Conn's Home Plus lg television

I recently purchased a LGTV and a bedroom set in April of 2018. Now when I'm made the purchase I was told that the insurance covers damages theft and flooding. So with that being said I decided to use Conn's insurance instead of my own rental insurance. August 21 we had a horrible round of thunder storms and the Vibration knock a mirror of my wall and the mirror knocked my TV of the mantel. I called Conn's and spoke to a rep. The rep told me I was still under warranty and he would send a technician out. I chose a date which was Monday the 27th of August. I received a call from the technician who somehow received the wrong date and had a ticket for Friday the 24th. I had to work that day so I could not be home for him to fix the TV. Monday morning the technician called and said he would be at my home by 8:30. The technician came and upon entering he took on look at the tv and said because of two scratches on the screen he could not fix it under warranty. So I asked about the insurance I've been paying for. He said that insurance does not cover repairs. I would not have used your insurance had I known there wasn't any accidental coverage. I specifically asked the agent what all your insurance covered and said any and all damages and theft. I am still paying on this TV but I can't use it. Not to mention when my bedroom set was delivered it was the floor model from the store. And I know that because when I picked out my the set I noticed the dresser had a crack in the glass. As well as my bed was put together in a rush and a [censored]ty way (excuse my French) when I rearranged my room I noticed there are screws missing and the base broads are crooked. I'm usually not the one to complain but I feel as if I have been lied to and treated unfairly after being charged and still paying on 6, 000 of furniture with out any real insurance coverage and receiveing damaged floor model furniture. Can someone please let me know why I was told the insurance would cover damages and now I'm being told it doesn't.

Conn's Home Plus lg tv 75 inch

I dont care how much you need ANYTHING...DO NOT GO TO CONS. I purchased a 75 inch LG T.V. and a Samsung refrigerator. The delivery men assembled the tv and started taking pictures. That guickly got my attention.
They did not wait for me to install the internet, they quickly left my home. I installed the internet and the picture started to show lines and then the screen went black. I have been on the phone with CONS every day, it's like a 2nd job.
I have asked them several times to come get their merchandise but they refuse to come get anything. This is the 2nd biggest RIP off in Texas after the TOLLWAY. I get a call from Cons saying they would replace the tv, then the next day they accuse me of knocking the tv over.
I have called The Woodlands, Beaumont, Hutchins, Plano, I cant get an answer from anyone. Exchange the tv or come get the tv and refrigerator .
Cons PLEASE COME GET YO $#!+ !

Conn's Home Plus unethical behavior

Upon detailed review of my account (#[protected]), I discovered that there were several mis-handlings with my account. My sales rep provided me the wrong information about how much it would cost me to pay off my items in a year. Now, I am paying the ridiculous interest fees. After digging deeper, I discovered that I am paying for an item I did not purchase. I purchased a TV and a wall mount. However, my account show me paying for a TV and a desk chair. You have denied me the opportunity to take advantage of the COP option because I'm too late in my understanding. But I need my account adjusted to at least properly reflect the items I have in my possession. My account reflects a white executive chair (ZL049601ECU) for $199.99. It needs to show a Z-line Designs Mounting Kit (ZLMH3660TRS) for $129.99. I appreciate you making this adjustment.

Conn's Home Plus washer/ dryer and conn's customer care

I started having problems with my washer October of 2017. I had to call the repair department every week to make them do there job. I dealt with 3 different companies that had to come out to repair our washer. Nothing they did ever fixed the problem. It took 8 months for them to finally sumbmit for a replacement. Everytime I called the repair department they refused to give me a manager to talk to and just gave me whatever information they could to get me off the phone. A month after we got our replacement washer the dryer fried out after also being worked on 4 times. The fact that you can't get a delivery window when you pay for something is ridiculous. To tell me I have to wait until 9pm to get a call that then tells me when they will be here does not work for people. We plan our lives days in advance. I have had to pay money to go to the laundry mat for a year while also paying for a washer and dryer I couldn't use. This has been a waste of my money and my time

