[Resolved] Country Club Membership Application / membership cancellation

I submitted application for Country club membership with full payment on 08.07.2015. After payment they did not give us any receipt or documents and told us everything shall be sent by email. We approached them on 09.07.2015 as we did not receive any mail regarding the same. From the discussion it is understood that the people who explained the membership details do not know the terms & conditions mentioned in the application form. We had to explain them about the spot online receipt, money refund policy, the processing charge for the credit card payment etc. As per the company policy, if the customer wanted to cancel the application within 7 days the company should refund the money. Kindly advise, how can I get the money back? whom should I contact within the 7 days time?. As instructed by the sales manager, we already submitted the request for cancellation & refund on 09.07.2015 (within 1 day).

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
