my wallet for about $30 with service promises they did not keep.

As far as I could tell they were simply indexing links and claiming they were free to use, I never found even one free link.

They should be behind bars in my opinion.

I'm sorry that this happened to you. Courtslonline.org is owned by Mark Musselman and his wife Diana. They developed their scam by copying their content from our web site at search systems.net and selling access to what took us 11 years to develop. This last week we were awarded a $780,000 judgment and injunction in U.S. Northern District California Federal Court against Mark Musselman-- though it looks unlikely that we'll collect anything as Mark will be in an Ohio corrections facility for the next twelve years for another fraud scheme that he perpetrated.

I have to agree totally with all of the above. My husband & I were ripped off too! Courtsonline.org had no problem taking our money... however they never produced the promised results. We are usually very cautious when signing up for anything online, but these crooks really had us fooled!

Ripped off. I had a statement on credit report that was not mine and I was trying to clear up - BUT now my $29 is gone and I can't get any report. Poor folks attacked again!

I bought into this this morning. I trusted it because I did a search on court records search, and GOOGLE had it on the side of the page as one of their sponsors! I NEVER would have bought this otherwise. I had to give the 29.95 to supposedly get to all the thousands of sources for court records in US, Canada and wherever, but all it did was link to the usual free sites that only give you the addresses, just like a plain old Zabasearch. I'm so pissed, but I have no idea what to do. I've emailed them and the place that sent the receipt 2 times each now with no response. I'm going to now call Am. Express and see if they can help.

I, like others purchased "CourtsOnLine".org I was lead to believe I could view public records and search for different things. But like all the others before me and with me were only able to search one thing, if that. All other sites that the company said I could use ONLY allowed me to get out the CREDIT CARD.
What should we do, keep allowing them to rip us off, complain, talk about it to our internet space friends, complain to our families.
No, we need to do something for our rights as consumers. Someone send me a e-mail and tell me who will stand with me an let's go after them for our $$$$$$ back, our time we have wasted and the dishonor we encountered. My money is not yours, it's mine. I brought a service and suffered an enservice.

Truly disappointed
Ms. Deborah H.

This company takes your money and when you access thier information site they say you are NOT a member. What did I pay for then? This is a bogus site that just sucks you in and spits you out after they have taken your money.
