Conn'scustomer service/repair service/warranty service

Conn's was great at taking my money and delivering the Maytag Washer and Dryer that cost me $3, 700.00 (including $400.00 each for service contract).
I purchased around July 6th, 2017 and by end of July, 2017 Dryer stopped working.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in San Antonio, TX
Called to make appointment for warranty service. Called multiple times and was finally give Gerald's Appliance Repair in Comfort, Texas as a contact.
Contacted Gerald's Appliance Repair for warranty service. Today is August 17th, 2017 and still NO SERVICE!!!

    I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to come replace a part that is broken on my fridge. I keep calling to never get an answer. I'm just going to report them to the BBB and will never buy from them again. Yet they want their payment though. Guess what Conn's it's going on food that me and my kids are using to eat out. Come fix my damn fridge or I will take you to court
