Costco customer service

My Son had a seizure tonight in the Murray Costco and we were surprised, and, you could say maybe even shocked. Not only did the employees display genuine concern; the did what they could to assist us and the Paramedics who came! I think they all deserve praise for being such GOOD people! GOD bless them all. Not only did they make room for us while my Sons seizure continued form a long time, they also did NOT once, ask us to move along, or even ask when we might be done? ! After he came around somewhat, they formed a human chain so that we could exit unmolested and unimpeded. Who finds People like that anymore? Who finds a Manager that paid for our groceries and put them in our Car? I am so glad I got to experience You! I am shaken to the core at your great Souls; Souls I am privileged to meet. Who would think such a thing possible these days? It is possible at the Costco in Murray Utah. Thank you all, Thank you! Sincerely, Raymond Linner

Costco frozen vegetables from china

Can Costco have alternative frozen vegetables. I do want a frozen stir fry vegetables but the label states it is a product of china, Ecuador, usa, and vietnam. China grows the most chemically diseased polluted vegetables out of all the countries in the world. Most Chinese know this therefore grow their own vegetables at home. There is so much corruption that their organic vegetables are really not organic at all and therefore create false documents certifying them to be such. China's vegetables and meat products are poison. I just do not understand how the United States of America can allow the import of these poisonous vegetables into our country and allow it to be distributed to Americans. Our children will consume toxic vegetables which promotes poor health and will one day have their own children with greater flaws in their health as well. Costco can you please stop importing vegetables from china.

Costco customer/food service

Afternoon of 11/25/15. My mother and I get hot dogs in the cafe after some shopping. My mother unwraps hers to find the end of her hot dog is clearly bitten off. She goes back to ask for a new one, to which the girl rudely snatches it and takes it to someone in the back nearby. Whoever that girl spoke to audibly laughed, looked back at my mother, then said "haha she didn't buy it". The girl then gives my mother a new hot dog and doesn't bother apologizing or giving her money back. Management must realize that if my mother hadn't caught this, she could have gotten ill from whoever bit into her food before re-wrapping it. This is a sick joke and behavior like this should -never- be tolerated, as it is a clear health code violation. If this is the type of people this Costco hires to handle food, it may be safer to go elsewhere. Disgusting.

Costco after-market costco tire service

CostCo: Poor-Service Complaint is 'too-much' a Compliment! For Great Tire Repair/Warranty Service, please come near closing time; say 2 1/2 hours before closing time. Please Try to understand American Capitalism: Costco needs to make as many big 4-tire sales as possible while the sun shines and although Corporate-Costco wants you to have a Happy Experience, they aren’t making a cent on Honoring their/your tire-repair/service Warranty. Have a Nice Day. signed, 20 year Costco Member PS Every time a consumer complains to Costco-Corporate about being 'forced to wait', the Tire-manager gets a slap on the back and a 'jon well done' note added to their H.R. record! If you want to 'toast' the person who caused you grief; make a positive recommendation naming the worker/manager, whom ever, about getting you in and out of the shop so-quickly regarding your tire-balance and tire-rotation!

Costco pharmacy - alprazolam 0.5 mg tablet

My local Costco Pharmacy just told me that they no longer carry this prescription medication manufactured by Greenstone Ltd. I have been getting this medication from Costco for maybe 20 years and find this manufacturer is the only one whose product works best for me. Off and on I have had to try different manufacturers but find they only work about half as good as the Greenstone product. (If they work at all) H E L P - - Costcos bulk cost of this item is the only way I can continue to use them. Please start your Pharmacies to order and supply this product. Costco customer service

I have never experienced such incredible rudeness of customer service at a Costco and I am from Stockton CA then I have in Avondale Arizona. The 2 ladies at the register would not let my sister use my membership to pay for her items- which is weird since the money is going to Costco anyway- her manners were poor. Secondly, the other lady at the register was being very rude to another customer because she had to renew her membership and started yelling soup (manager)for the key. Cashier #81 Laura D. Costco meat and deli department

