I deceive and forged with 95000 inr from my card.
I sanjay taneja want to share my own experience of unprofessional & disguise behaviour of country club team. last week, I got call from country club team saying I won a draw of 6n&7d and invited me at their eros country club, faridabad to collect that voucher. I went there and met with raman thakur, ankur chauhan & mr. javed. they offered me country club membership @ 117, 000 after discount. I refused, but they offer me 3 years emi 3250 inr pm. I gave my credit card for ist emi 3250 inr deduction. next day, credit card service provider call me and confirmed 95, 000 inr transaction with country club. I said that I opted emi option and I gave my card them only for 3250 inr. I asked them to stop that transaction but they refused and told me that there is no emi option on this and country club has been received amount, only they can reverse it. after getting this surprise, I connect with same people and asked them why you swap 95000 from my card instead of 3250 inr? instead of giving me reply they disguise me and forcing me to take country club membership. nobody, is telling me about cancellation and documents. I am feeling harassed and cheated. I can’t go with people who disguise and misconduct their customer for selling their product.
after discussing so many times with country club representatives still I didn't get any resolution. this is what for country club known for? instead of discussing solution still everyone forcing me to continue on their condition. if company doesn't have any emi product selling facility then why you disguise customers. I am getting harassed every day. I opt your service to give smile to my family not for mentally & financially harassment.

Its been one and half month since i took country club membership from shining tower khalidiya, abu dhabi. While giving the presentation the guy was using Abu Dhabi Country club name which itself is a renowned club, so it was just to make people more confused, upon asking he confirmed the location of the club being at airport road Abu Dhabi, which again is not the case. Now i want to cancel the membership and get my money refunded which i have already paid in full, i contacted the bank but they said the amount is already taken, now i am planning to contact DED Abu Dhabi to highlight the issue that there are many people being conned by this company.

Don't ever trust country club, its really a worst thing if u join in country club, I never face these type of problems with any customer care except this stupid and worst country club customer care. They lift and cut the cals if we ask about their promises. I was joined in aug and still haven't cleared few things reg intrest on credit cards and reinvestment. I was going to begumpet from 3 months always moving around they always escaping to give my money back. They do business with people to get money only not at all customer satisfaction. Till they get money from customer they will talk to us nice and after that they don't even respond to our calls and cal back. I hate myself to join in this. My suggestion never trust these people.

I took a membership from country club Dubai, and they said to me when ever I need I can refund that, and now they saying there is no refund, they are real cheaters, it's almost 10 months for now, last time i have made a complain they call me and ask to remove my complain.

I took membership of country vacation 4 years back and every time I request for booking the standard answer is booking is full for that location/dates. In last 4 years I could get only one vacation and there was a horrendous experience of that as well. Tried reaching out to some people there but no answer to call. I asked to cancel my membership and give refund, they disconnected the call and no more picking my call. Can somebody help me is getting my money back?

We (couple) was called by country vacations on 20th July 2014 that we have been selected for a gift and lucky coupon for free 7 days accommodation's in any hotel within India. We went to Yelahanka country vacations resort and came to know it’s a prime part of Country Club of India Ltd. They forced me to take a membership of country vacations for 25 years that costing was around 3.00.000.00 (three Lakhs) which I could note ven think. Then 3-4 managers came to me and committed lot of fake promises with my wife. My wife told me that we can get at least 5 years of membership with the cost of 70000. After strong discussion and negotiation they negotiate with Rs. 50000 saying that we will be getting same facility as other customer availing. They said there is no charges if I paid by my credit card but I will have to pay 4000 Rs. extra apart from membership cost. After raising question on that they said we have already given discount on our membership fee. They also told me that we will be getting 06 free SPA coupon, another five star free accommodation for vacation and bla bla bla.. Till the date I did not get any response from Country Vacations or CCIL. Even when I make calls no one picks my call. I tried to contact customer care number of time they said my time is over and you may contact next day. Again We have been cheated by CCIL and Rajeev Reddy (CEO) on behalf of CCIL. SHAME country club of India and country vacations. I decided to go for court and police to lodge FIR against all managers and executives of CCIL. Also I filed a complaint to the consumer forum. If my money is not refunded I will do my level best to get it back.Draft is ready to send PMO, CM-AP, President of India and concern offices as I am a veterans of India and nobody can cheat me. If they think they will go to hell.I would request Mr. Rajeev Reddy in a very polite way that please stop cheating public and customers or be ready to go in jail like Subrat Roy. CCIL was cheated me in 2005 with a false commitment of giving plot in Bangalore. I recovered my money back from their office in Indira nagar, Bangalore. I know how to recover the money if it is not refunded within 15 days.

