Cool Buy Direct / Harrassment
I bought a mp3 player from this site back in July/August. I did not receive it after 30+ days even though they said it was in stock. I contacted them and they said if I did receive it I could send it back. I finally received it and sent it back "return to sender" so that I didn't have to pay shipping again. They still haven't received it and they are saying I made a mistake and have sent me several hateful emails. I can't believe the lack of customer service. They said there were 100 items in stock and then they told me that they had to order the mp3 player from Hong Kong.
This has been a fiasco. Please don't purchase items from this company.
