Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Cheating

I got call from country club, Dubai in Feb 2015. They asked me to come to their hotel to take free gift. I went there and I was told by many impressive schemes and there was a special offer on the occasion of 25 years celebrations for country club. The offer is: they are providing membership with 2 x lands (around 260 Sq yards in India) and with decision making period of 180 days to decide to continue or cancel. Full refund of membership amount in case member is not satisfied. The told to decide on membership at that time only. Once you come out of the gate offer will not be valid. Also they send mail about 180 days decision period on the spot. Under the impression of refund, I paid partial payment of 20K.

As I came to know next day about my work tenure is going to finish from my manager, I approached country club team who offered me and explained the situation and I had asked for full refund. He (Mr. Sumish) told due to company policies they need at minimum 150days to cancel. Some how I requested in my office and could able to manage my tenure extension for another 6 months.

After 180days when I ask for the refund, Mr Saifulla Bajwa (assistant manager) told that I contract was non-refundable. I got shock and I was panic. He asked me to send the details to check with their next level management on my request. I sent an email with all details but I got response with 2 options which will refund only 50% amount and remaining to use for membership. Mr. Sumish who was there sold me the membership is not at all taking any responsibility.

When I send followup mail stating the need of money for me, I did not get response. Called them many times but not reachable.

Can some one help me how to get my money back and whom to approach such kind fraud cases.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Cheating in dubai

Subject: Cheating of Country club to the Member’s in Dubai

I Rahman Khan holder of Indian Passport No L 9731176, would like to state that there is cheating by the above mentioned Club.

I have following facts below mentioned which will clarify that even after paying partial membership as requested by their executive, I was not availed of the vacation. The facts are as follows:-

1. I visited Country Club Dubai office in Madina Mall (Muhasinah) in October 2014, on receiving a call from them and having trusted their plan of vacation and became member on October 2014 by paying Dhs. 15, 000 through my credit card of NAJM.
2. There terms were total membership Dhs. 45, 000 divided into 3 years that is Dhs. 15, 000 each year.
3. Logically or legally I became a member of Country Club Dubai. I was offered Land in Ratnagiri which is a part of free offer from Country Club Dubai.
4. I was verbally told that the services would be the best and if I was not satisfied, they would refund the membership.
5. On 26th October 2014, I sent them a email to Country Club that I wanted to Book a holiday for their resort in Bandipur (Karnataka), India from 14th to 16th November 2014 and 5th to 7th December 2014 as discussed by their executive during availing the membership.
6. According to their availability the 1st booking dates were not available. So I confirmed them my Second booking (5th to 7th December 2014) on 18th November 2014, after which there was no response from their part. I constantly requested to provide me the contact Number of the incharge but it was of no use. (Can refer my mails sent to them) I kept on communicated with them until 18th of November.
7. I clearly mentioned that I am going to cancel my membership on my email dated 14th November 2014.
8. On reaching back to dubai I visited their office and asked for refund as I got suspicious of their intention.
9. After long communication with them in Dubai, Mr. Bashir as asked me to give me a letter of request for refund. On submission for which they asked me to go to their head office and submit, which no one accepted to receive, and Mr. Unni denied to take this letter, so forcefully I had to send it through email, fax and through P.O.Box. (Registered letter) to them.
10. On receiving the email I received the reply from them stating to me that as per contract I am entitled for holiday only after full payment of membership. Which was not mentioned to be as well as I didn’t even receive my original nor copy of my Contract on my several phone calls and my last reminder through my email on 10th March 2015, I receive a attachments of my contract on 11th March 2015. The fact is that for 3 years I am not availed of any booking until full payment of membership.
11. I feel cheated and let down after seeing this email and even they broke my trust.
12. If Country Club had this intention not to avail me of vacation then why did they misrepresent by communicating about the booking till 18th November 2014,
13. I want the Public in general to know about Country Club in Dubai about their intention, so that they are not cheated in the future.
14. I request you to print this letter in your news paper and make it known to General Public.
15. On approaching country club that my financial situation is bad due to losing my job, I was given 3 options (Copy attached) even after accepting that their service is bad, which was accepted in meeting with their customer care Manager Mr. Saifullah.
16. I told country club that I want my refund and no more excuses.
I humble request you to print this letter and save the hard earns of the General Public.

Dear all
I am sharing my worst experience with club. Cntry staff called us for free gift voucher, what we had gone thru is disaster/nightmare. These guys so clever or some kind of magic they use. They promise or tell all gr8 things in presentation. Moment you sit for 15 mins consider u lost your money like thousands of people worldwide. Membership forms all are single sides. Just take care many people lost their money like my family. I request DED Govt of UAE to interfere and carry independent investigation. At our times there was no proper guideline. Now you can go to police, DED, court . As consumer u have right for refund no matter. People keep quite thats the reason such company benefitted. Don't ever go for free voucher or gift call u may realize once u pay mny. Stay away it is ur choice else u will lose like mny. Surprisingly it is an Indian company targets Indian community. problems in riyad, oman, qatar, all over the GCC/including origin India. Stay away!