Conn's Home Plus furniture/lawsuit

Hello,
I have recieved letters in the mail from Attorneys about a Lawsuit from Conns for none payment, but I haven't received anything from Conns. I thought I had paid Conns off because I had paid off other debt and I stopped receiving bills from Conns but still received approved credit letters from Conns, which I still currently reciece, but when I realized I didn't pay it off, I called them and let them know that the furniture was destroyed in the Hurricane and asked was there anything that could be done, because I had to repair my house and get new furniture. I have been a loyal customer to Conns and have paid off other accounts. You guys were not even willing to work with me or contact me with a letter stating anything before this took place. We are just finishing repairing our house, now there is a lawsuit that could have been avoided. Need some help please. Thank you.

Conn's Home Plus worst customer service

I purchased three appliances from Conn's consumer appliance store in Katy, TX to be delivered to my home on Saturday 11th 2018 between 10am-1pm the delivery guys were a no show. They have the worst customer service department I have ever seen. They lied and said the delivery guys would be delivering on Sunday and did another no show claims brake problems. Do not buy from these crooks.

Conn's Home Plus tvs

In the past 20 days I have first purchased one 75inch lg tv. First tv was broken at the store before i left. Second tv I had to go pick up at wharehouse get it home mount it and it works for a week and cracks on the top right service goes to my home and they tell me its my fault that im outa luck really ima spend 2300 not including mount to break it i call and beg for them to inspect it further they tell me no I explain to them no cracks on outside not even a scratch and they tell me the screen on inside is broke how im telling you it developed and eventually expanded. To prove it i go and buy another tv lg 75 inch even more expensive . get it home mount it and guess what left lower corner has dead spots just like the first tv so i guess i like breaking them . so now what im stuck with useless junk ? What kind of company doeasnt honor at least an exchange to keep consumer happy and paying . im very sad at this point in the cuatomer service that i have recieved and will continue to complain in any channel that i can.

Conn's Home Plus washer and dryer delivery complaint

I purchased a washer and dryer on 7/25/18. It was delivered and set up. The service man did not test washer or dryer. 20 min's after they left we started a load of clothes. Water went all through the house. We immediately called conn's back to send service guy's back. In the meantime we called our insurance company to file a claim. Insurance company advised us to stop conn's at door leave washer and dryer alone we had an emergency call out to agent. Agent would want photos of items and they were not to be removed. Service guys arrived back at home 1 hr later said they would remove washer and reorder another one and they were not responsible for water damage in home. Service guy's were told not to remove washer we were waiting on emergency agent. There response was our manager said we couldn't speak to anyone and we had to remove washer immediately. Servpro came out for 5 day's to try and dry flooring and wall's i have 5, 000.00 dollar's worth of damage! I have called conn's at 12:06, 12:08 and again 12:26 pm on the same day to try and get some help. No one would reason with us! Management is rude and unprofessional. The dryer is still sitting in my home. I have called 3 times for conn's to pick up dryer now they are telling me there is a restocking fee! After my home has been destroyed i get a rude response of they won't pick up dryer i have to deliver it myself and then pay restocking fees. I'm in total shock of the unprofessional service with this company. I'm a paying customer and have been treated poorly. Photos of damage home should already be on file due to a claim being files with Allstate insurance

Conn's Home Plus tv delivered with cracked screen and was not taken out of box during delivery and setup

I purchased a 65" LG tv that was delivered on July 20th, and was not taken out of the box to be set up and checked before the delivery company left and I was not aware of the policy on the time frame to inspect merchandise for damage to report it so approximately 8 days later when the rest of furniture was delivered I opened the box to set up the TV and discovered it was damaged when I powered the screen on...and now I'm being told that there is most likely nothing that can be done because of not Reporting it within 3 days...I was never provided any information about this policy nor did the delivery company care to explain it...

Conn's Home Plus my brand new refrigerator

Purchased my Refrigerator about 6 months ago for $3000.
Thank God I purchased the extended Contract.

After 4 months later, the water comes out warm, all my veggies and fruit are
constantly frozen in the Fridge, and regardless of what button i push, the icemaker
will only disburse crushed ice.