I would like to express my disappointment at the discontinuation of the following items: 1)The pork ribs with glaze from the hot foods section 2) the Kirkland Honey glazed turkey from the Deli section Both of these were outstanding items in taste and quality but are now not available. Costco pharmacy

I'am writing this letter to inform your office of my recent experience with Costco pharmacy.I'd been filling my prescriptions at Costco pharmacy for many years.i run out of my diabetic pills even though I gave the prescriptions 2 weeks in advance and per pharmacy, they need to verify the orders from the doctor.I went back to their pharmacy 2-3x for those meds but was told that my me never called them back.I requested for a couple of pills just so I can take something and I can help follow up with md.I was not able to go to work that day because I could hardly walk and I needed my neuron tin and of course my glipizide. I'am a brittle diabetic and if I miss a dose of my diabetic pill, I can go into coma and even die. I'am an RN by profession for almost 40yrs and I know what I'm talking about. I'm not asking for a narcotic but a diabetic pill that I need even for a day or 2 but they refused to give it to me. I'm also reporting this to the Pharmacy Board because I feel that with this practice, they endangered my life and if it continues, other people's lives will also be in danger.The meds I requested was also filled in the same Costco pharmacy for many yrs.(apprx.10 yrs).

Costco pizza order and pick up policcy

This morning I went to Costco to buy a pizza and do the grocery shopping. I went to order the pizza first. I got in line, order a pizza and paid. The employee said that pizza will be ready in 20 minutes. After I done my grocery shopping, I went to pick up my pizza. The employee said because I am late for 30 minutes so they rollover(?) the pizza. I don't know what did they do for that pizza but I can't get my pizza. They want me to wait there for 15 minutes. I even heard another person after me need wait for 40 minutes. I asked what I need to wait? I got in line to order the pizza and I paid the money then they should keep my pizza. I don't care is my pizza cold; I just want my pizza is ready for me to pick up when I done my grocery shopping. If I buy the meat or fish that day how can I wait so long? The employee just answered me that is our policy we need to follow it. WOW! Who made this so ridiculous rule? After I paid, I think the 20 minutes should means that pizza is ready to pick up after 20 minutes not I need to pick up within 20 or 30 minutes. When the person made the rule they should consider about the customer is paid or only order by phone, and they should tell customer how long they will keep the pizza ? Also, 30 minutes is too short for doing the grocery shopping at Costco too. Another problem is they want me wait there for 20 minutes. Who is counting who wait how long? Like today there are more than 5 people wait there, 10 minutes later when I ask again, another employee said I need to wait for 20 minutes. WOW! That surprised me again! I got mad! They sent the manager out and immediately gave me a pizza. That's not right! I understand in Costco the pizza order and pick up is more complicate but please make a more reasonable, logical, and more efficient policy. I like Costco pizza. It's good price and delicious. However, when I order pizza there, it's too often had unhappy pick up experience therefore I am little afraid of order pizza there.

Costco kirkland cat food

Saturday, October 31st, my husband and I decided to try the Kirkland brand of cat food. We have a few older cats and a few kittens. All had no issues. They seemed to like the new cat food, but Sunday morning, the vomiting and diarrhea started. It has been non-stop. Today, one of our kittens died. She was fine before we started the new food. I have no idea if it's the food and am unsure how to find out. I am assuming its the food, because before they ate it, they were fine. They have all been affected by it. I need to know how to find out if it indeed the food. I have checked to see if there was a recall on it, but found nothing!

Costco employee

When I entered Clackamas, Oregon Costco warehouse the carts were wet because of the rain. As I was lining up to enter, the lady employee on the front door was wiping the cart of the customer handle with a towel. She did wipe the customer cart in front of me and the customer behind me but skip me completely. Since the cart handle was wet and cold I asked if she could let me borrow the towel. Although she was holding a towel she directed me to get the towel across on the other side. After I finished wiping my own cart, I left the towel near her. When I walk away about 20 ft, she yelled at me like this:" Hey lady you stole my towel " That was in front of a lot of people. I was very embarrased because at the age of 70 I never been called a stealer. I called the manager and told him about it. we have a liitle chat and I continued my shopping. I was not able to shop around because I was traumatized. I am planniong to take legal action, because of emotional stress.