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Regarding membership issues

Country Club Gift Voucher/ Membership offer purely miss-selling. They don't have proper management just make false commitments, During booking only message shown - No result available or sold out. Purly business of make people fool.
As we had some issues regarding the commitments made by your previous Sales manager Mr. Santosh at Pulse mall, Nagar road branch last year, we have talked over phone and also had face to face discussion with you at Undri branch. As per our discussion over a call and your request, I am sending this email to you regarding the same.
> The commitments made by Mr. Santosh and team are as follows
> 1. We will pay Rs. 20, 000/- and avail country club travel and club facilities for TWO years. If we like the facility then we may continue the service for 5 years.
> 2. There is beauty parlor and SPA facility where I’ll get all the parlor facilities for free. The parlor is at Undri and another is being made at Amanora and we can use it straight away.
> 3. We will get an extra 6 Days 7 Night package besides two 6 days 7 nights package per year and one in a gift voucher. So total SIX 6 days 7 nights’ packages.
> 4. We will get one way flight ticket for me and my husband for one trip.
> 5. Most Important point – We are not liable to pay any of the amount at the trip venue towards any facility, But when we tried to book a vacation at Goa for 2days 3 nights, we were asked to pay Rs. 1000/- per day.
> 6. Apart from Rs. 20, 000/- paid, we will be required to pay any extra amount per year for Club or travel in 2 years.
> As we have not availed any facility in last one year of tenure of our membership, I request you to provide the committed facilities and extend our membership to one more year in the same amount paid by us. If we get satisfied then we will definitely look forward for further continuation. If it is not possible then kindly look forward to repay the amount as we really need the money as it is a very big investment for us.

Dear all members as we discussed I have given following complaint to there sponcer .

I am writing to make a formal complaint against your business sponsorship which you have started with country vacations, this is to inform you i have been to the place near mubarak hospital murabba street in the name of collecting the gift and being cheated first they invited me and than humiliated me very badly from that time onward i have gather good source and contacts whom they cheated previously, I don't want to discuss with you there fraud business activity as you already aware of that but got confused and hard to believe being Saudi citizen you are supporting them, Please note the following points which we will be using to terminate them from ksa legally if you havent taken immediate action

Points Below:-
Employees are working there illegal specially Women s are working there against law
With out proper license running business
Calling Families without proper information and running loud music.

If you haven't taken necessary action i with my group will contact to further authorities with legal person .

After giving following complaints to there sponcer and above authorities, even though there are continuing there business, still some of my friends getting calls from their shameless and immodest women's employee not having character and family values ready to do anything for money after ignoring also there are calling again, few of my friends are getting harassment calls to pay membership amount from another lady we already have records of these unashamed women's and willing drag them legally for new members information we already have given complain to lawyers and got legal notice waiting for his appointment to visit and interrogate them if anyone faces same issue can contact me or give compliment to there sponcer or

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Not getting my money refund

Dear Sir/Ma'm,
In the month of Mar, 2015, In Reliance Mart, Aundh, Pune; one person gave us a slip and ask us to fill and said that there will be lucky draw and if you will be selected we will get some gifts including a free holiday voucher. And as everyone get selected in that lucky draw, we also got selected and got call from a girl who ask us to visit their office in Aundh to collect gifts, and told us that you will have a session of 40 Min before receiving gifts and she was not ready to tell us that what that session is all about. She follows up very frequently with me and requested many time to attend the session. Finally, on one weekend when I and my wife were in that area, we thought of collecting the gifts and visit their office. Where me were made to wait for around 20 min then they took us in a big room where many couples were sitting at some distance and they were in some discussions with country club people. There was loud music so no one was able to hear what is going on at other’s desk.
Finally a guy whose name is Sudhir (Mob. – [protected]) came to our desk and started their process of brainwashing us. He was explaining some vacation and club plan with many promises, but we were in dilemma, so we denied then he started reducing the price. He told as that for club + vacation you will have to pay Rs. 135000/- and Rs. 8500/- per anum AMC charges. We were still not in the mood to invest that big amount and as there is no club in my area so that were of no use to me. And at the end he told us that you can also take vacation only plan which will cost you Rs. 65000/- and you will not have to pay any other charges in future. He told me that we will get 10 holidays of 7N/6D in duration of 5yrs. And for any holiday booking they will provide full itinerary and we will have to pay only for flight charges and that too up to 40% off, as they have contracts with airlines. Wherever country club is having their resort they will provide Breakfast and Dinner free and wherever it is in collaboration we will have to pay nominal charges. Sightseeing and local conveyance will be free. You can book your holidays through app and can get all the updates related to country club. And the list goes on……..
Still we ask some time to decide, we told him that we will think and let them know some other time. But he insists too take decision there itself and said that these all offers are for today only. So we took the plan. And Sudhir came to us with the contact document and made us sign to some innumerable number of documents and didn’t even give us time to read all those. To read all that someone would need hours. Finally when he handed over to us the receipt it was having total amount as 135000/-. When we asked what this is? He told us that, your plan is vacation only and just in case you want to take club membership in future, you can pay remaining amount and take the club membership also. I still ask him to mention only the amount I paid but he said no issues sir, you will not have to pay any amount other than this in future.
We came to know about all this fraud when we were planning our first vacation through country club. First of all it is already more than 10days but still I didn’t get the itinerary. At first place we call Sudhir, as he promised us that we can contact him for any booking purpose, he gave one number when we called on that number than the girl told me that we will have to pay local conveyance charges. Then we called back Sudhir he said I will go to reservation office and will call but we didn’t get any reply from him for 3 days. Then I called him many times on Sat morning but he didn’t pick up, I dropped him messages also on whatsapp and even after reading the messages there was no reply. Then I called him again at around 12:00, finally he picked the call and when I asked him for my issue resolution, he said I will go to reservation office and will call you by 2:30PM but I didn’t get any call, then I call him at around 3:30PM, then he said I will call you in 10-12 min but no call again, then I call him at around 6PM, he said I will call you in 2 min, again I didn’t receive any call. Then I called him around 7:30PM, again he stopped picking call. And after trying for many time he finally picked and said I am handing over phone to reservation guy, he will send you reply by Monday. Reservation guy also told the same thing that for sure I will reply by Monday but I didn’t receive any communication from their side. Then I called Sudhir on Tues (As I was not having number of that guy), then he told me some other story that it takes 3 working days (And that was 3rd working day already), we waited for another day, still no reply. Finally I dropped an email to central customer care then I got the call from same girl(Neetu Chavan), to whom we talked initially. After talking to him we came to know about many more fake promises like there is no free food, some false AMC charges and utility taxes which were not told to us initially. When I asked her for contact number of some senior person she didn’t gave me and was just playing in emails and over call. She told me that I will ask Sudhir to call you and look into your issues, if he will not be able to solve your problem then I will give number of any senior person but till the time I haven’t received any type of communication from Sudhir. And ever after many follow ups with Neetu, she still haven’t provided contact number of any senior person and neither she solved our issue. Here is the list of some fake promises that I come to know till now from them and problems that I faced:
1. He told us that we will have 2 holidays of 6N/7D per year but Neetu told me that we are having only one such holiday per year.