I have made 4 attempts to go online and to make a service call, after I input my
information it comes out incorrect and says I have no account, even i am entering my
information from my on-line account that has my name and info.

After 4 attemps of calling each time on hold for more than one hour, giving up
on each case, I finally called customer service whom put a work order in for me.

Got a call today to state they will be there july 3rd between 8am and 4pm.
Now I have to miss a day of work to get my Fridge fixed.

Conn's Home Plus maytag washer

Problem:
I purchased a washer and dryer set. They were delivered on may 29th. Four days later I went to use the washing machine for the 1st time and it did not work. The latch would not lock. They delivered a defective washing machine to me. I contacted them immediately and informed them and they told me that I would have to get it serviced. I told them I did not want to pay for a defective washing machine. I purchased a brand new washing machine with the belief that it was in working order as expected. Conns refused to exchang the product and told me that I have to get it serviced. A serviceman came and told me that the entire control panel is defective and needs to be replaced. I once again called conns and informed them that they delivered to me a defective product and once again ask them to exchange it. They refused.

Conn's Home Plus lg lfx24623s refrigerator

I have had multiple issues and parts replaced on my refrigerator . Multiple serviceman has repaired different issues on my refrigerator. After my last repair I'm still having trouble. My refrigerator has E rF on it. My refrigerator is not cooling and my water and ice panel is not currently working. I had an appointment scheduled for 6/8/18 . Nobody called or came to my house . A no show. I want a new refrigerator not a LG brand. I want a refrigerator equal to the amount I paid.

My next step will be report this company to BBB and I will contract a consumer reporter at a tv channel.

Conn's Home Plus customer service/unauthorized credit inquiry

I visited a Conns on vacation in San Antonio Tx in March of 2018. One of the items I purchased was taken out of the box for the first time and it was damaged. The next day I immediately contacted Conns customer service and was given the run around for two months. I spoke to a lady named Mary from the San Antonio store that finally was able to speak with the Vice President and get a credit to my account where I was told to take the tv to the nearest Conns and exchange. Over the two months that I waited, I received horrible customer service from the customer service dept. I was given the run around, given wrong contact telephone numbers for repairs on tv, they mixed up what merchandise I was trying to get repaired, I was called a liar, I was harassed over three times daily about payments but promises for someone to call back from customer service were broken to me on many many occasions, notes from one call to the next were missing in customer service notes, some calls were notated other weren't. Finally I get to my nearest Conns store which I have previously filed a complaint on and never heard anything callback. For this also is the same reason I am complaining now. (running credit and horrible customer service) The manager had to contact the San Antonio store and was sent to read an email that stated I was to be given a credit in exchange for my merchandise. Unfortunately I am sad to say I did not leave the store with a tv and stayed inside the store for over and hour and 15 minutes for a simple exchange that did not happen. The manager pushed me off onto a sales associate that helped me find a tv. I told her what was going on and she sat me down like I was about to make a new purchase. She asked me what my social security number was and I immediately asked why did she need my social security number. She said she was looking up my account. I told her that is not how Conns looks up account information but that from my experience it was done by my phone number. I then asked her was she running my credit and she said No! I told her I did not want my credit ran especially on an exchange. She said No again that this is how she looks up my account she wasn't running my credit. She then stated that I must make a payment on my account before she can do anything else. I made the payment sat back down and she asked me for my social security number again, and I asked again was she running my credit and she said No! A few days later I receive notification that there was a recent credit inquiry from Conn's. I am very upset and feel like I was manipulated and deceived. I wasted my time and I still do not have my merchandise but am stuck with a credit inquiry and a bill that is higher than I should be paying and no one has contacted me.