Costco customer service

My father recently had surgery and had asked that I go to Costco to pick some things up for him while we were in Twin Falls. With his card in hand, the card registered to the same address as my driver's license, the cashier refused to check us out. She stated that he would need to come in to the store, so after explaining and giving him a call to provide permission, she then advised me that I would not be allowed to pay for the items because the debit card was not under his name. My girlfriend who was with me, offered the cashier her card which she frequently uses, and after ringing out the items would not allow her to use my card which we hold as a joint account. She even went so far as to refuse the cash offered to her because it came out of my purse. As to why this woman was so rude and insulting towards us, I do not know. Even if it was that she was having a bad day, she was completely unprofessional in the way she treated us. The scene she caused greatly humiliated myself and my girlfriend, leaving me in tears. After paying for our items so we could get away from this woman, she then took the next step and refused to return my father's card to me. My father again, who had just had surgery, had to make the trip to Costco just to retrieve his card from this ill-mannered woman. In reality, the only reason I could find that this woman was so uncivil towards us was because we are a lesbian couple. I understand that not everyone is accepting of our lifestyle, but the utter disregard that this woman held for us, and the lack of respect we were shown at your company was uncalled for. At this time I do not know what a sufficient resolution to this complaint would be, or if there is one for that matter. What I do know is that I will no longer be frequenting your establishment if this is how we are to be treated as patrons.

Costco employee bullying

I am writing this about a friend of mine because she won't do it. About 2 years ago a married female employee on the front desk (in charge of membership) at your Ft. Oglethorpe, GA store threatened her and told her she had better not ever come back in the store as long as she was there. She then immediately moved to the pharmacy where she works today. The reason for her threatening my friend is unbelievable. My friend lost her membership for the year, and refuses to ever trade with Costco again. If you will contact me I will tell you the story and give you her name. What kind of employees do you hire that would bully a customer and cause them to never trade with Costco again?

There is no content here. Customers can be banned from stores and there is no way based on this thin description to know what the issue was. There is no description of the alleged incident here. Your friend should write her own complaint, and provide details. But this is two years old now, and probably can't be pursued.

Costco they will screw you!

On Monday, 10/12/15, a Costco employee named Richard struck my car with a shopping cart. I saw him do it, showed him the damage, and he refused to even apologize! To make matters worse, despite company policy, he wasn't wearing a name badge and he gave me a false name when I asked him. After speaking with the manager Renee, I discovered his real name and submitted a claim. This morning, 10/15/15, they tell me to screw myself because there aren't any cameras there! I'm told it's my word versus his and they believe him even though he already lied to me about his name. Costco obviously doesn't care about its members. We've been with Costco for nearly 20 years and they just kicked me in the teeth and called me a liar. Willful damage to someone's property is a crime. Hit and run is a criminal offense. Bullying is a crime. I don't have the resources to fight against this terrible company so I'll have to spend money I don't have to fix the damages they caused. Don't go to Costco!

Costco cashier: jennifer k.

I have been an executive member for a few years. I met an absolutely impolite cashier (according to the receipt, her name is jennifer k.) on the morning (09:19 am) of 09/19/2015 at the costco in san francisco, ca. after I swiped my credit card to pay for my items. she held onto my membership card. below are the dialogue between the cashier and i. cashier: "is this your card?" me: "yes." cashier: (she pointed to the picture on the back of the card) "give me your id. I need to check!" me: "why? do you check every customer?" cashier: "yes." me: "you did not check the id of the customer in front of me." (then I passed my id to her. she compared the membership card and my id and then returned my id back to me. after checking my id the receipt came out but she held my receipt in her hand and my membership card and turned to face another side. she then proceeded to help the next costumer while I waited for her to return my membership card and receipt. this lasted about a few minutes.) me: "please give me back my membership card and my receipt." (there was a packing boy helping and standing next to her. he asked her, "have you returned her receipt"? she did not answer.) cashier : "sir! sir! sir!." (a man was talking on the phone not far away from the cashier counter and responded, "yes, yes, hold on.") me: "what is your name? (her employee card was facing herself and she refused to tell me her name.) me:"what's your name? I have already paid for my stuff. you cannot hold onto my receipt."cashier :"sir! sir! sir!"man:"yes, yes, wait!"a few minutes later the man came over. the cashier gave him my membership card and receipt and told him to explain why she had to check my id. he ushered me to the side. man:"did she check your credit card and match it to your membership card?"me:"no."man:"you should have checked your credit card instead of your id. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. I will talk with her privately later." the man had not even given me a reason for why the cashier had to check my id. I was in a hurry so I left. I am very disappointed with the services that sf costco has provided! the attitude of the cashier was really bad. I don't understand why costco can accept impolite behavior like this. I come to the costco to support their business, but this employee there made me feel very unwelcome.

