Coserv Pulsar / Poor service - long wait

I purchased a new Pulsar watch which stopped working after two weeks. I sent it to Coserv for repair and three weeks later they sent a replacement. The original watch had links removed, but Coserv did not match the new watch to the old watch so I had to go back to a jeweler and pay to have than done again.

After two more weeks, the replacement watch stopped working. I called and was told that if I shipped the watch back to them, the repairs would be expedited. Coserv has had the watch for 11 days, but does not have the parts for repair and will not ship a replacement for several more days. Although Coserv has had my watch more than I have, they refuse to extend the warranty to cover the long time I have not had possession of the watch. Terrible service, terrible customer relations. I will never buy a Pulsar watch again.
