Coricraft review: pathetic customer service: items fully paid and still not delivered after 8 weeks. kramerville store cannot assist with information.

I have ordered 6 items on 14 April 2018 which still has not been delivered as of 6th Jun 2018. I have called the store in Kramerville to enquire and they cannot assist me with even providing a time of delivery. They also do not return calls which results in me calling many times to no avail. I have bought many items from coricraft in previous years and never had i had such bad service. i have advised many people in the past to actually go through to coricraft; however the service is so bad i will advise against it. i cannot understand that the items have been paid in fully but yet noone can assist to let me know when my items will be delivered. it is more than 8 weeks and still no assistance. my customer number is KV08997.
i hope this complaint actually assists in obtaining my items and that there are still individuals within the coricraft organisation concerned about customer service.
