Coricraft Groupfurniture not delivered as agreed

I purchased a Parker plasma unit at the Coricraft Brooklyn store on the 2nd of December 2018, paid for delivery of the unit and was advised that the warehouse would call to arrange for delivery. I was called the next day and informed that delivery would take place on Thursday the 6th December 2018, I advised the lady who called me that they should deliver between 12H00-14H00 as this is the time I have arranged for someone to be available to receive the goods. I then phoned the Brooklyn store to request that they arrange for my delivery to take place on Saturday the 8th December as I will not have anyone at home to receive the goods on Thursday anymore. The lady said she would arrange it for me, however she didn't call me back to confirm if the arrangement has been made. I then made a call to the Coricraft head office/warehouse to request that the delivery for Thursday be postponed to Saturday the 8th December 2018 as I am at work during office hours and there won't be anyone at home to receive the goods. A lady by the name Beauty said to me she has changed the delivery instruction and has noted that I should be the first person they deliver to on Saturday. Thursday morning at 10H50 I received a phone call from a gentleman from Coricraft saying that he has come to deliver my Plasma Unit, I then told him that I arranged for Saturday delivery and he must check with Beauty. The same gentleman agreed that a note was made to that effect and that he would deliver on Saturday morning same time as he called. Saturday the 8th December 2018 comes and I waited until 12H00, I called the Brooklyn store to follow up and spoke to a lady by the name Busisiwe who followed up on the plasma unit with the warehouse. To my surprise she said to me that unfortunately my unit was not getting delivered as arranged. I have been inconvenienced by Coricraft because I waited and nothing came and I am told that they will make a plan on Monday to arrange another delivery date, I have paid the goods fully and yet I am the one who must now wait another week for something that take only 5 days to get delivered to me. I'm utterly appalled by the after sales experience at Coricraft, and very dissapointed with how they treat their customers.