I am also victim of country club dubai. I have been called for free vouchers and presentation. but when we went to madina mall dubai for the same, we have asked to take membership which I was not interested at all. but I have been trapped by showing another product called counrty club condos (properties) which I have signed cautiously with a condition that if I am not interested I have to get my refund for which they agreed whilst signing. but upon my decision to withdraw from that and asked for refund they are reluctant to give the same and given me many stories and many meeting and many brain wash sessions. finally when they knew that I am not interested at all, they are offering me some vouchers against money I paid for. vouchers worth some peanuts. who the hell they are to decide how to use my money and why are they not refunding my money? cheating intention? people beware before going to country club. please spread the info your friends and relatives also to avoid this situation. now I am chasing for more than 4 months for my refund. let us all gather together and file a complaint against country club dubai and escalate to licensing authorities, courts, media... I also have same kind of experience like yours. I joined CCIL just one month ago(29/05/2014) from banglore. One day i got a call from them and informed we won a prize in their lucky draw. They invited me with my wife to go and collect the prize. We went there. They forced us to attend a presentation before collecting the prize. We attended the presentation. One Mr.Tousif (+[protected]) had explained about country club and he guided us through 5 year membership plan. In that plan we had to pay 120000/- as one payment from our credit card and the amount ;they will make as EMI and we have to pay 5000/- every month. They offered a Thailand trip within one year with all expenses paid by country club except our shopping.They informed this membership card can be used as a travel insurance as well. By this membership we can have 7 days annual holidays at any country club locations including food and all amenities. If we are not using this free holiday package then they will refund 28000/- to our account as we transfering our free package to somebody else. They also had promised if we wish after 2 years we can sell our membership and can redeem 120000/- for that. Why I am telling all these things because now I feel that I am also got cheated by country club like you. They promised I will get my membership card within one week. Neither I got my card nor they made the amount as EMI. Whenever I call Mr.Tousif regarding my concern he used to say "let me check and call me back". He never tried to solve our problem. Now he blocked our number and can't call him right away. Couple of times I called from some other numbers and asked him why he blocked our number?. Instead of solving our problem he abused us and shouted against my wife. We asked them for 5 years membership but they made it as 10 years membership. For 5.years membership its 120000/- for joining and 5000/- annual renewal payment. For 10 years membership its 140000/- joining fees and 7500/- annual renewal payment. They gave 20000/- discount and gave us 10 years membership. Still I don't understand why they did like that. Neither we wished nor we asked them to provide 10 years membership package. Regarding this we asked to Mr.Tousif about the reason;but unfortunately he never replied properly. These people even don't have the manners to reply properly. By all these things I really fed up and want to cancel this contract. But they are saying contract cannot be cancelled. Really they are good cheaters I had ever seen in my life. I will never suggest anyone to deal with country club and stay there. I am not gonna escape them. I really think to file a case against country club and Mr.Tousif in consumer court. Will it work? last week of june2014 I got call from country club of Dubai.They said you got gift voucher to collect from ours. I told initally I am alone here. I don't have family.But still they insist me to come. Then I went and met country club representative's over there. They give long presentation over feature and benefits of investing property of country club in my state. I told I don't' have big money. Then they changed topic and ask me if you are interested for vacation? We are providing 5 star accommodation with meagre amount for 5 year or 15 year and 25 years. In different rate. They said we are celebrating 25 years completion for that we are offering dh.7500/- for 5 years. I told I want to consult my spouse regarding this. But even that also they didn't give time. This salesmanager other people are very clever in marketing strategy. They expert in how to convince other people and brain wash them. Instead of name country club they should change name AS 'CHEATER'S CLUB". They called so many people over there. That people came from outside or their own staff's I don't know. Lot of drama without rehearsal is going on there. They create this kind of environment and give me time immediately to take decision and told today is last date for 25 years completion offer like
that told. They are doing some black magic.I given my credit card and they charged dh.7500/-.Next day I realize from this site and go there and ask my refund. They said this is non refundable.But before paying money they said you can canell and get refund. I am cheated by country club people on last week of June14. They called me regarding presentation. I went there, first they did n't tell any thing about cost. They shows club resort photos in India and other country. I told I am not interested to buy.they told we are not force and just u see our benefit we are providing. In final movement two asked my id card and credit card. They are forced and brain wash myself to ask to take quick decision. I told I want to confirm with my wife. That time also not giving, they are talking, nearly two hours they talked continuously without rest. If you miss the chance you will never get like that they talked. I finally loose my mind and give my credit card. I loose dh.7500/-. Next day I come to know this people. And called morning itself ask them to not to proceed. Then I go evening. That fellow newly joined person Mr. Amol I met. He said I will consult with manager regarding this issue.But I talk to this manager. He said once you paid you wont get refund. I loose my hard earned money. Instead of doing this work you can go to road and take begging to people is better. This people educated criminal and cheater. They are cheating public in modern way. Main aim for this people targeting middle class people. They given false promise and they told we are giving 5 star accomptation for every year 7 days 6 nights to go to any where in the world like that they cheated me. I want to get back my money. I don't know how to get back. Can you guide me regarding this issue to get back my money back.