2. Breakfast and dinner will be free wherever country club have their own resorts and wherever it is in collaboration, we will have to pay nominal charges but Neetu told us that Food is also chargeable.

3. He told us that there is a AMC amount of 8500/- which is for club membership plan but as we opt for only vacation plan, so we will not have to pay anything apart from the money that we have already paid(Rs. 65000/-).

4. I am following up with people for more than 10 days for getting the itinerary but I just got the mail from Neetu Chavan, which is having just two things(Please find her mail in red below). Utility taxes of 2100, which was also not told to us in the beginning and AMC charge of Rs. 8500/-(This is also wrongly charges as per initial promise from Sudhir).

5. Sudhir promised earlier that all the local conveyance will be from Country vacations side but now he is saying it is chargeable, it is not about charges but whatever is truth should be informed correctly to customer.

6. Sudhir told us that we can follow anything going on in country club through app, but we are not able to make use of that app because it shows that you have some pending amount to be paid.

7. Sudhir promised that you can go for only vacations plan but the receipt which he handed over to us was having amount of both vacations and club plan and we made it clear to him already we will never going to take that club plan, but he made the receipt of full amount and said no issues if you want in future, you can pay otherwise you can enjoy the plan as you opt for.

8. Sudhir promised us that for any issue and reservations you can contact me and since last more than a week he is making fool of us, either he do not pick the call or if he pics, he says I will call you in 10 min or I will call you in 2 min but we never got a call from his side even after many follow ups by me and my wife.

As I haven’t used any of their services and faced so many issues and after coming to know that almost all promises were fake, I want my membership fee back. For same I have dropped email to Country Club customer care also but till now I haven’t received any reply from them.

We are feeling like cheated and going through mental torture because of these people. We have given them our hard earned money, and in return we are facing such attitude and behavior from these people.
Kindly help us in taking our membership fee refund in full. I will be very thankful to you.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Poor customer service

I filled a form given to me by a person in Awal Cinema. After few days, I got a call from them saying I won some free vacation package and a kitchen set in that lucky draw. I was told to collect the voucher from their office in Dana Mall. When I went there with my wife, they told we have to attend a 90 min. presentation before collecting the gift. In presentation they started explaining their Country Vacation's lucrative offers, which could be availed after joining their membership. Whenever we expressed our urgency to leave and denied to accept their membership, the sales executive started begging to sit and just listen to him as per the presentation rules and as he was paid for it. After 3 hr of their repeated brainwash tactics, we got convinced that they are offering something good and we just got trapped in their membership. After coming home, when we again thought about it, discussed it and went through the agreement in detail, we were not comfortable with it. So we put a Request Letter for refund and cancellation of our Country Vacations International WLL membership in Bahrain office on within 2 days of buying (cool off period) in written and through e-mail also. Also, there came sudden urgent need of money from home due to which we cannot afford further installments and annual maintenance fees of membership.
We were not ready to join it first as its offer value was too high and was out of our budget which we told to their representatives. But they convinced us on ground of flexibility in payment options and lucrative offers. They told us not to pay anything till 3 yrs but at the end of 3 yrs, pay the whole amount but in agreement they divided the payment in monthly installments. We have paid 500 BD cash till now.
Within 3 days, we came across lots of customer complaints from India, Dubai, Saudi, etc. on net who posted about their poor services, false promises, no response from customer care and rude behavior (while requesting for cancellation and refund), demanding extra charges, breaking the code of payment installment, false tie-ups with banks, etc.

After going through all these reviews, we have lost faith in the company and commitments made by its staff and are afraid whether they will give any positive response in future.
We mailed to their customer care department and Client Servicing Manager, Mr. Satish Thomas ([protected]@countryclubmail.com) as well but nobody responded till now.
Also, they didn't mention anything regarding their cancellation policy or cool off period in their so called presentation and agreement as well. As per rules, they should have explained every clause of membership on the spot but they hide one of the Clause stating - we can avail their facilities only after full payment, i.e.after 3 yr installment completion (which we knew only after reading the agreement in detail after reaching home). If we knew this earlier, we would not have joined the membership.
Don't we have the right to cancel and refund even after applying within 2 days of joining the membership.
Please don't fall in their trap.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Refund

What were promised by country vacation to member, in country vacations sales and presentation office at no.881/a, yashodara complex, 3rd floor, dr. modi hospital road, basaveshwara nagar, bangalore - 560079, opposite to punjab national bank, it’s completely different.
Country vacations has promised for providing holidays with good hospitality and services but completely failed.
Member has paid 9540/- (nine thousand five hundred and forty rupees) for meal plan (breakfast/ lunch) in the month of january 2015. member has reached to resort and visit for lunch on 25/04/2015 and country vacations highly negligent of the performance and deficiency. next morning member has visited for breakfast, there is no more options available that suitable for member. the member had suffered hardship and deficiency, member demanded, about deficiency and hospitality. the country vacation replied, all the member of country vacations are not attending breakfast and lunch, but gathering on dinner, if member required more hospitality and options, then visit at the time of dinner. member has paid meal charges in advance to country vacations. however, country vacations argued, member did not have any option, only option to suffer.

