Everyday and sometimes twice a day I receive calls from this company looking for Teshia. We have no one by that name in our household. I have ask to be taken off of their call list to no avail.
Please help stop these harrassing calls.

Well, to begin, I paid my $50.00 payment one day before the due date. My $50.00 payment went toward my acct. balance. A few days later I checked my acct. sumary on line and my payment was not posted on my acct. I contacted Continental Finance with the assumption that there was just a simple mistake. When speaking with the representative from Continental Finance it seemed as though the person I was talking to had no idea what they were doing. It took her approx. 10 min of playing with her computer to explain to me the reason why there was no problem with my acct. I could hear the keyboard in the background. This representative started to try to play some number games with me, I'm not a mathematical genius, but I'm not stupid. And she obviously didn't know I had a calculator in right front of me. After she learned that she wasn't going to play any number tricks on me, she all of a sudden had a new reason why my acct. status was not correct. Her new reason was that since I paid my bill one day before the beginning of the next billing cycle, it was just credited to my acct. balance. She then proceeded to tell me that I still owed $50.00 for my current monthly balance and that I now owe a $30.00 late fee on top of the $50.00 payment. This is just obscene and if I would have known that this card was going to be this much trouble, I WOULD HAVE NEVER GOT THE DARN THING! All I can say to anyone out there who's looking to get a credit card, if you hear or see of anything that has Continental Finance, LLC involved, STAY AWAY! I've had to call at least twice a month to have corrections made to my acct. summary and they try to play number games with you and make you believe that your at fault, it didn't work on me. I could only imagine how many people might not be catching the (little scams) that this Continental Finance, LLC is up to.

I applied for this card on-line because it said that you could help re-build. This was suppose to be a card for people with less than perfect credit. The card arrived shortly after applying for it. I called and activated the card and was informed that my credit limit was not $300.00 but actually $50.00. The majority of the funds would go to a one time set-up fee. Ok, I then used the card at the gas station. Before my first bill came, I made a payment on-line for the $50.00. I received confirmation that the payment was made. I got my bank statement and the payment was withdrawn from my checking account. One week later I got a bill from this credit card company. They were charging me $30.00 for a late fee. $30.00 for an overdraft fee. I then contacted the credit card company and spoke with a Mr. Naesh. I asked for a last name and a I.D. number. The gentleman stated that they do not go by I. D. #'s. I then explained to him that I made a payment. He then stated, that even though the payment was made on-line before my due date, he stated that the funds did not clear out of my bank account in time. I advised him that it did and that I would fax over proof. They gave me a fax number and I faxed over the proof of my payment. I called back to confirm that my fax received and I spoke with a Ms. Washington. She advised me that she didn't see any notes in the system that I had a conversation with Mr. Naesh. She stated that my new balance that I owed was $408.16. I told her that there was no way that I would be paying that because I made a payment for what I used off the card before the bill was even due. She also stated that well intrest will accure on the account and that the account would be turned over to collections. I advised her that I faxed over proof of the payment and I can fax it over again. The bottom line is, this company is a scam. Not only do they hurt your credit more, but they also take the money that you pay and then state that you never paid. I had to contact my bank to have a stop payment put on my account, which cost me money. This compnay is not about helping you in any type of way. They are here to make whatever kind of money they can from consumers that are trying to get their credit on track.

Just learned today that the Montly payment is due every 25 days, due before I get a bill and then not posted for days so they can charge late fees.

Paying these thieve off and closing account. Don't fall into this scam

From the day I received this card, I have received collection calls every two hours! I have never missed a payment, always pay on time. Two days after I activiated the card, they reported me as 90 days past due on my credit reports. I have auto-debit set up and they charge me $4 for each payment. They finally reversed the $240 in late fees I was charged. I have never seen such poor business practices! My car is now paid off (except for the service fee I'm charged every month) and I still receive collection calls every two hours starting at 7:00 am until 10:00 pm every single day!

I'm confused. They keep calling, but I'm not passed due, and I'm not over my limit. I spoke to someone the other day from their office, and talked to them, I went on their website to verify that my payment was received and it says it was and no payment is due, so yeah, I'm just confused.

Will be ever wary whether this course of action on the card's part will ever happen again.

Have done nothing to provoke this action. Different if I didn't make good on a credit purchase or something of that kind. But, did nothing to instigate this action.

Would somebody please tell me what's what here and how I can fix it?

I just ordered a continental finance card and received my first bill before i even got my credit card and when i received my card i called to activate the card and they tried to make me pay over the phone. i told them that i would pay when i got my first check and they kept asking me to give them my bank acct information over the phone and i didnt because he was aggrevating me and i had already told him that i would pay online.

I happen to know with this company that if you send a fax in of your phone bill with your name and address on then they will take out the phone number. If they call again, ask for the fax phone number.

I get 2-3 calls a day from them Continental Finance [protected]) asking for Monique. I have Continental Finance repeatedly that I am not Monique and I have no idea who she is or why they would assume this is my number. SEVERAL times I have been told that my number will be taken off the list. I have also been hung up on, treated extremely rudely, and essentially accused of lying to them about my identity. This is harassment from a company I haven't heard of before, let alone done business with!

I just got my card and They say I owe $225 with a payment now due of $50. I don't want this card, now. I can't find anyone that I can Talk to on canceling the contract. How do I contact them before I have to pay a late fee on top of everthing.