Costco tires

I purchased 4 tires and got a road hazard warranty. I recently picked up a nail in one tire and it went flat. The tires have 33K miles and about 6/32 tread depth. I was told that they couldn't fix the flat. I took it to Sam's Club and they fixed it fine. I was also told that since I was 2 months beyond the 5 year limit on the road-hazard warranty, I was out of luck. Yes I had about 40% of my tread left, but too bad for you. So, I am considering going somewhere else for tires (SAMS CLUB!) and NOT renewing my Costco membership,

Costco checkout cash

On Sept 13/2015 @ 4 pm I visited Costco store #532 in Boucherville Quebec with a friend and when we got to the cash register we asked for a sub total as my friend (also a member) had forgotten her card so we used mine... she gave me her cash for her portion and i wanted to put my portion on my credit card, I gave her money to the cashier and handed her my credit card for the balance, she refused the cash because she said that I, being the member, had to pay for the bill in full...really? what's the difference ? I was paying some cash and some on my credit card...why should i put extra on my credit card when i had some cash in my hands?
Very upset about this ! It's not normal that we cannot pay in cash!
The manager of the cashiers at that moment actually gave us attitude because he believed that my friend should have her own card (which she does, but had forgotten it) basically taking us for liars because we told him she had forgotten her card. This is unacceptable especially since it was being paid partly in cash.

Costco tire shop srevice

I bought tires in Costco (14585 biscayne blvd, north Miami) about 6 month ago. When I came to pick up the car, my remote key didn't work. I was able to start the car manually and upon arrival to my house I opened the key and realized that the battery was put in the wrong way.
I thought they must have dropped it and battery fell out, so I didn't pay much attention to it.
The remote ever since wasn't working properly.
Today I went in to check my tire pressure and watched how one employee pulled in some customer's SUV for service. He came out of the car, walked away, turned around and standing about 7 feet away from the car he thew the set of keys on top of it.
They landed on the sunroof, slid off and fell on the floor on the other side. The other employee laughed at him, picked up the keys and threw them back at the first employee and he never cought them, keys fell on the floor again. So now I can tell you that problem with my key wasn't an accident, it was irresponsible employees having fun and playing basketball with customers property.

Costco credit card blocked

I was shopping at the Marlboro, NJ store #1093 and the cashier told me that my Amex card was blocked. So they sent me to their tire center to find out why and after 15 minutes they found out my card was blocked from the tire center in Hazlet, NJ store #222 location. They told me I have to go back to Hazlet to resolve the problem. Then I head right over to Hazlet and talked to Matt Demster who was very rude. I was at the Hazlet tire center on 8/7/15 to get a flat tire fix and was told that it cannot done so then I went home and brought a tire that I've ordered previously online from Costco back to the store to get it installed. I did not buy a tire that day at the store and I always buy my tires at costco.com. There is no reason for them to blocked my card. I was very unhappy with this situation. It had caused me my time and frustrations.

Costco very rude behaviour of service managers

We went to Costco today and used my wife's membership card. I haven't added myself yet.i was with kids and paying using my American express. Wife had to go to doctors appointment and I was with 22 months and 5 years. Yes, I know I had to use her card while she stepped away. My problem was the way they replied. I am now even questioning my wife's membership and thinking about cancelling.
