What a horrid business. I was told, on the phone, by their Sales Department I was to receive a Cappuccino colored Barbados futon, as depicted on their website… and a Walnut futon was delivered. After 2 weeks worth of fighting and arguing, I am now shipping the item back to them, unused and unassembled, paying nearly 700 dollars in shipping costs (to me and back to Cotton Wood Futons) and their demanded 20% additional restocking fee all because I was sent the wrong item.
Additionally, their customer service is horrid. The only way to get anyone on the phone or any kind of response whatsoever is to call their Sales Department, which, if you bring up anything but "I want to give you money" they will promptly hang up on you or forward you directly to a VM system (which you will never receive a response from).
I am now in the process of writing this complaint on all review sites I can find, as well as contacting the BBB, a local agent for channel 7 News and filing a small claims report. Wish me luck…