Member contacted to country vacations on 05/05/2015 country vacations all india reservations department and mailed to ([protected]@countryvacationsmail.com) about holidays booking. member have clearly mention to country vacations not required meal plan, member has already suffered, but country vacations notable to understand and started mental harassing for meal plan by country vacations all india reservations department. finally, country vacations declared booking is not available on member’s date, then country vacations started arguments it is not possible to make member booking in the month of may or before two months because member did not call to country vacations head office, member’s demand for refund, but country vacations denied.

From two months member is contacted through mail regarding refund for a full amount of 158000/- (one lakh fifty eight thousand rupees) excluded interested and country vacations has replied, in agreement clearly has mentioned membership amount is non-refundable
Finally consumer has sent the legal notice to the country vacations and the country vacations advocate has replied

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Cancellation

I was also trapped by CCL sales team and I do not know how I got into their trap, I was approached by Sales guys from CCL to come and meet them who offered holiday gift voucher which is free, I and my wife attended the presentation, I paid them AED 25000 fee for platinum membership hoping that we will take family for holidays without any issue. I got a call from Hyd office welcoming the membership etc... they informed me about AMC AED 1200 per year.. I tried to contact the guys to sort out but with some options they dragged the issue till now and I have filled a letter with them to refund my amount.
Please let me know if how to approach authorities to lodge a complaint. I had informed all my friends on the social media not to go for Country Club holidays packages..

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Request for money refund

I filled up a raffle ticket of Country club during my visit Al Madina Mall, Dubai. On 08.07.2015 they called me @2 pm and informed me that I have won some gift voucher for a stay in country club hotel and to visit their office with identity card to collect the prize. Since I was in Abdu Dhabi that time, I agreed to visit their office around 8 pm. I attended their presentation with my wife. Mr. Nireesh & Mr. Arun (introduced as Manager) explained their idea in some A4 white papers.

Since the DME-Direct Marketing Executive Mr.Nireesh was my neighbour in my home country, I decided to proceed. But, my wife was not happy and she told them we did not have this much money to pay now. Then they explained credit card payment facility is available with 0% interest and no processing fee. We told them we don’t know the balance available in the credit card as we bought some gold with that credit card. Mr. Arun told they have facility to check the balance and he went with our credit cards and after sometime I got alert SMSs from bank. Total amount AED.44, 000/- was taken from 3 cards away from our presence. (They swiped ADCB card 2 times and one transaction was unsuccessful due to insufficient available limit and Emirates NBD charged us 219 Dhs for over limit charge). Since the payment was done, we were forced to sign in the application & relevant forms to get the receipt. We asked them to give us the receipt and the application copy with terms and conditions. Mr.Arun explained that only after the confirmation call from India (Hyderabad) they could give the land allotment paper, receipt & the benefits details. Within 20 minutes time I got a call from India (Mob number) to confirm all the details, however the information which the caller asked was not matching. The caller assured that I could call him back for any concerns in future. Mr. Arun announced our name in the hall and congratulated / informed us the plot in Kerala was allotted to our member ship number. He was not ready to give us the receipt or the benefits details. It was late night and we went home with the gift voucher and 2 travel bags which they gave as gift. The very next day morning, when I checked my e-mail the receipt or the member ship details were not sent to our e-mail id. Then, I tried to call Mr. Nireesh and the person (who had given confirmation call last night). But both mobile numbers were not reachable. Then I called Mr. Arun (Manager) for some clarification and he asked us to come and meet him at his office at Al Madeena Mall.
On 09.07.2015 @ 2 pm, I went to their office to get clarification on the things mentioned in the application. But we are not convinced and decided to cancel & get our money refunded. We submitted the cancellation/money refund request immediately as instructed by Mr. Basheer, Area Sales Manager. We have the complete audio clip of the discussion.
We approached police station, as per their advice we called DED and registered a complaint on 10.07.2015.
Now country club people are asking to give valid reasons in order to approve the refund. Kindly helps us to proceed further.

I filled up a raffle ticket of Country club during my visit Al Madina Mall, Dubai. On 08.07.2015 they called me @2 pm and informed me that I have won some gift voucher for a stay in country club hotel and to visit their office with identity card to collect the prize. Since I was in Abdu Dhabi that time, I agreed to visit their office around 8 pm. I attended their presentation with my wife. Mr. Nireesh & Mr. Arun (introduced as Manager) explained their idea in some A4 white papers.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Membership cancellation

I submitted application for Country club membership with full payment on 08.07.2015. After payment they did not give us any receipt or documents and told us everything shall be sent by email. We approached them on 09.07.2015 as we did not receive any mail regarding the same. From the discussion it is understood that the people who explained the membership details do not know the terms & conditions mentioned in the application form. We had to explain them about the spot online receipt, money refund policy, the processing charge for the credit card payment etc. As per the company policy, if the customer wanted to cancel the application within 7 days the company should refund the money. Kindly advise, how can I get the money back? whom should I contact within the 7 days time?. As instructed by the sales manager, we already submitted the request for cancellation & refund on 09.07.2015 (within 1 day).