I was told that I have won a raffle for 6nights 7days complimentary stay in country club properties in India, Sri Lanka or Bangkok. They asked me to collect the same from Country club hotel, Dubai. On reaching, I was put through a presentation where they promised a lot. To put it short, I was trapped and parted with AED15000 through my debit card and promise that I will pay the balance AED 35000 within 7 days through credit card for 30 years holiday time share and two plots of 1500 sq. ft in Kerala. But none of the documents or messages mentioned about the plot or the real estate part. They told I have to pay AED1200 p.a. which they told will be reduced to Rs.7000/= if I made a request. I got a call (from Hyderabad?) confirming- where I asked this question - but was told the AMC of AED1200/= will not be waived off at any cost. They also informed that Orange County - Coorg is their property which when I checked seems not correct. Now I am sure all their promises are false and they were cheating. Hence I want to cancel my membership.
Can any one guide me for cancellation and getting my money back. Their form says I can cancel this within 7 days deducting admin charges.

As discused with Mr. Kiran from bangalore koramangala office at 19th saturday,
1) Total purchased price is 61000.00 not Rs. 71750.
2)Rs.24750.00 EMI 18 MONTHS to be given.
3)Member ship cards not recived till now not only vacation membership cards, country club membership cards also not recived.
4)Not responding from Mr.Imran, Darshan, Keshav till date, by phone any time also, So these are above points not satisfaction for me, Due to cancel the country club vacation membership & refund the money for 24750.00.

I have a country club gift voucher no. [protected] which will be expiring on 31st august, 2014. when I am trying to book any holiday online, error message comes. I have requested them thrice on 6th, 9th and 12 th may, 2014 through e-mail to solve my problem. but till date, the company has not yet solved the problem. the most humiliating thing is that, in spite of my 3 e-mails, thye havn't bothered to give me a reply.
You are requested to look into the matter and inform me accordingly.

Hi, i also have the same problem with country club. I have paid AED 12000 to them to buy plot in India. Their service was not satisfactory with me. so i requested to refund my amount. Past 08 months i am try to get my money. there are not giving proper responsible to my requests. i am wait for them till this November. if not i will file case against them to Economic department or Dubai court.
If anyone can help me please advise and guide me how to file case against them.

My first question is, as country vacation is a member of airda, it has a code of ethics which has to be followed by you as you are a member of airda.
It states that a buyer can cancel all the agreements if he can wish within 10 working days and the amount paid has to be refunded.
So please tell me why you are not accepting to cancel my membership within the cooling off period.
The below are the various offers given to me while taking membership:
1. vacations offered are for 2 weeks per year.
2. amc costs are mandatory for first two years and from third year amc has to be paid only if we are using vacations in that year or else no need to pay.
3. lifelong free club membership usage for my family (wife and two children). monthly county club publications and passes for the events occurring in club will be delivered to my home.
4. no charges of package tour – pick up, drop & sight seeing (only fuel charges to be paid) / breakfast / room.
5. during the tour – a cook will be given to prepare the food, we need to provide the raw materials.
6. insurance for me and my wife.
7. after 2 years the vacations can be given for renting or selling and the membership can be transferred and the amount will be refunded if we wish and this will be processed by the company itself if needed.
As all these offers are made verbally and not in written due to which the contracts or agreements made becomes void.
So kindly cancel the membership and refund the payments made for the same.

