Copart Very slow service

I arrived to a copart at location 2701 waterfront rd Martinez, CA 94553. Checked in at the office at 12am to get 1 car, There was 36 waiting to get loaded it's been 3h and I'll still waiting for my car. Called them up and they are saying there are still 12 cars ahead. So what's the deal there? ?been in a contact with some managers to find out what's the hold up an the only excuse they could come up with is that it's friday and it's always this busy.

Copart car scam

I bought a BMW car from Copart and it arrived in poor condiction, not starting engine and all flooring was stolen. I called them to lodged complaints and they came to pick when I said I do not want it, they promised to re-list it. I got £200 offer for the car I bought for £650. I rejected the offer and they said they will re-list again, the next offer was £160 and Copart started calculating their services delivery on the car in tune of £160, they finally took the car from me with no money refunded

The second time, I bid for £100 car and later cancelled it. They still went ahead to put the car through, I contacted them on the 26th about the car and told them I will be travelling for a week and will come and make payment for the car on my return. I came back on the 7th and make payment of £250 because they increase the money and call them for the car. I was told the car is gone and my money is gone. I am struggling to earn my daily, how can I save up for the car and pay and was told the money is gone.

I need my refund, help me to get my refund

Copart scammed by auto auction mall (an approved broker on copart)

Dear Copart,

I registered with one of your brokers for Nigeria called Auto Auction Mall to bid with a buying power of up to $4000 dollars.

On September 23, 2019, I authorized Auto Auction Mall vided an e-mail to bid on my behalf for https://www.copart.com/lot/46838569/ up to $3500 when the auction starts on Tue. Sep 24, 2019, 06:00 PM WAT.

I was deceived on the telephone by Auto Auction Mall during its purported bidding that the bid of the above sedan closed at $3950 US dollars, and therefore exceeded my buying power.

I have just discovered that the bid for the said sedan actually closed at $2550.

I feel so cheated and depressed because I was scammed to lose a good deal, and, thereafter, swindled to place a bid of $3700 for https://www.copart.com/lot/48287229/

Please, I want this issue to be investigated. And I want compensation for the loss I have suffered.

Whilst Lee away on leave. My membership number is 5634 I have endured a lot of extra charges through no fault of mine own.only Copart Is to blame. I sent you a email I received no response. I have also been liaising with Nicole then all communication stopped Nicole started to assist then stop with no reason why. I live in New Zealand so was making sure I did everything correctly I was told via email I would receive a vat receipt when the vehicle was collected from the yard this was at most importance as pointed out by Mercedes to Nicole via a three way email conversation. When the vehicle was being collect I also had a conversation via telephone with the person at the desk I asked about the VAT receipt I was told it would be in the envelope with the V5. I also made a call to mark enquiringly about special towing mainly a hyiab trunk prior to collection I was told no need because the vehicle roll this call. When the vehicle was collected and delivered to Mercedes along with the envelope containing the documents the vehicle was refused by Mercedes because no proof of purchase in my name only the V5 in the previous owners name. Nicole was aware of need for proof off ownership in my name to enable me to order a replacement key via Mercedes Also the vehicle didn't roll because of electric hand brake I was on the phone for four hour trying to get this resolved all the time enduring extra charges from the towing company. In the end lyn loom came to the rescue. I would like to be reimbursed for all the late fees I received at the yard. Also some sort of compensation for the extra charge from the towing company it went from a simple 30 min job to a 4 hour job due to Coparts failings to provide what they promised extra cost for the towing equaled £250 I am send this to you prior to lodging a formal complaint.

Copart copart uk

Hi everyone, as i have found at my peril Copart uk are to be avoided like the plague! Bought less than 2 years old car on the strength of pictures and misleading info that said: rear damage and minor scratches and dents. To my horror car had an extensive previous repair to near side and front poorly done and well visible. Their additional info also said : hpi found 1 owner, but it now appears car has 2! Car was delivered and dumped outside garage too early in the morning and unrecognisably dirty to make any inspection impossible. As you can guess they are refusing any cooperation stating their t&c and sort of blaming me for buying in good faith. We also had a dispute about our winning bid. We stopped bidding, never received a standard email saying we won it, instead got a call an hour later asking me to go a bit higher in order to secure the vehicle. I declined. That same night just before midnight i get an email congratulating me and billing me for that same vehicle. When i enquired copart said winning bid came from my account, which could have only happened if they hacked my laptop. Thrully horrifying. I am looking for advise how to proceed as i am not a trader and car was intended for missus to do school run/football /swimming.. Due to safety i am reluctant to let her use it as i don't really know how severe that previous unmentioned repair is.. Needles to say this seriously devalues the vehicle leaving me out of pocket. date of collection=21-08-2020
date car was tested for the first time =29-08-2020
date of 1st complain by mail=29-08-2020
date of 2nd complain on phone=01-09-2020