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Fraudulent and cheating club in dubai

I Rahman Khan holder of Indian Passport No L 9731176, would like to state that there is cheating by the above mentioned Club.

I have following facts below mentioned which will clarify that even after paying partial membership as requested by their executive, I was not availed of the vacation. The facts are as follows:-
1. I visited Country Club Dubai office in Madina Mall (Muhasinah) in October 2014, on receiving a call from them and having trusted their plan of vacation and became member on October 2014 by paying Dhs. 15, 000 through my credit card of NAJM.
2. There terms were total membership Dhs. 45, 000 divided into 3 years that is Dhs. 15, 000 each year.
3. Logically or legally I became a member of Country Club Dubai. I was offered Land in Ratnagiri which is a part of free offer from Country Club Dubai.
4. I was verbally told that the services would be the best and if I was not satisfied, they would refund the membership.
5. On 26th October 2014, I sent them a email to Country Club that I wanted to Book a holiday for their resort in Bandipur (Karnataka), India from 14th to 16th November 2014 and 5th to 7th December 2014 as discussed by their executive during availing the membership.
6. According to their availability the 1st booking dates were not available. So I confirmed them my Second booking (5th to 7th December 2014) on 18th November 2014, after which there was no response from their part. I constantly requested to provide me the contact Number of the incharge but it was of no use. (Can refer my mails sent to them) I kept on communicated with them until 18th of November.
7. I clearly mentioned that I am going to cancel my membership on my email dated 14th November 2014.
8. On reaching back to dubai I visited their office and asked for refund as I got suspicious of their intention.
9. After long communication with them in Dubai, Mr. Bashir as asked me to give me a letter of request for refund. On submission for which they asked me to go to their head office and submit, which no one accepted to receive, and Mr. Unni denied to take this letter, so forcefully I had to send it through email, fax and through P.O.Box. (Registered letter) to them.
10. On receiving the email I received the reply from them stating to me that as per contract I am entitled for holiday only after full payment of membership. Which was not mentioned to be as well as I didn’t even receive my original nor copy of my Contract on my several phone calls and my last reminder through my email on 10th March 2015, I receive a attachments of my contract on 11th March 2015. The fact is that for 3 years I am not availed of any booking until full payment of membership.
11. I feel cheated and let down after seeing this email and even they broke my trust.
12. If Country Club had this intention not to avail me of vacation then why did they misrepresent by communicating about the booking till 18th November 2014,
13. I want the Public in general to know about Country Club in Dubai about their intention, so that they are not cheated in the future.
14. I request you to print this letter in your news paper and make it known to General Public.
15. On approaching country club that my financial situation is bad due to losing my job, I was given 3 options (Copy attached) even after accepting that their service is bad, which was accepted in meeting with their customer care Manager Mr. Saifullah.
16. I told country club that I want my refund and no more excuses.
I humble request you to print this letter and save the hard earns of the General Public.

Dear Friends,

I am one of the victim in Country vacations fraud. I took membership for 1, 16, 000 INR. The facilities and offers promised to me has not been fulfilled. For several months I have been continuously calling to get my money refunded as they also promised that i can cancel my membership after two years and collect my money back. I was even assured that my membership would be sold to some other person as soon as I would want to back out. I haven't utilized any of their services and requested customer care service to respond on my emails. But not even for single email is responded. I am having all the emails backup.

Now i would like to file a cheating case along with few of my whatsapp group country vacations victims. Can any one give the right procedure where i can get my money back. Waiting for your earliest reply.

Is Country Club vacations a fraud?
I was invited to Country club Dubai last year for a presentation and they canvassed me to join their vacation scheme. I paid an advance and the balance was to be paid in a week's time. However, when I talked to some of my friends, who have Country Club membership, they expressed their dissatisfaction on their services. So immediately I requested them to cancel my membership and return the advance, as per their condition in their application - within 1 week cooling off period (Within which they promised to pay back in full ).
If we search the net, we get many stories of cheating by them.
Now, in spite of many mails, letters and phone calls, they are not returning the money and are upset, when I call repeatedly.
Do anyone have experience with them. Can someone help me on this?
Frustrated, I am considering legal means now.

Hello Everyone,

I am a resident of Pune. Country Club has cheated me.Just want to alert you all to stay away from Country Club offers and all.They'll just call you and lure you into their presentation with so many offers and all which later turns out to be false.And country club takes no responsibility of that whatsoever.
I paid 1 lac for their membership on 11th April 2015 .Though I came to know about their fraud the very next day wen i asked to book a hotel for function but still cudn't get refund after 1 day also. and now I am regretting.Once you are trapped you are trapped.
They say all hotels and affiliated properties of CCIL are 5* or above but wen i checked ratings and reviews on traveladvisor.com I came to know that they were not even 2* or 3*.There are thousands of people who are already trapped.I am in contact with hundreds through watsapp groups and all.
CCIL is fake.Beware people.Do not waste your hard earned money on these people.There is very less possiblity of getting money back.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Beware of country club vacations

