This company is a scam, yet Gulf News Appointment has placed many job ads on behalf of them despite of many people complaining about their scam.
please dont give them 100 dhs or 150 dhs which they usually ask for, they are only making money on you.
They do not have any real jobs to offers anyone, they just make up fake interview calls and ...you are never selected by the client!..

I have live in UAE more than 20 years and have seen agencies like these steal your money by running 'illegal' business of charging you any kind of fees, before you visit such agencies please read this ..

"Recruitment Agencies warned against collecting fees from job-seekers
The Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of Labour, Humaid Bin Deemas, said that it is illegal to collect fees from jobseekers as it is against the Labour Law and agencies getting into such practices will be shut down.
Bin Deemas mentioned that charging fee from job-seekers for acting as a broker between employers and the job-seeker is considered illegal not only under the law of UAE, but also under the international law and the ministry has the right to shut down all agencies involved in such an act.
The Minister of Labour, Dr. Ali Abdullah Al Ka’abi, has expressed anger over the manner in which such recruitment agencies are operating and mentioned that any individual who has fallen as a victim to such agencies should report to the ministry immediately. As an initiative to stop such practices, the Ministry has stopped granting licenses to any new companies for two years."

i have an interview today at 1pm but i think no point of going there. there is a recruitment agency in Sharjah as well, the name is Al Nejoom, it is located in Atlas Mall Sharjah, opposite Rotana Hotel. I went for an interview there and it was non-sense! then they asked me to pay 100 AED but i refused. THen the lady said it's ok if i dont want to pay, they didnt force me anyway. Then i asked them if it's fine to take my CV.. the e-mail address is britishresorces9@gmail.com.

I attended an interview at Core Elements, and was given an access to their website. Oh yes, I paid 150 AED but not expecting to get the job that was promised to me
w/ 10, 000 AED salary + accommodation + transportation allowance after I've read all the comments online about this recruiting agency. Now I understand why I didn't felt excited as I stepped out on their office with a promised better salary package.

It was a mistake that costs me 150AED. I should just slept in that morning because they wasted 2 hours of my precious time. My interview was scheduled at 10, but to my surprise, we were 20+ in the room. I should have walked out and eat my breakfast at Mc Donalds! ;-P

Oh by the way, when I logged on to their website my application says that it's EMPTY! What? I thought I'm just waiting for a scheduled meeting w/ their client to start with my dream job?!?

Just don't go there people..real employers are looking at profiles online and it won't cost a single fils to be interviewed and get a REAL job.

Goodbye to my hard earned 150 AED..;-(

I will be neutral. All I can say is that people should think properly before paying anyone.

It maybe possible to retrieve your money if you are not satisfied by their services and if you haven't gone for the training.

My advice is to think before paying (they'll accept the membership even after a few days) and no to hurry towards the training.

Yes you are right. I had the an interview call from Core ellements in Dubai. I rushed to their office only to find it scandulous. The lady who intervied me sounded like a tape-recorder playing the same song everytime! She was very fluent and dressed in a western sexy office outfit. I was waiting for specific questions about my job area but to my serprice she explained EVERYTHING about her company (core ellements) and finally asked me just ONE question BASIC elementary question about my job area for a BIG PROMISSED SALARY! I couldnt beleive this stupid question by her could have earned a big time salary for me! She immediately took out a receipt book and started scribbling something in it and said my name out laud! I immediately jumped on my feet and said "WAIT! what are you doing?" for which she replied that it was some training fee or addmission fee or something and I will double my chances if I pay AED 150/- or so.

It was obvious for anyone with little commonsence that this company is making money from innocent people, unbeleivably at a time of recession!

People, please do not pay any fee to get a job at any agencies at least at this point of time when the whole GULF reagion is suffering from recession. They WILL NOT guarentee any job for you rather they promise to TRY to get something for you! BEWARE

Core element has its office in CROWN PLAZA office tower in Dubai (Probably Sh.Zayed street). BEWARE!

Other such instites are:

Dubai Gate Mgmt. Consultancy - [protected] / [protected]

Al Resala Mgmt. Consultancy - [protected] / [protected].

Al Waseela Requirement & Consultancy. - [protected] / [protected] .

Al Aidy Al Mahirah. - [protected] / [protected].

These above recruitment agencies come up with a new flashy banner "No charges from candidates." If you have noticed all these companies are from SHARJAH.

I walked out of the interview calling them a bunch of frauds, and even telling a few folks on the way not to trust them.

