I spent a lot of money on costumes, paid for expedited shipping ahead of time and got nothing instead. When I asked why, they only apologized and said they won't deliver the order on time. Without any reason.
I wanted to get a refund for the shipping, but instead of doing this they simply CANCELED the whole order and said I have to wait for 7-8 business days to get my money. How does it work? You understand it wrong and now I have to order the same again? No way.
I better look for another company that's more reliable than yours.

I've ordered a cosplay costumer from www.cosplayhouse.com and when I tried it on it appeared to be too small. I decided to return it and ask for a bigger size. When I contacted customer support service they said they need some time and promised to contact me back later.
Later they contacted me as promised and said that exchange was not possible because they had only one size left in stock. Then I asked for a refund and they said that they don't do refunds.
I'm very disappointed with CosplayHouse.

They ruined everything! I have purchased a costume here and delivery was several days late! Maybe you think that it was not so terrible, but it was actually a nightmare! Yes, my costume arrived and it looked awesome, but they lied about the delivery date and that's why I hate them! I was supposed to participate in a cosplay contest but my costume did not arrive and I was not able to do that! I'm so angry and disappointed! Don't buy from CosplayHouse!

I ordered costume from the website www.cosplayhouse.com. It was mentioned on the website that the delivery would take from 5 up to 15 days. I waited the whole month, as well as no one from this scamming company replied to my emails. After that I tried to return the costume, ‘coz it was real piece of crap. But again no one replied to my emails. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

I ordered costume for Halloween from the website www.cosplayhouse.com. I placed the order one month ago, but two weeks after that I added wig to my order. They took money and provided all confirmation info, but after one month I received only fake and faint promise about the delivery of my order. It was total waste of my money and time, so stay away from this awful company. Please leave comments and share your views about this website. Thanks.

I decided to buy costume from the website www.cosplayhouse.com, ‘coz they offered free and fats delivery within 2-3 days. I placed the order on October, 5, but still no delivery. It was 4 weeks ago. The seller ignored my emails and messages. I have no idea what to do now. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

They had a banner on their home page saying "Order by Oct 10 to get you costume in time for Halloween". I ordered on the 8th. On the 29th I called to double check the status of my costume because for the entire month the order said it had been "processed" but not shipped. So when I ask the customer service, the lady on the phone tells me that the costume won't be ready until NEXT WEEK. Long after Halloween is done. Since the costumes are "tailored" there are absolutely NO refunds. This will be my first AND last time ordering from their website.
