I ordered (order# 77161) items worth $500 on September 3, 2018 from cosmetic love and after that I did not receive any update from them till date. So I decided to mail them, surprisingly I did not receive any reply/acknowledge from them.
What if there is any item missing/damaged (if they at all deliver the items on time), how am I supposed to reach out.
I believe that customer service is most important service in online shopping business.
All in all I am really disappointed with overall experience so I am asking for refund for which also they have not responded yet.
So cosmetic love responded and we expressed our unsatisfaction over communication. They understood the issue and upon our request refunded the money immediately. We are happy with overall handling of the matter and wish them well.
Useless customer service
Haven't seen many reviews about them, but what I have seen was enough for me to realise I made the same mistakes just like other people dd. Too sad, but oh well. However, I will tell you, what happened. They simply didn't ship my package out, even though it has been three weeks since I placed my order.
Of course, nobody likes when your customers start to ask questions, but if they have it, be prepared to give a proper answer. This website is not like that. I regret I ordered something from them. Their customer service is useless and not too much talkative.
I just would like to know only one thing, that's all. But it's hopeless

Hello. I have purchased some cosmetic products from Cosmetic-Love website and when I received my order some items were missing. I emailed customer service and received no reply!
Then I found their phone number and called and someone actually picked up. The person did not speak English and I could not understand a thing they said.
I sent another email which was also left without a response. Never again!
Same issue with me, I ordered worth USD 203 on July 22nd .. I paid for EMS shipping that should arrive in 3-5 days but it has not come yet & they gave me an invalid tracking number. They are completely ignoring my emails.