Its easy peasy money! 150 x 10-15 job seekers equals to [protected] per day. x 25 days is easily enough to cover the rent and the unpolished suits they've hired as a cover up.

The funny thing is they won't tell you who the client is or how many clients they actually have, look at their website for clues. All a loada crap laden with business management lines and little or no facts. I did enquire the building security and they've been in that building for 2 years now

But the sad thing is, like the nigerian scam, iphone scammers, and every other scam thats too good to be true, people don't realise their gullibility and play into their phony job offers. One chap actually paid AED 150 to be hired by AL Tayer. Why's no one mad at these folks?

Im still neutral to the case, but cant really deny it being a scam for very obvious reasons,
i got a call from dubai no, [protected] yesterday, the lady claimed that she got my CV from a database and i asked if im interested to apply for an FMCG freezone company's financial controller, i said 'yes' and then she asked some general questions about me (mostly targeted to my expected salary), for most of the genuine firms the most important questions are centred towards qualification and the experience, and expected salary always comes in the context of current salary (the lady didnt ask me about my current package at all). I replied and informed her about my current salary adding that an increase of 40% over current package will attract me, she totally mis understood and said 'yes, the job gives higher than aed 14K? y, i dont know, but i didnt pay attention as i was driving back home then. (even in this recession, can i get 40% increase?)
she said, she will mail me address details and an email containing job description, i got sms containing appointmnent and address details but i got no email whatsover about job description. They refused to disclose name of the employer, which is quite common for hiring consultants so that didnt ring any alarm in my mind. I searched the company name on internet, reviewed it. website was impresive only one thing that i missed was that only cell no. mentioned on website was the same as that of Ms Khadija which i noticed later and then another that was quite strange was that membership fees mentioned in the website, i havent seen any genuine firm disclosing such petty membership fee. Although, AED 150 membership fee is something for the job seeker, but as the firm claims to give training and information against this fee (is it anually? or lifetime? the fee and the benefits?) AED 150 seems very minute figure keeping in the view other thinsg that u can buy for AED 150 in UAE. I suppose that this is nothing for a company having its office in grosvenor towers, i believe that consultancy fee that a genuine firm charges from the medium sized company for its sucessful finacial controller search must be atleast 50 times higher than this membership fee.
i started having gut feelings that something is fishy.. still i dint pay any attention.

the next day (means today) i called the number which was supposedly of the interviewer, her name as in the sms is Khadija Ishaq, but even on her cell fone, the same lady who called yesterday picked up fone said ms. khadija is busy in interviews (she could simply say she is busy, and isnt it strange to give ur fone for attending ur calls to ur receptionist?). I told her that i have interview today and havent got email of job description yet, she said, they will not provide any such description untill i appear at their office (hiding employer's name is understandable but whats the national secret about job description man?). I assured that i will reach their office today but then i searched on the net again and looked at other search results of core elements and i found this site's link.
I know some firms (for the secrecy of emplyer) conduct interviews in their offices rather than in employers premises but then the interview is conducted by the HR representative of the employer and not by the officer of hiring firm.
I thought to complain about them but then im no Sherlock Holmes myself and all my assumptions might have been baseless but i just decided not to go for interview as im not that desparate for job switch, but i strongly recommend guys to assess these points raised by me before deciding to go for it.
best of lucks

thanks guys for the info. agencies like these have been a problem since then, but sad to say they still exists. Even worse these agencies cannot eradicate by UAE government, maybe they have some protectors perhaps influential people from the government themselves or the country?

all we can do is pray for these guys that their conscience be activated? haha. yes, they are also people with needs but not at other people's expense, in due time they will reap what exactly they sow. We have a God who is just, who is watching us and angry of things like these... it may not happen with them personally but they have families who can be the recipient of their corrupt actions.

thanks as well for this forum/blog or the owner of this site, greatly helps! Godbless you

i got a call from them, prior to going i researched and read all that is written here, so i went prepared.
first, when they called me, they told that i can come anytime i want, so i asked to book my time at 3PM and informed that i can not wait.
when i was there, first of all i was made to wait for 40 minutes, then i met one of the recruiters (i was suppose to meet jody van der byl - but instead some junior employee met me) who asked to have my cv (surprise surprise - i was told that my cv is so impressive that some senior manager wants to talk to me, and instead this lady, who didn't even know my name, forget about my experience or what i am looking for), then i asked details about the client - company that is supposedly going to hire me - here again, contradicting info.
however, the best part is when they asked me to pay 150$
i was this close to call police!

