Never used this phone service before. Had to receive a jail collect call on my cell phone. Put $40.00 in the account when I opened it. The lady said each call was $3.00 for the full 15 min. to this prison. They charged me $17.30 for each call. I only got two calls and one wasn't even for 15 min. They told me I own them a balance when you do the math they own me. I will never use this service again. They would not correct their error or clear the balance. These people should be shut down. HUGE SCAM..

Eveytime my husband who's incarcerrated contacts me the phone hangs up on me. And he calls me back and they continue to bill me $2.35 for each call. when I file a dispute they tell me that its my fault not theirs. Something needs to be done about this. Please help
