I lost my sweet beautiful ragdoll to FIP. It has been unbearable. I don't understand how people including the breeding community takes the coronavirus and FIP so lightly? No one understands how horrifying it is to put a beautiful kitten to sleep and to put them out of true misery unless it happens to them. How a vibrant, happy go-lucky kitten seems fine one minute and then given a death sentence.
YOU have killed our kittens and cats with no with regard or remorse.

Coronavirus is common but typically won’t mutate into FIP unless the kitten has a compromised immune system, ie, overbreeding, inbreeding etc.
I agree. Why are breeders to blame when it is so prevailant? You purchased a life.
Over 90% of cats have been exposed to Corona Virus. It is prevalent in the environment. If you take your cat to the vets it can be exposed. You can easily bring this home on your shoes. Forget about having multiple cats. It is sorta like keeping a child in isolation from the common cold because in a small amount of cases it can lead to pneumonia. Please educate yourselves and if you are really passionate about FIP contribute to BRIA fund of SOCKFIP fund.
I am having the same issue, it's devastating. Where would one complain about these breeders? I need to address this, can't let it go.
Idk, I've searched and have only found these boards. I'm getting another baby in February and this one seems legit, I'm terrified. Cant go through that traumatic experience again.
I'm so sorry, I had a baby pass away at 4 1/2 he had so many issues HCM, CRF, and I suspect dry FIP went into debt trying to save him, I still cry everyday and it's been 6 months. My heart truly goes out to you. These breeders trying to make a buck make me so sick.