This car was picked up on the 21st of August and was delivered to me at about 2 hours later the same day.
The car was not tested as we had a lot to do before the weekend until the 29th which was the long bank holiday weekend, when the car was started..it did starts but did not drive as advertised.
earlier on today i spoke with your customer advisor and claimed that the car was tested at your yard but suddenly does not drive again.
who are these expert who tested this car,
i surprised that if this is how you deceived all customers there will a lot of complain going to the ombudsman and people need to exercise their consumers right to the fullest.
we changed gear and nothing happens.
we were misled to believe that this car do start and drives but unfortunately it does not drive at all.
we would request this car be arranged to be returned to you and our full payment (£1604;80) be refunded as well as the cost of the recovery truck (£210).
we have also registered the car for tax for it to be legally stayed on the parking space (£240)
the total amount to be credited back is £2054.80.

i will be expecting your response, at the same time i will be contacting my bank to make a complain as well as sending a notification to the motor ombudsman.
please let us know what you want to do.

Copart towing

COPART was to deliver my vehicle to my residence. The driver was afraid to back into my driveway because he said the truck was too big. (I've had larger trucks tow a vehicle out of my driveway.) He pulled between my porch and hedges and lowered the car off the truck and left it there blocking the entire driveway from cars coming in or leaving; literally trapped me at my own house and said maybe COPART could send another truck in a couple hours. I said you can't leave it here blocking everything. He said Whatever, I gotta go. I called COPART and they said they had no other (smaller) truck to send and didn't know what he was talking about. I had to call another towing company and pay $65 to have them move the car less than a hundred feet in order to unblock my driveway.

Copart copart auto salvage yard/ tow driver

My truck was sent to copart in Georgia for The Hartford to look at from a accident on junior 7 2019. on june 10 2019 Vernon contracted from copart picked up our truck
and from there on our truck was 75% more damaged by him and copart. theft of light bar, light pods and a USMC tag that is very important to us
i have pictures from day one of the accident on june 7 to when the truck was delivered back to us on june 17 and it was damaged severely. wen i spoke to shawna crawley. there was no answer and sent me pictures of it on their lot and you cans the damage cause and theft. our insurance claimed our truck a total loss, but we are asking for damages that occurred while copart had our truck. we took our truck back but once we seen the extreme damage that was done, there was no way we could fix it. so sold it back to insurance and now i want copart to compensate for the extra damage and theft... i will try once more to try and get some where with one of your employees, but if not i will file suite again copart and the pictures and videos i have shows the neglaance of copart

Copart 2007 cls benz 550

My name is Clyde hill member number 725469, I purchased a car from the Little Rock, AR location on a Monday 5/20 and scheduled for a tow truck to pick it up and deliver it, however once the tow truck got there to pick it up they called to tell me there was no key in the car, and that they was trying to drive it up on the tow truck since it stated the car runs and drive, and has key in the picture. I called in the office and spoke with someone and I was told that the managers was out on break and that they would leave a note on the door when one of the managers returned they would give me a call back and that they knew about the situation and they was goin to get it resolved quickly. I never received a call back, i reached out again around the following Tuesday and was told the managers was on vacation for the week(after I talked with them the prior week and they could have let me know that then) i finally spoke with one of the managers through email and they confirmed that they was taking care of it and that it would be 2-3 days and it would be ready, I asked If I could get the number to someone I could contact through the company to handle the situation, that's when he stated that he was the mananger and that he knew about the problem and the car is an expensive so sometime people take the key. (How does that happen when all the cars are stored behind a fence in your yard) keep getting the run around, and I have never had this happen. I have to reach out to them to see if any progress has been made and it is now 6/5/19. I just purchased another vehicle through Copart on 5/31/19 and already received the car. With Copart having a rule to make the payment within the 3days or get penalized, I feel as if two week is more than enough time I'm not understanding why I don't have the vehicle in my possession yet. Do I get refunded any money back? Or rewarded another vehicle also for Copart mistake

Copart false / misleading information

On 11/20/2018 l purchased a vehicle from Copart with the 1FADP3K22EL195768 vin number. On 2/07/2019 l received the vehicle. When I received the vehicle l noticed that the vehicle has serious problems they didn't mention at all on the information page. This vehicle supposed to be in working conditions .The vehicle has many holes on radiator, radiator fan, engine block, and oil filter has damage. Copart mislead me. They didn't mention about these serious problems. I sent a couple of emails but they never get back to me. I want Copart refund my money back for this transaction. This is against the work ethics. I would like them resolve this matter as soon as possible. Thanks

