Corporateperks.com displays on their website that if consumers buy from them, they will give rebates to the consumers for the purchases. I used corporateperks.com to buy products but havent received any rebates from them. They don't have any phone number so that I can reach them. I can only reach them through a link on their website which sends their customer service an email. They have been responding that they are looking into the issue and will get back shortly. I have contacted them many times. I was supposed to get my rebate few months ago and I still waiting for my rebate back.

Corporate Perks is a scam. They sold me a gift certificate to a Mexican Restaurant. I went there and it's a mexican convenience store that sells from a quick-service counter. There was a fake menue and everything on Corporate Perks. They won't give you you're money back, they only offer an exchange for another restaurant certificate, which I'm sure will be equally fake.

As of yet I have not had any issues getting my rebates, however I don't like hearing people get screwed with plus there is less chance of my account having problems if you get heard and they fix these problems. So raise some hell. Ha

I second gabguz's recommendation! I also got my credit of $25 after more than 4 months (looks like that's the standard time frame) about a month back, after I closed my account. What's surprising is that the request for account closure was serviced immediately and the credit takes ages! I was surprised to see the credit to my credit card bank and tried to login to corporateperks account thinking they might have reactivated my account. Wrong! So, all my WOW points which I earned from other offers were wasted. Good thing is that I got my money back and won't recommend any friends in the future.

It is not the fine prints. I did everything as asked. I did finally got my rebate this week, 4 months later after many messages. Their customer service sucks. I'm sure if it wasn't because I kept bugging them and writing on every board I could, they would have never given me the rebate. I strongly do not recommend this site, unless you are willing to fight for your $10. There is no reason you have to wait 4 months and write so many mails with no avail.

Well just to add my two cents to this, you need to read the fine print with the website. For instance, if you have items in your shopping cart before and even if you close out the website and click the link through corporateperks, it won't recognize that. I have made a few purchases, and have received 2 rebates, but am still waiting on confirmation for 3 other purchases. I also received instant WOW points that I should receive a credit for within the next couple of weeks. Actually 1 of 2 of the credits I received was an ACH (electronic check for some of you who don't know) and received that in about 5 days. I'm not saying the website is perfect, but make sure you read the fine print because you actually can earn savings through this website. Just saying.

gPrakasonline, you must work for Corporate Perks. Them sending check because Credit Cards are taking too long? That's a joke. I don't know if you are aware, but in 2011, it takes seconds to issue credit card credits. It has been 3 months and I have not received either a credit or a check. If they are so good, c ould you post their phone number so that I can call and congratulate them?

I have been getting my rebates. Infact, they have started sending checks since the credit to card was taking a longer time.

I am having the same problem. It has been more than two months and I haven't received my rebate yet. I have sent multiple message through their community blog and to their 'contact us' option without any response. This site is a fraud.

There is still no credit to my credit card, even though the offer I won clearly redeemed the WOW points immediately. It has bee more than a month. No response yet from customer service. No phone number listed. Looks like we all have been cheated! :-((
Does anyone know where to complain to have this site close down?

My first purchase through CorporatePerks was for a camera through TigerDirect.com. I never received the WOW points (my "Rebate") so I submitted a customer service request. 3 weeks now and no response. Next, I won an OO (Overwhelming Offer) that promised instant WOW points that would result in a credit back to my card. I followed the instruction in the email that I received and made the required purchase. Today I logged in and my account was locked because they say they never received my order (for the OO) and want to chagre me $10 because I didn't follow through! So far corporateperks is 0 for 2. Beware!

So here is the thing - this website is able to attract traffics for shopping through EPP programs from Corp America, and stages a thrilling experience of getting OverwhelmingOffer (OO) daily depending on how fast you key into the keyboard and you expect that someday you are fast enough to get a deal like 50% off an iPad. the consumer is attracted to this kind of raffel event - daily... however, similar offer like this "Apple: 50% Off an Apple iPad Get 25, 000 WOWPoints ($250) with a Purchase of $499 or More", it actually means that if you buy an iPad click-through the website, you pay $499; and you will get 25, 000 points ($250), and you can use the points "NEXT TIME" on purchases that allow using the points - the disclaimer for the offer before you click-through will say you will get a credit on the credit card you register - I never received anything, only received bunch of the points so far that I have been mining through what I need to buy - not sure it is fun for me, but someone surely likes shopping with bunch of the points... I mean now I am stuck with the website and has to buy from this website on things might be cheaper locally through other promotions; by the way, some websites that you click through will offer the points their own, means again you not only stuck with the corporateperks.com but others such as buy.com - of course, unless you walk away.

I am having a similar problem that I have been dealing with them for over 2 months now. I finally received a response about a month ago from msampson@nextjump.com who is apparently a supervisor looking into my issue. However, I have still not received a response from him as to why my account was never credited. I feel like CorporatePerks is a scam and that they don't actually reimburse you through their WOW points!
