unauthorized credit card charges due to negligence in conversion to emi.

we took membership in June-2017 during country club 's 25 the anniversary celebration offer in Bangalore, kormangala office.But unfortunately we could not enjoy any vacation due to the very bad experience in conversion of payment to EMI. The club representative has agreed in purchase document and took the forms signed to convert the bill payment through credit card into EMI but failed in doing that. We have reached office in person and trying to reach the epresentative from past 8 months, but still its not done .Now the credit card bill is exceeding with financial charges and it is affecting my Cibil score.I have told the person to to clear the credit card charges levied for this mistake.Still we are not getting any solution. Frustrated by this bad response we thought its high time before 3 months and we decided to cancel the membership as we no longer in mood to enjoy any vacation . We have conveyed that also to the representatives of the club, again no response till now .