Copart complaint against gm jeffery burns

Hello

I'm a very old member of Copart and have been buying and selling cars through Copart from varied states of US. My member ID is 943719. 
I like to make a complain against the General Manager of Copart at Rochester, NY, JEFFERY BURNS, for his very hostile attitude and behaviour with me. In the capacity of a managerial position, he had all the privileges and rights to address my problem and solve it but he, deliberately, kept emphasizing that he neither have knowledge or power to resolve my issue. I'm sorry to tell, I doubt he qualifies to be in a managerial position. 
My issue was that I bought 2003 Honda Civic (details of the lot# and other specs attached herewith) by bidding online. It was run & drive car with no mechanical problem stated on the car. When I went to the Rochester Copart to pick up the car, the car was not as it was stated on the Copart website. There was definitely a mechanical problem in the car as the parts were missing, messed up and some parts were sitting inside the car (which was not shown in the pictures). Eventually, this car was not which was stated.
 Sir / Madam, I have bought cars from Copart for many years and where there are cars with mechanical issue, then, that is clearly mentioned and if Copart finds that the customer got the car which was not mentioned on the website, and the customer is complaining about it then they relist it. And, I have had the managers from NC, New Orleans, Syracuse addressing similar issues likewise and very professional way. 
But, Jefferey Burns, was never helpful to me since beginning of our conversation. The following statements from his side demonstrated his disrespectful, very hostile and prejudiced behavior towards me, making me feel as if I'm lying for mere $225   :-
' I don't know from where you brought these parts'. 
' I hardly gone through high school, so, I don't know whether these are auto parts or not'
' You don't ask me questions, you answer my questions'
' Customers are never right'
' I, too, have many anecdotal incidents to relate'

He is completely unfit for a managerial position and doesn't deserve to be in that position. Managers are trained to solve the problems of the customers and especially for the loyal customers. 
Secondly, the CEO's and other heads of the Copart need to visit this location and need to update the staff with some professional and friendly staff like other locations like Long Island, Memphis, Syracuse. 
When a customer comes to the location with the issue and if the front staff is incapable of handling the issue and if it falls under the jurisdiction of the higher level of managerial position then the customer has to wait for the manager to finish his meeting. There's no assistant manager or other supervisor or executive who has the authority to address the customer's issue. I don't understand, why this location doesn't have any other responsible employee beside the manager, who's responsible in case the manager is busy or absent. The customer shouldn't be asked to wait for hours. 

Sir / Madam, I left the car at the Copart location and I need the higher authorities to help me out and address my grievance against the General Manager, Jeffrey Burns. 

More than commercial damage, I'm very emotionally agonized and mentally despaired by the way Jeffery Burns spoke to me today.  For me, mere loss of $225 doesn't matter but what matter most is the way I was treated by Jeffery Burns at the Copart, Rochester. 

Sir / Madam, I want justice or else I'm resorted to take alternative legal discourse.

Copart delivery and service

This is the worst company I ever seen in U.K. I bought two cars on 19th of Dec 2018 and today is 10th of Jan 2019. still I am waiting to be delivered my cars. whenever I called to ask the delivery date they extend one week again and again. I send email to manager & complaint department but they are same like company. I bought two another cars and was written no fault but cars arrived and I found one of the car gearbox is gone and another one is engine gone. Now only the option I have to put the case in court and see them there. just wanted to aware all copart buyers. if have any question can call me [protected]. Membership 633337.

Copart advert misleading

12/2018 bought an electric car renault zoe from Rochford site.
It was just light front damage. And says in adittional details car is not starting, reason unknown.
Thats fine i thought might be the battery flat or fuse disconnected due to electric shock hazard. But when i got it delivered i been hugely surprised that the whole electric battery was removed from the vehicle.
Leaving this car just a empty shell. With no battery.
Will get copart to court and trading standarts as they should mention clear that the main component of this car is missing.

You cant tell by the pictures thwt anything wrong at all with this car exept bumper and few bit from the front. But in fact this car on the road from a dealer cost a round £5500 with no damage.
This one allready costed £3000 plus fix and parts and battery around £8000 with recorded damage it complete rip off

Copart employer and manager

I work in copart and i want to imform a complaint for this reason, this company in 307 E landstreet rd Orlando florida, The manager and the dispatcher nikki, theyre combine with 2 subcontractor, One of them is JR TOWING, they have conflict interest cause the manager and nikki from copart they know each other, they give all the pick ups to them, Thats why a lot guys quit already, cause they're preference with JR, I travel one hour to work has a subcontractor in my flatbed and they give me only 4 cars a day, JR TOWING and other guy recieve most likely everything the rest get the far away and just couple, i cant support my expenses like that only 4 car to tow a day, please someone on capart headquarter help us with this situation, please investigate this situancion in 307 E landstreet rd orlando florida. A lot drivers already mad, but doesnt talk English thats why can complains.