This company is still doing their nasty job though the authorities were informed and the same is published here. They still calling people, sending SMS. A man called me saying he is from Core Elements, asking whether I attended any interview before by these people. When I say no, he asked me to appear for an Interview the next day at office tower, Crowne Plaza Hotel and asked me what is my preferred time, that itself was surprise. Since I was not turned up the next day, I got a SMS after 30 minutes of the interview time, mentioning interviewer name is Ms. Mubina, location, contact number, their web site name and also mentioning my UPDATED CV, Strange).
Let the curse be on the entire team of Core Elements as they are cheating the desperate job seekers.

The procedure goes like this: CORE ELEMENTS will give a call to a job hunter to inform that the job hunter is in their shortlisted candidates, they will give some information regarding some interview details such as the job hunter will be interviewed by them for a possible job vacancy. They will then be sending a follow-up e mail and SMS/text message.
On the day of interview at the given venue, you will observe that there are too many people, also known as "job seekers" are falling in line and waiting for their cue. Once they call the job seeker's name, that will be the start of a very pleasant conversation with the person (known as interviewer), until later on, the interviewer will divert the conversation to an offering of their very attractive services which is a "training program" actually. They will convince the job seeker to buy this offer for a chance of getting the job vacancy from unknown company. Since the job seeker waited for almost two hours for the promised job offer by CORE ELEMENTs, the job seeker will then be forced to buy the services by paying 150 dirhams just to consider the time they have waisted for waiting and for the disturbed whole day (considering the travel time and distance).
Actually, in legal way, they can operate legally because they are fronting their training program services. But in fact, it is obviously CHEATING. They invited the job seeker for an interview and a job vacancy offer, but it will end to paying for their services such as the training program. So where is the job vacancy?
This is absolutely FRAUD! Fraud in a sense that there is really NO JOB VACANCY.

May the family and children of the people involved in this EVIL act may suffer for the rest of their life.. Burn their souls to HELL.

Beware.. CORE ELEMENTS has changed their name, as of this present time, they are no FUSION GROUP.
The same strategies they are doing.

Nov 10, 2009 3:09 pm EST

The procedure goes like this: A job seeker will recieved a call from CORE ELEMENTS informing that there is a job interview, they will then say all the information about the said "interview", they going to send an email as follow up info. On the day of interview it self, you will find in the venue many "job hunters" fall in line, waiting for their cue. when its your turn to be interviewed, in a different approach of conversation, they will just going to convinced you to buy their services by paying 150 dirhams, for a "promise job", with out telling any company name for the job they are promising. So the payment actually is for the additional training program that they are providing, but infact, that is not the main reason why the job hunter goes to that place, but to be interviewed for any job vacancy, not to be offered by any training program. Legally, thay are allowed to operate by the authority bacause they are fronting the training program that they are offering, but indeed, they invited a job seeker to go to their place for a job interview, once the job seeker attended the said scheduled job interview, that will be the chance of CORE ELEMENTS to convinced the job seeker to buy their training program services. So its obviously FRAUD, "fraud" in a sense that there is really no job vacancy, thay are offering a job which is absolutely LIE!

May the family and children of all persons involved in CORE ELEMENTS may go to HELL for the EVIL things that they are doing. Suffer your souls in fire!

I was been interviewed by certain ashole lady name Ms. Ashfan (ashole) Shaikh as i pronounce, Because of curiosity and why this company exist and no action taken even too much complaints about this company? So that time i was waiting for my friend near that crown plaza hotel where they office was. I'm trying to figure out this agency, I wait for almost 1 hour of fuc...g ### to interviewed. Then this certain Ms. ### shaikh called my name, we have a good question and answer portion asking my expertise and experience, then she ask me that if i want to be member so my papers will be process, i had to pay 150AED. ;p i smile and told this ### lady, "You said a while a back that certain company is looking for my credentials and found my CV and called your agency to set for an interview?" She reply yes and then why they telling me that in the near future membership can help if i will be a member of core elements for paying 150aed?

It so clear that during my interview, that stupid agency i just collecting money from jobseekers...

one thing.. I have a good job and im not seeking for a small time job, i have a good CV that they can use too also so they can sell my resume out there... ;p look at the site advertisement they have ... buy CV... tsk tsk tsk tsk is multi cheaters company i known...
