I have never had a worse experience with a company. I ordered a Matrox G400 Max via Second Day Air but they shipped an Asus Motherboard via UPS Ground. I contacted them several times via email but they did not respond. I contacted them by phone and arranged for return and refund. Two weeks later I still had not received a refund so I contacted them again by phone and was told they would credit my card immediately. Two weeks later I still had not received anything from them. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was issued a refund approximately two months after it was requested. I highly recommend you BUY ELSEWHERE.