10 days back, while returning from a hospital with my family in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, I was approached by a person who claims to work for some tourist club and asked me to fill my details in a form. I filled the form and returned to the person. After that I started receiving calls almost everyday from M/s Country Club, Akaria office, Riyadh saying that I have won a free vacation trip to any tourist attractions in India or to Sri Lanka, UAE, or Malaysia. They also informed that I have won a free gift and invited me & my family to attend a “presentation” about their company. We decided not to go for this first and they also stopped calling us. As I understand, after they have taken a new office in Country Club Fitness Building Ajja Near Mubarak Hospital, Murabba-King faisal Street, Riyadh KSA, I have been called many times to attend their presentation and collect my free gift and free tour package.
Though reluctant, I and my family decided to go to their office and see what they have to offer. What we saw there was a very nice office and very well dressed executives. We saw also few families like us who have been called. We were taken to a hall and were made to sit for a presentation and in the background loud music was played because we cannot record any audio recording of there fake promises . It was a one-to –one meeting/presentation by one of the salesman named Mr. Aiyaz Mob: + 966 [protected] (same scenario for all other families) and Mr. Mohammed Rizwan Line Manager Mob:+966 [protected], +966 [protected].
These salesmen started talking about M/s Country Club, its offices, resorts, etc.. and they showed lots of pictures, some reference letters etc.. We were made to sit for two and half hours and mind washed to accept the offer. Their offer is something like this,

1. Free accommodation (only) for 4 days & 3 Nights for family in any of their hotels/ resorts across the world and all over India, for five years
2. A 150sq ft plot in somewhere in Sagar Sundarvan, will be registered in my name.
3. Free Insurance coverage for myself & family
4. Free membership for lifetime for me.

After a marathon presentation of two and half hours, I decided (sort of forced) to take the membership and pay the money. Now third person Don't remember his name from customer care dept came with a contract and asked me to sign it. Before I sign, they asked my credit card Number only without password even but i don't know how they made successful transaction and they took 5, 00.00 SAR, they are forcing me to pay 8, 000.as first payment but due to lack of no balance in my credit card i was not agreed but then they got agreed to take for this amount. They gave me the receipt and contract to me and we came back to our home after few minutes.
I have signed the contract with M/s Country vacations International Limited, Dubai and supposed to pay SAR 5, 000 as the first installment, whereas they have taken my money in UAE Dirhams and given a receipt in SAUDI RIYALS.
They asked me to pay SAR 3, 000 at the end of this month and the total contract was SAR 19, 000 they have informed me that they have a tie-up with SABB Bank so we can be able to pay the remaining amount as an installment which was Fake and after that they asked me pay INR 50, 000. in Indian currency in the form of Cheque/CASH at the time of registration on the Land.
After we came back to our home and after analyzing all these things, I have decided to cancel my membership and took my money back. So I went back to their office and informed them about my intention. They behaved in rude manner and told me they can never refund the money.

So I am planning to take legal actions against these fraudsters. Whoever reads this please be careful about these cheaters.

So to all my brothers BEWARE OF COUNTRY CLUB VACATION...

PLEASE PLEASE, EVEN IF YOU GO AND ATTEND A PRESENTATION AT THEIR OFFICE, NEVER EVER TAKE A DECISION SAME DAY. JUST COME BACK TO YOUR HOME, THINK TWICE ABOUT ALL THOSE THINGS THEY HAVE TO OFFER AND TAKE AND IF YOU WANT YOU CAN CALL ME.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Wedding show with no turnout - refusal to compensate vendors

As a small Wedding Service provider I recently participated as a vendor in the Loyalist Wedding Show. The fee for for participating in such a show is $200-250 plus tax. For a small business, this is a significant fee, and in exchange for registration I expect the organizers to ensure the event is properly organized and promoted. The day of the event it came to my attention that the person running the show had left her position, and because of this little advertising had been done.

Besides no newspaper ads (which were supposed to be placed), there was no advertising of the event on the company website, and no signage at the Club lane-way advertising the event was happening. The only effort made was posting a flyer on the Golf Clubs Facebook page, and to have local radio mention it. Needless to say the show was a dismal failure - only 2 attendees. 2!

Having spent over $200 on my registration fee, money on printed flyers, fresh flowers, and having lost an entire day that I could have been "paid to work", I naturally contacted the Loyalist Golf Club to request compensation for my losses. After sending numerous emails, leaving messages and having no one respond to me, I remained persistent - advising them I would not go away until someone contacted me. A week later I got a very unfriendly email telling me that no refunds would be made, that I am never to contact the Club again, and that if I persist they will get their legal department involved.

I have had a horrible experience with the Loyalist Golf and Country Club. They have been extremely unprofessional by ignoring my emails and messages, and they have disappointed me greatly for not taking responsibility for their halfhearted effort in advertising their Wedding Show. Note to self - never do business with the Loyalist Golf and Country Club, and stay clear of big fish seeking to exploit little fish.

Subject: Refund of Country Vacations Membership Fee

18-Feb-2011: Received call from a lady that we have been selected as winner from a Lucky Draw. She requested to collect the gift from the local Country Vacations office.

20-02-2011: We visited the local office. They requested to attend a brief presentation prior to collecting the gift. We agreed. We were directed to occupy the allocated seats. The presenter for us was Shekhar Shettiar, Manager. We sat through the presentation for about 1.5 hours. They made tall claims on how we could plan our vacations better in the next 5 years and save money. Since they were insisting that the offer would be expiring on that day, we decided to buy the Membership (Period: 5 years) at a fee of INR 40000/-. We made the entire payment through our Credit Card on the same day.

Mar-2011: extensive follow-up with the hostile representatives from Country Vacations we never got membership card or activation. (Mem. No: DT80355).

Mar-2011 to jan-2015: We made more than 10-15 attempts during this time period to avail the benefits under Country Vacations membership plan. Every time we used to call the Reservation (040-[protected] or 040-[protected]) to book for a place the standard response was: “No availability in the requested time period” (Even when the call was atleast 45 days prior to the planned date of visit). We were so frustrated that we requested the person at the reservation to book us at any place wherever he felt like (at multiple occasions). In these situations he/she used to respond as: “We would come back to you” (and would abruptly disconnect the phone). We never got any call back.

