ConsumerBill.com Taking money without permission

They took money out 2 times for 2 different things: MedLink Free Trial Subscription Program; My Catalog for $ 19.95 and Government Grant Membership: DBA My Catalog for $19.95. I never authorized, just inquired and never got even though they took out my money over 2 weeks ago.

I inquired about something online & the next week I viewed my bank account online & saw a check for $19.95 on there with that already came out of my account & it had on bottom of check consumer bill .com I went online & got a toll free number & only got a recording. I went to consumer bill .com & contacted them by an email they did return my call & I told them I needed my refund back to put it back in the account as to how fast they took it. They told me they would refund the money only by sending me a check in the mail soon as they cancelled my subscription & it would take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to receive the refund in the mail. I called them the other day & they said I should get it anyday in the mail. Well, as of now I still do not have my refund & most likely will not get it. I agree with everyone on here the medlink free trial subscription is a big scam & nothing but a big fraud just to get fees from your bank account.

I do not know who you are but you are taking money out of my account and is causing my bank account to close and I can not open up any bank account for a long time because of what you did. You are a scam and I did not give you my account number. I want this to STOP ASAP. That means now. I am very angry. I will report this to the bank that I was at and to look out for your company and to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else I did not order anything from you or your company. you cause my account to be in the negative of $300.00 you stop this right now.

They took money from my account which made me incur a total of $84.00 in overdrafts and I am very angry. The last $28.00 overdraft and $19.95 was done AFTER they emailed me that they would cancel my "subscription" that I never ordered. They also did NOT return my phone call that I had requested either. What a bunch of frauds!

some company who knows what or where they are have been taking $17.95 from my account since 3-24-08 and every month since. My bank and I filed fraud charges and to no avail did anyone respond, the # they gave is to a fax that a man purchased it in May from Fax.com and he has had over 50 e-mails from people like me stating they are taking money from our accounts with out permission. The bill is going through your company CONSUMERBILL.COM. My bank 5/3 in cincinnati ohio said next step is to get the internet fraud department to get involved and to investigate the practices of the way this co is taking money from accounts without permission. They said that they are incouraging all people to call the internet fraud and start with a consumer class action suit againt you and the company you represent. All I want is my money returned to my account and to STOP & DESIST from taking any more money from my account. Please get back in touch with me in next 3 days to see if you can straighten this out before the next step is needed. Shayne Mason

ConsumerBill.com Rip off!

I signed up with this group with them promising me loans and a credit card. They overdrew my account several times because they didn't tell me when they were going to draft anything. There products were cheap and overpriced and didn't have anything i needed that I particularly was interested in. Please do not get involved in this company they are not very helpful in no way.

I do not know what this web is about and when I check my bank statement there is two withdraws without my concern for the amount of $14.95. When I called the [protected] number no live agents are available. What it was provided to me by the recording was the email address www.consumerbill.com. No one available to speak to in reference to this issue. Once again I do not gave permission to withdraw from my account and I do not know what these withdraws are for.

Just wanted you all to know that I too was scammed by this company. I have gone to Consumerbill.com three times and chatted with a customer service rep. This last time I was actually treated like a person. The lady, Ericka, I talked to said she would be creditting my account today and it should post in three days... We will see... I will let you all know. This was the best way to get my money back. I hope you all have the same luck. :)

I made application for loan services from Credit.Com seeking personal loan services and was denied 09/14/2008. I am being contacted 09/15/2008 from www.platmember.com congratulating me
of being a platimun member. Attempts to contract this website were futile and no email accepted . 09/16/08 an electronic withdrawl from my account by Platimum Member Fortress Secure Inc./Consumerbill.com. 09/17/08 I found this out and filed a formal complaint with my bank which they determined it to be fraudulent electronic transfer.

This company is a big time fraud that every American should watch out for. Every time I call, they swear up and down that they are not the company that took my money; ironically, they offered me a "refund, " which never came. My point is that if you are not the company taking the money, why are you offering a refund? That doesn't make any sense! Do you all have "free" money to give away to people? I highly doubt it. In all, don't look for the refund that you were "suppose" to get because it is not coming.

This company will also claim that you made an agreement on the first party's website which stated that they can sell your information to any company, but we all know that this information was NOT found on that company's terms and agreement; ironically, if you squinch your eyes and look at Consumerbill.com's terms and agreement, it states that they can sell your information to other companies. How unfair is this? This is unfair because you didn't sign the agreement with consumerbill.com, you signed it with the company who you were seeking the personal loan from. You signed it with an honest company but some mysterious way, Consumerbill.com received your information and took money from your account.

Let's talk about possible ways that Consumerbill.com could've received your bank information.
Firstly, they pretend that they are lenders who offer you a loan amount. So once your information has been shared with many lenders, including "consumerbill.com, " they take your bank information, hurry up and fix up a nice "fake" check and your bank then processess it. It doesn't take long, and before you know it, your bank account is negative with an ISF.

One could easily tell that this is a big fraud afterwards because of their so-called customer service. Shoudn't customer service representatives be friendly? However, these evil people are extremely rude and will hang up in your face the minute that you start asking too many questions.
In addition, their website is extremely jacked-up. If you notice, you can't click on any icons but the login icon. WOW! You can't click on their partners, the services and products that they offer because they don't offer any products or services. Normally when you enter a secure website and you have an account with that company, you will maybe use a username and password, but for their website, you have to use your ACCOUNT NUMBER...how crazy! Why should you have to use your account number to access your so-called information! Lastly, if you enter your information, a pop-up will state that the system failed and to try again later so don't waste your time entering in information. It is extremely bogus people.

I also called numerous of times and in the back ground, all I heard was people laughing and making a mockery out of me. Then they kept calling my phone and making rude remarks. I have so many recordings and i will play them in court for the judge to hear. I have so much evidence against these people, so I am excited about getting them caught.

These dudes are through and will appear in court in no time because it doesn't take a rocket science to realize that they are big time crooks who will soon have to serve their time because of their crime!

I applied for a payday loan online and submitted my bankng information over a secured site. I received a call from Worldwide Cash telling me that I was preapproved for a 200.00 loan but the interest was 89.00 on it because the loan was from the UK since they gave me 3 weks to pay back i agreed but they called my bank with me over the phone to verify y accout info and deposits which i thought was odd and the teller was relunctant to answer some of the questions they asked. after the conversation i went online and saw where someone had complained about them calling them at work to collect so since i couldnt find anything else i assumed all was well and they would transfer the funds. The transaction for MEdlink for the subscription appeared on my account for 19.95 when i went back to research no info not even an address is available for worldwide ah either which makes me believe they are somehow involved or either soeone has hacked the payday loan site to retreive peoples checking account info. I believe that neither business is legitimate.

They used my Daughter's name on a check that was drawn from my account. The amount was $19.95, my Daughter is not on my account. I don't know how they were able to get my account # and withdraw the money out. If the money does not go back into my account I am going to talk to one of the attorneys here in my office and have an investigation done.

This fraud company lifted my information off of a cash advance website and then stole money out of my bank account! I had the charges stopped through by bank and my bank gave me my money back. But I also got the following information from my bank to help other get their money back.

The name of the company's Executive Director is Caroline Kment and her direct telephone number is: [protected] call and ask her where your refund is. Call her everyday if that is what you have to do. It is the only way to get your refund that they promise you will get.
