correction billing / cutting calls

I want to be credited back all of the calls that have been under the time frame of 5 minutes. I was under the emmpression that I would not be billed for calls that lasted uner the 5 minute time frame. However I have been charge for all of the calls recieved. I to feel that I should get back my money for the drop calls 4 times in one day and then 3 times in another day. Like who the hell, Is going to pay the 2.85 for one min of a call you want to drop the call. I ahev called and complaind and they said fill out the papers on line and they will look into it. My ### you took my money right then and there I thinkI should get it back not 30 days later. I think they do it as a scam to make money lets drop the call knowing the inmate will call back and they can charge the fee again. I am goingto write to the BBB . I think it is all crap I went threw almost 100 in one week due to drop calls. I think it is unfair and something should be done. I look forard to the little time I do have to talk .