March-2011 to Dec-2014: We were shattered the way we were “cheated” by Country Vacations. We lost our hard-earned money and faith. We were desperately looking at if we could sell the membership. We could not find our way.

March-2011 to Dec-2014: Knowing that we have been trapped, we made a last attempt on 13-Jan-2015 in case we could avail a vacation in end June 2015. We made call to the Reservation. The person replied: “we dot hav eyour record, please contact local Kandivali office”. we hav e done many attempts to sort this but didnt get any reply from kandivali branch.

March-2011 to Dec-2014 : it was pathetic to see that membership was not activated since 4 yrs. but we are getting calls to pay administrative charges of Rs. 4000.

If you go through these series of incidents, you would understand how your organization has played with the money, dream and sentiments of a family. And I am not the only victim. There are at least a few hundred similar complaints you must have already seen and experienced.

I strongly urge you to refund my hard-earned money. You being the head of the organization, you must own the responsibility to refund this money. Please take steps to refund this money NOW!

I have signed the contract with M/s Country vacations International Limited, Dubai and supposed to pay SAR 9, 000.00 as the first installment, whereas they have taken my money in UAE Dirhams and given a receipt in SAUDI RIYALS.
They asked me to pay SAR 5, 000 as the next installment and after that asked me pay the balance in Indian currency in the form of Cheque/CASH and offered very good conversion rate for the SAR. (The person offered me, for 1SAR, I have to pay only INR 16.20. He also told me this is a very special rate giving to me b’cos that time the rate is 16.85INR for 1SAR)
After we came back to our home and after analyzing all these things, I have decided to cancel my membership and took my money back. So I went back to their office and informed them about my intention. They behaved in rude manner and told me they can never refund the money.

After visit home we also though take back the money then we visit again to country culb branch sharfia and met mr.farouq Shaikh and explain our issue and after conversations he promise to transfer membership to other client and get back money after 3 month. After that we was visit again and ask our money back but they clearly said it is not possible to get back money for you. Dear viewers please advise how to get back money from them. Dear All,
I am writing again with Deep grief and concern, as the country club / country vacation has put me in this condition with no choice but to write my pain again and pumped me to escalate this matter further, as i have been threatened again (i.e. They Uttered these words "Money is with us and we will not refund even if i call all Indians or Saudis for help") again by country club/country vacation through the interpretation of one Respectful Saudi Citizen (claims to be employed by Country club Saudi Arabia) .
With due respect i am doing my best to help country club / country vacation to resolve my query without any conflict (as everybody can see how much patience i would have showing towards them since 2015...just because i respect my fellow citizens and unfortunately i have been victimized by our fellow citizen only).

Let me explain categorically in detail that what actually happened in the due course of 46 days with me (after posting my first complain):

1. Before posting my complain over here, i have been a victim of their dishonesty and falsification.
After posting the complaint i have been called by Country Club / Country vacation to discuss regarding to the approval of my refund from Dubai office (they claims that the Country Club / Country Vacationn Saudi Arabia under Dubai office).

2. Then i immediately approach them again to get updates. Unfortunately i have been made to return without any news and i have been told that they are gong to email me their commitment /promise / approval officially through email.

3. Next day an Email of approval and commitment from country Club / Country Vacation Reaches my inbox and i was little relaxed ( i am copying as received email below):

As i discussed with you yesterday in office regarding your refund Emi dates here dates are given below as per current situation in market and As per your request for refund, This has been approved in a special case from management and agreed to refund your amount 22, 000 SAR.
Here am sending you refund emis dates as per schedule will hand over the amount through cash Kindly request you to accept our EMI request and cooperate with us .

1st EMIs on 25th April 2018
2nd EMI's on 24th may 2018
3rd EMI's on 23rd June 2018.
4th EMI's on 22nd July 2018.
As this dates was give by management according present market conditions and financial conditions .
Apart from that company will provide you with our Complimentary services like life time Club Membership and 5 years Complimentary Vacations 3 nights and 4 days as compensate .
Required your anticipating and understanding.

4. I was waiting for 25th of April 2018 to get my hard earned money back and in the due time i have received several calls from the new and old customers of country club / country vacation who ever saw my comments over this platform.

5. As country Club has already given me the commitment / promise and my intention is not at all to hurt or disturb anyone's business and upon request from the country club / country vacation, i used to give positive responses to all customers whoever called for clarification. Country club / country vacation was also happy and praise me for my extended help.( i have and can share their customer's details who called me, But i strictly believe that it is not ethical to mention or disclose anyone's personnel details. therefore, if the same people are reading my concern again then they will known me for sure)

6. I do extend help country club/country vacation by giving positive responses till 25-04-2018 and at last once i call them on 25th April 2018, their response was totally different and said that responsible person is not available please come on 26-04-2018.

7. Ohh My God! Literally i was shocked to see that their way of behaving was totally changed (as if, i am due for them and they are the victim) and introduce me to one respectful Saudi Citizen. I said that, as per their official commitment (above email), i am here to take my money and go. But they forced me to sit in front of that respectful man (to whom i really value and have full respect as a citizen of Saudi Arabia).

8. He again started the same stories and at the end he ask me "why you have wrote on complaint board, because of that country club / country vacation is loosing business and so many people are now asking for refunds" i said listen sir, they are the one who escalate and pushed me (said me to do whatever i can), if the country club /country vacation is loosing business and suffering then why cant they solve my matter at once? please counter them instead of me, as i have already suffered a lot. Then i have been told that, "Money is with us and we will not refund even if i call all Indians or Saudis for help"

9. I will do best in my capacity to knock the door of justice both in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia an in India to get my hardly earned money back.
Indeed i have full confidence in judiciary system of both the countries (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India) to get justice from such corrupted activities.