Copart wolverhampton staff rude and unhelpful

Used copart several times and never had any issues apart from when buying from wolverhampton.
Staff is rude and unhelpful!
The Porsche Cayenne bought from them was missing engine ECU, TCM Module, Keyless Kessy, DVD Navigation Unit And Rear entertainment DVD.

They say it's our responsibility to check the vehicle prior to buying. But these Control Units And modules obviously are not on display and definitely do not expect to be missing.

The parts missing add up to a LOT of money . These obviously have been stolen. I'm absolutely fuming

Where are the parts?

Copart service

I visited copart bahrain they are not helping if you want to finish transaction and get in in the same time not possible.. The case happer to me once.. And yesterday i won a car from the auction it was 12 pm i called i arrived to the copart at 1:30pm they said we cannot open the door for you.. And then i left and i come the next day which ia today they told me to set.. And then my cousin wants to see a car to buy from sunday auction at the time i was speaking to my cousin i said i waill stay here because they are not helping.. Suddenly copart agent get nervous and start shouting we are not helping you! Just have a seat and wait your turn

My question do you want a business or you want the customer to run a way from you

Copart 2015 toyota tundra airbags, (punta gorda auction)

Dear Copart Management,

Regarding Lot # [protected]

We have Purchased many vehicles, motorhomes, and campers from Copart.

This particuler incident here is regarding Airbags that were removed and wires cut
as well and pulled out of this Toyota, and all panels were put back showing nothing
as all was removed or bothered.
This was a water flood vehicle and we were fully aware of water floods and what we were purchasing, But in this particular situation somebody had stole them out of the truck prior to the auction!.
Very frustrating we want to know what Copart can do in this situation?, the airbags were quoted at $6200 from dealership.
There is no way to tell the AirBags were removed, the truck was in great shape, was never in an accident.
The removal of these air bags was deliberate and were stolen out of this vehicle, and there was no way to tell until we replaced the air bag Module that had water damage, witch then gave us 8 error codes for the airbags.

Please Call us Regarding this Matter.

Copart about how unprofessional and rude this company

Today I register with Copart. Never in my life I didn't bid or buying previously with this company. So I was asked by email to pay£50 for registration and send my ID and bills to verify my account. Which is I did pay£50and send all requested documents. Later I received email from them stated that my account is suspended. I was shocked. I ring them back, and ask them why my account is suspended? On what they answer that someone else on this adress previously owned them£260, so in order to open my account I have to pay that amount. I was shocked ! Is it serious? How can they ask from me the money someone else own them? As I have nothing to do with this. So I ask them to refunded my£50 for registration they charge me on what they replying to me, that registration fee is not refundable. It's just so rude and unprofessional from their site to treat their customers this way. I feel disgusting with this company Copart. Stay away people please and be aware that if someone previously live on your adress and own them money, they will ask from you. And they don't care it's not u, I just can't believe it's true.

Copart 1997 nissan quest xe

I purchased a vehicle from Copart for the first time, and after I went to the MVA to get the Title switched over from Pennsylvania to Maryland. I took the vehicle to Tire Plus, and they said there was too much work needed on the vehicle, they refused to fix it, because the work to fix the vehicle would cost more than the vehicle. I paid 450.00 for the vehicle. I paid some extra fees, not knowing what for. The total came up to 928.00. I don't understand what's going on here. It looks like someone took the buttons off that control the window. The whole bottom of the vehicle is messed up. This is crazy! I can be contacted at [protected]@gmail.com

I end up paying 928.00 total for a vehicle for 450.00. It looks like someone was actually using it for parts. The buttons were missing to control the windows. The whole bottom of the vehicle is in bad shape. The tire plus shop on walker Mill Rd. in Capital Heights Maryland refused to work on the vehicle, because the repairs were more than the vehicle was worth. This has me very upset. I wired the money, they take forever to deliver the vehicle, and don't tell you they messed the whole bottom of the vehicle. I need some help. I should have never got a vehicle online. This really sucks! I had the title switched over, and got temp tags, and now looking for someone who will work on the vehicle. The front tires were shaking along with the steering wheel as soon as you step on the accelerator. I wish they would tell you all the things befors you purchase the vehicle.
