I ordered an IPOD (free) and only had to pay shipping of $7.95. I placed the order on 9/18. My account was charged on 9/19. I never received my IPOD. Went to my account to transfer money saw a second charge to my account of $79.95 posted on 9/23. Both of these charges used the business name of "Gracefully the Green Hous" with no contact information. There is no company with that name anywhere in the country.

I tried to pull up the consumer gadgets web site to find out what is going on. The site states that it can not be reached.

I am beyond angry. I want my $87.90 back. Can you help me?

Ordered, supposedly a Coach purse through Facebook at first the charge was $7.99 sent me a fake confirmation that had no legit order number to track my order and last but least went to make a payment on something on last Friday 9/22/2023 and discover this consumegadget.com had drafted $79.99 out my account this is over a scam to take advantage of people who lives on a fixed income I need my purchase or my money back 😡🤬

I paid 7.95 8/20/2023 and I haven't received anything else. I called and gave my name and she hung up. I received a text message and I clicked on it and went to a FB post. I went through verification process and gave my prepaid credit and since then havent heard anything else. This company has been scamming people left and right. I have already filled out a police report and gave the IP address and saved information. This company will be prosecuted.

I did receive a VERY GENERIC email bill to and ship to which has my address

.but thats it.

I’ve called always closed same email response

I clicked on a review for my TMobile service I had. Was told all I have to pay is 5.95 for shipping. After I clicked that and submitted for the 5.95 delivery fee of a galaxy phone I had motor charges on my card. Emails with no tracking number. No way to contact anyone. I want all my money back. First about was 19.95 and 29.95. consumer gadget depot is name of the company.

When ordering this product I was told I would only have to pay shipping and handling costs for this promotional product of $5.95. SINCE IT WAS PRIZE FOR SURVEY WITH “Walmart” This is what I was charged initially but then three days later I received another charge of $79.85 which was not otherwise and would like an explanation of why it was charged! AND then took my acct negative as it was outside payroll time

By charging this additional charge is falsely advertising the product at hand and criminal. If not resolved promptly, I will turn over to BBB and post to Facebook ware I acted upon add.

I was told to follow a questionair and I would recieve a gift card from walmart for 500.00. I did it and recieved a order confirmation # [protected]. I did have to pay for the shipping of 6.95. They got there money and I got nothing.

I have been waiting since March 22, 2023.

I cant seem to get ahold of anyone from consumergadgetsdepot. I have seen that they scam people all the time. Isnt this consumer fraud, or internet fraud?

I hope that they recieved some type of retrubution. 6.95 wont break me, its the idea they defrauded me that is the complaint.

On 12/01/2022 I responded to an ad on Facebook about if I ansered the question correctly I would win a Keurig coffee pot and all I would have to pay was for S&H $6.95. So I payed the $6.95 with my debit card. Then 3 days later the charged my care for 78.84 on the 3rd of Dec. I filed a dispute with my Credit union and it is still pending. The Ad on facebook was set up to look like a Walmart website. after I paid the 6.95 a few more website showup for more free thing I did not accept then a few more pages zipped by lasting only a few seconds so I was not able to read what was on the sites. This company has been doing this for a long time. they have several url's they use and different address's all over the US and they are all PO box rental company's. I don't know for sure but I'm thinking the main office is out of India. I'm wondering why these people are still doing this. they need to be shut down. I send several emails to them and called them and could never get through

On December 10, 2022, like many other people, I received an email stating that I had won an I phone14 and all I had to do was pay 6.95 shipping. I did so, but luckily I had 7.00 on a prepaid visa that I used, instead of my regular credit card. If I hadn't, they would have got me for more I'm sure! I only received an email with my order number( not tracking number) and a link to a website that has since gone up for sale.

I received an email into my direct inbox stating that I had won a free phone iPhone 14 from a McDonald's survey. Seemed legit, stated that I won a prize and only had to pay $2 for shipping. My card was charged $6.95 and they attempted to charge it again immediately after from another name, I can't remember because it was blocked. All the emails that I received were under the name Consumer Gadget Depot but was listed under the name Advance Deals Ultimate on withdrawal via credit card withdrawal. I received an email with an order number but nothing after that and that was on December 10th today is the 18th. Said shipping would be 3 to 5 days. Definitely a scam. Stealing money from people. False advertising, fraudulent charges and using McDonald's as a guise.

They used the McDonalds brand (Golden Arches), I didn’t notice until after I fell for their scam that the s was left off of McDonalds. I use the real McDonalds app. and did enter some sort of contest. I originally thought that is what this was…clearly I was wrong. On 12/11/22 I authorized $2 for shipping on an iPad they said I won in an email. They then took $6.95 out of my account then 3 days later they took another $69.95 out of my account. I called the number listed on the bank transaction and a Customer Support agent from another company, she said they take calls for multiple companies. I was then informed that I could only get 1/2 of the $69.95 back, even after I explained they were not authorized to take that money.

Yes, I received an email from your company. And paid for a, MacBook Pro. I'm an attorney, and I'm hoping that by reading the reviews below. I will not have to take you to court. Reading the comments below. I will not have a problem filling A class action law suit, against your company.. I advise you, if you do not want to find yourself, up to your next skin lawsuits. You will send me the correct item I ordered, and stop this false advertisement. I'm sending your customers one thing, and sending them something totally different. I patiently await a response. Before we have to take the next step..

I ordered a toolbox online it was debted from my account but 8 days later I haven't gotten anything from them they said it would be 5 to 7 days I am still waiting. If it isn't here or I don't get an email about this product I will file a complaint to the better business bureau. I wanted. the tool box for my husband and I can't replace it so please resolve this issue.

I bought a X-Box 360 Pro system from Consumer Depot at the end of november 2008 which I was told was refurbished by Microsoft and had a 1 year warrenty with them(microsoft). In less than 5 months the unit has the "red ring of death" and no longer functions at ALL! I called Microsoft and found out that not only was it not refurbished by them, but that it had been sent to them for repair before and had been tampered with and that they wouldnt even touch it for repair. So now I am 200.00 poorer and have a game console which I cannot get repaired for any amount of money! Consumer Depoy says they won't do anything at all to replace it or get it repaired for me. No customer service at all...

The company sent me an obviously used printer/copier when I ordered and paid for a new printer. It was not in the original packaging, the ink cartridge was already inserted and there was even a document in the copier. I obtained a return authorization and shipped the printer back. They have refused to credit the price of the return shipping $50 because they claim that the printer was not used, I had even sent them pictures of how the printer looked when I received it.

This is NOT a reputable company. There is a class action suit against them for numerous such cases.
