Costa Coffee review: uncleanliness & bad attitude staff

After visiting Costa coffee in Knutsford and sipping my well earned coffee and relaxing before going on to meet my next client .I visited the toilet and was in complete shock, the toilet seat had human feices on and not been flushed, but what was worse was the fact that these toilets had not been cleaned for months, dirt & grime everywhere I even took pictures to back my claims up . After complaining to a memeber of staff the rude girl said she'd only cleaned them an hour before at which I literally laughed becuase I used to own a large contract cleaning company and I think I recognise when dirt has been there for a few hours or a few months .

I've been in this same Costa many times since and nothing has changed so I decided to make the effort to complain to head office and see if anything changes if not I'll be on it again but with a newspaper article instead
