Online Customers - Stay Away from Payday Loan...Consumer Financial will illegally take your banking information and use it to charge $149.00 using illegal popup windows that are preset to Y (yes)and will not accept N(no)

I sent them bank statements etc..explaining the illegal charge, illegal screens and I recently received a letter stating they had done nothing wrong. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and my banking institution to be on the alert for future unauthorized charges.

This is a SCAM operation that you make you a LOSER

Thanks for the info. So far, they've only taken $2.97, but that resulted in a $32 overdraft fee! I don't even remember a popup with these guys!!! I automatically "x" close all popups. Unbelievable scam. I will contact bank immediately!

Ladyhank I'm with you because I don't remember and I close all popups!! They took $149.00 from my account too! I called the 800 number and got a voice mail but I will be calling them back!! My bank gave me this web site so hopefully they'll refund my money. It's a shame that people are too lazy for a REAL job. They'd rather steal from those that are trying to make a living.