The fraud strategy of country club team is as follows:
They will attract the customers by filling out the forms in some big malls.
The team member will call you on your mention cell number to come at their office address along with your wife.
When we go there they will explain about their foolish plan...and it will take 1 or 2 hours of time to explain all the foolish things...
They will never tell you about the hidden things like membership AMC charges and other important hidden things.
Once the customer becomes a member by paying the registration amount after that they will disclose their hidden charges and then if the customer wants to cancel / take back their membership paid fees they will not get back...
Instead they will offer some foolish holiday gift voucher which is again useless to use...you will never ever think of to use that free gift voucher coz. it has so many limitations to use it as free...
My request to all of you is not to become a member of country club...they all are cheaters in the market and they will enjoy on our money.

On 02 mar 14, i received a call from Mr. Sudheer Reddy stating that i have been selected for 04 free gifts on a lucky draw and i do not have any obligation to pay anything to collect it. i repeatedly asked him whether it is for any holiday promotions; however he denied it.
While offering the membership, he promised the following
(a) lifetime membership for vacations, AMC will be charged only on usage basis, Free pickup / drop facility from Airport/ railway station, free sightseeing in AC bus; car (only fuel expenses to be borne by self), 0% EMI option for SBI credit cards, accommodation in any RCI affilitated resorts.
However these were not endorsed in the agreement. When i insisted upon the same, i was promise that these will be given in e-mail /letter from Hyderabad corporate office. But i'm yet to receive it. Inspite of repeated calls to customer care in chennai and hyderabad, i'm yet to get any satisfactory reply... I have given apolice complaint also. Anyone plz suggest me ways to get back the money..

One day we went to Big Bazaar for shoping purpose at Great India
Palace mall, Noida, Sec-18.We met a guy from country vacations who collected our few information
& filled a coupon form. On the next day they started calling us &
sending SMS that we(Me & my wife) won a lucky draw & we were eligible
to get a free gift voucher on vacations. When we went there to collect it we
were forced to take membership by promising many facilities to be provided by
them like 10 years vacations, holiday package which will include resort
facilities, Drop & pick up facilities, fooding almost free, sight
seening, One trip of two free flight tickets of two adults to Goa and many
more.Finally we took a membership in favour of my wife-Sheli Bhattacherjee
(suggested by them) by paying a sum of Rs 50000 via SBI credit card
no-([protected]). They assured us that this amount would get converted
into EMI automatically.Then I was made busy by them for transaction purpose. In
the mean time they they collected signature of my wife on their few papers
including fraud agreement paper(Court stamp, date was not original).when we got
the kits we became shocked seeing the terms & conditions as which are
totally dissimilar as promised by them & one more alarming point that on a
page of agreement they manipulated my wife’s signature. After noticing the
entire fraud we called their customer care repeatedly & dropped few emails
also.But no response from their side yet. Being a customer we are strongly
disagreeing this illegal agreement & not want to avail any facilities by
Country vacations.After getting the kits we also came to know that we will have
to pay Rs 6500 as annual maintenance fee. We have a voice record proof of all
fraud assurance made by one of their employee which would be produced at the
time of hearing. Please help us to get our hard earned money refunded.We are
ready to appear before court for refund.

paid 170, 000 for membership promised allotment of plots in proposed golf club. even after 7 years the golf club never came up. promised membership facilities were denied. paid another 50, 000 towards registration of plots. they incurred only 10, 000 for registration. asked for refund of 40, 000. they are not refunding. wanted to cancel membership and take refund of entire 220, 000. will return the site documents.

i live in Dubai country club cheated me as well there sales executive committed so many thing but end of the day nothing is there when i requested to cancel the membership they started showing all the clause and mentioned that individual commitment country club is not responsible when i said they required sales people to sell this but the said we are not responsible for this i am trying very hard to get my money back i have paid small amount but this not the concern do not other to get into this trap. Mr Gomes / Afzal/ Shaikh Yousuf/ Muzzamil...all are incdulge in this trap..I want my money back but they are telling one other way...They Deduct 6500/ aed from my credit card within friction of seconds..and now i have to pay the amount and my salry is not also much to pay this amount..i told them this also that i am working for a school and i am not able to pay this amount..then they said you dont worry, you have to pay this in installment of 540 p.m..because they promise me to provide me the credit of mashreq bank, but they are not able to do this also...can anyone help me out to come out from this trap and i can get my hard earned money back...