Conn's Home Plus collection agency

Phone operator by the Name of Jaylen from the San Antonio location was very confrontational and rude over the phone regarding past due account.
Saying quote " can you even afford it?"
" you've only made like a payment and a half "

ReadIn off from the notes everything they have made contact with me and saying quote " you keep giving us the run around and said you were going to make a payment and ‘ that didn't happen so.. ‘

I asked her what her point was and stated that I'm confused as to why she's coming off confrontational and her response was quote " well I'm just trying to help bring your account out of collections and it looks like we didn't because you're still there "

Mind you this conversation with Jaylen the operator happened right after I was explaining the my situation with the operator who originally called me. I guess she put her on the line because she was having trouble getting a payment out of me so it seems as if Jaylen came on the line with a bit of anger or frustration. She really wanted to make it a point that I could not afford it and made hints at if I was working the right job.

I work in sales so the industry fluctuates. I've been in a rut with my finances but still work 70 hours a week. To start my Sunday off with a confrontational and bashing phone call from the Conns Homeplus team was not the way I intended to start my day.

I've been meaning everything right intention to catch up on my payments. It's a bed frame so I can sleep off the ground and a laptop computer from which I work. These are items I need and am happy to pay for.

After my experience this morning I'm not sure if I want to give anymore of my hard earned money to a place that made me feel worthless on my day off of work...

I hope to hear back from anyone who cares.

Conn's Home Plus living room furniture

I decided to end my rental agreement in February 2018. I called multiple times from February 25 until today and have yet to reach anyone willing to take my complaint. I've been trying to have the furniture picked up as I inherited some and they won't send anyone. They asked me to drop it off at a Rent A Center in Baton Rouge and they refused to take it. So after burning my own fuel not to mention the labor to load and unload it, it still sits wrapped up under my carport as it has since February and it's now May 15. I'll be calling corporate in the morning. This place is a JOKE! Never again.

Conn's Home Plus microwave

I have been trying to get a microwave for over a month and as of today it's still not repaired. I've been told a service manager would get in contact with me and to this day, I have not received a call. I've been transferred over to service managers and they never answer phone or even able to leave message.
today I receive a message that parts are in and I called to schedule to come back and and within 5 minutes of talking, I receive another text saying parts are being ordered. I raved the same msg last Wednesday when tech left.
This is the worse customer service I've ever had to deal with and the wait time is horrible. It's over 30 minutes each time I call. I was warned about purchasing from Conns. I will not ever purchase anything else from their.

Conn's Home Plus financial service & customer service

Unbelievably Horrible Customer Service! From the beginning the delivery people scratched the front of the refrigerator and tried to act like it didn't happen. The 12 month same as cash was absolute BS! The customer service agents are incompetent and rude AF! I asked on 2 different occasions for a member of management to contact me and it never happened. They are absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, they are extremely polite and helpful in the store when they want you to make a purchase. But after that they treat you like crap.

Conn's Home Plus harassment and horrible customer service

due to a financial situation my husband and i have fallen behind on our account with conns.. they aren't very helpful when it comes to working with them. they cannot take a partial payment, hell they wont even take whatever we can give for a missed payment.. it has to be their minimum amount. ALL of the customer service reps are so rude. we are now behind on payments, and they will call daily every hour on the hour as early as 7am and as late as 9pm. beyond harassment! and each phone call is from a different number. some of the numbers you call back and it doesnt connect to anyone. is this even legal?

Conn's Home Plus 65 “ tv (unhappy customer)

Manager at the conns in houston tx Nancy Garcia was very rude and disrespectful as my family purchased a Tv and had to return it twice due to damages to the Tv the manager told us if we would have not damaged it she would not have to replace it again and never sends a sale person to help Asst finding another TV she also expressed that if we come back to her store she can't help us . Manager and staff need more training on working with customer service.

Conn's Home Plus refrigerator

I haven't had my Samsung fridge a year, and already I had to call Conn's for a service repair. My fridge stop working 4/2/2018. It has been two weeks of me spending money for food. It is now 4/17/2018, and my fridge is still not working. I called Conn's service repair 4/3/2018 they came 4/4/2018. Haven't heard from them since that first visit. Call customer service talked to Carla. Carla, wanted to talk about the fact if she extended my payment (cause it was due 4/14/2018) that I would loose my one year option pay off plan. Then she proceeded to say may I help you with anything else (or something like that) I stated you didn't do anything!.
