Coupon Organizer / Product not received
I ordered a coupon organizer on 1-8-2010. Paid by check which was cashed on [protected]. Item was not delivered.Waited until 3-8-2010 and located this complaint website, which if I had researched prior to ordering, I would not have ordered from this company. Placed a phone call to check delivery status & was told it is at the post office & that the post office did not deliver it. Was told I could check with the post office. I told the rep it was their responsiblity to track delivery of item, not mine. Rep stated I can have a refund or take it up with the post office. Informed her I want a refund. Rep stated refund would take 3 weeks. I asked to talk with a supervisor. Rep stated they have all gone home, none available.