What ever i have written over here are the genuine facts and ground reality. Bearing in mind that i am an ordinary Indian Citizen and struggling to earn bread to support my family and provide better education to my children and to make them Good Citizen of our great Nation i.e. INDIA).

Hence i would humbly request the Government bodies and NGOs from both the countries to come forward and help not only me but to many of such victims of their corruption activities.

Frankly speaking, i have nothing to do with the business of Country club/country vacation. But just to take my money back and wish them all the best.

Note: At last, I should mention that, after exposing them over here. i may be man-handled or may get threatening calls or may be tortured (both mentally and physically) or may be abused (to me or may be to my family/kids) or they may try to derail or disturb me at my Job (professionalism) etc or may be frame me under false charges.

In the beginnings, I am blessed to live in such country that leads by Quran and Suna. Additionally, a country that fight corruption in various ways.

As Public Relations Officer, I have not met with Mr. Shareef untill [protected]. It’s pleasure to discuss the misunderstanding with himself personally in order to assist him. Mr. Shareef has the right to express his feeling towards Country club; however he wishes to express. Mr. Shareef has been a loyal and great member, and will fight to not lose this kinds of costumers. In his message, he explained everything wrongly and he does not aware of how big is “Humiliation” and “Threatened” exactly means in this country and not only Saudi, but Worldwide. He mentioned things that are fake and never happened. Also, he did not mention that he has never used our services that we provide! In this case, if you do not use our services; how you have the dare to evaluate our company. For instance, and kindly Do Not think that I am on Country club side, because I am working with them. We are humans and can understand what is right and what’s not. Allow me to ask you this question and think about it as Mr. Shareef situation. If you have a dream car that you always wanted to drive and have, but you did not get the chance yet. The question is Do you have the right to evaluate the car? In my opinion, of course, no. Yes, you will have background and knowledge about the car that you might like, but other people do not like. “Do not judge the book by its cover”
Honestly, as an employee I always wanted this Company to grow and be one of the biggest by not avoiding the customer’s problems and always be there to deliver satisfactions to people in exchange is appreciation to our services.

truly, I do not want MR. Shareef to leave unsatisfied. As he said that you did not drink even a cup of water. I did offer him more than cup of water and gave him, but he did not want to accepted it. I will be contacting him personally and do my best to not lose him.

After they received my hard earned money. They never ever called me even at a single time. I am the one who always visiting them, keep calling them. This can be proved by their call logs (call records). They claimed to keep me updated with the sms and emails after receiving my money. Again, i would urge them to show me a single sms before December 2017 which they claimed for.
Their are bunch of fraudulent and cheating and playing with the emotions and dreams of the common man and snatching their hard earned money in a professional way.
Their is no benefits i.e. even a single Paisa and their is no ROI on the amount which they have looted from me. Even i ever drink a glass of water from Country Vacation / Country Club.
If i could have invested that amount somewhere, i could have at least some ROI. But here with Country vacation/country club in-spite of benefits i have lost so many things i.e. health, finance, emotions etc..

I would request the people in this blog ( those who are victims) to contact me and share their experience to seek legal consultation and drag them down to the court through criminal prosecution. I a am ready even to spent money to teach them lesson with the true intention to save the dignity, money, time and efforts of my other fellow citizens from their fraudulent / cheating.

I am also a victim of Country Vacation / Country Club and have been cheated on the same / similar way as stated above by Brother Shabeer and others.

I did my best to settled down everything in a peaceful way without any dispute. But yesterday i have been threatened by the country vacation/Country Club and humiliated.
I can say that they are the organized looter and a gang of most dishonest people who have wrapped the cloths of professionalism and playing people with their emotions by giving false promises ( what i can say is that they are showing paradise on palm). I am following them since 4 Years continuously to with the intention to get everything settled (My hard earned money which i have paid i.e. 26, 000 SAR) .But now i want country club to indemnify all my losses / damages of 4 years (emotional losses, economical and financial losses, health losses etc) apart from my original amount and i am in consultation with the Lawyers and will do whatever in my capacity without any time limit.

Below is my Last email to country Club dated on 21-03-2018:

Dear Sirs,

As per your commitment, i have again came to your office and you had promised me to arrange meeting with your Dubai Team. Unfortunately no one was their and i simply return back with empty handed as usual.

Sorry to say that, the tiny amount and the EMI which you have talked yesterday is not at all acceptable to me by any way. As you people have threatened me to do whatever i want and asked me to approach legally and humiliated me in your office.
With due respect, i will do my level best to indemnify all my original amount i.e. 26000 SAR along with the losses and damages of 4 years through the criminal prosecution / legal way and i have full confidence in Jurisdiction that i will get justice for sure. I will spare no time and put all my efforts to ensure my rights and no matter how long it it going to take

Sir, Country Vacation / Country Club is witness of my patience as i have been cornered and ignored every time whenever i try to approach with the intention to settle my dues in a peaceful atmosphere without any dispute. But yesterday Country Vacation / Country Club has ever initiate any step to solve my issue instead ruin my humility and shown their true face. It is Crystal clear from the actions and behavior of Country Vacation / Country Club.

As you said that your team from Dubai is going to be in your office today again after 11:30am, kindly let me know an hour before, so as i can leave from my office and join this meeting to get clarification and have a last chance before any dispute.
