We at would like to thank all our customers that do support us and clearly understand all our policies! It seems we have some complaints about customers being able to return products! Our Return policy is simple and clearly stated on website as well as our invoices! We offer a 30 day return period. If you return a product to us for a refund you are subject to a 15% restocking fee! When you order from us you put us to work and when you return product you also put us to work and 15% helps cover those operating expenses. Customers need to take some responsibility for there purchases! Our policy states that customers are responsible for returning defective product back to us. The reason for this policy is because 90%of all returned defective product is tested good on arrival however if the product is tested bad we send the customer a gift certificate redeemable on our website to cover any shipping cost and then some! If one of our products are defective we want the opertunity of replacing that product and getting you great service! Lets face it, electronics are sometimes defective and people need to realize that! And give the company that they made a buying committment too to replace it and make good on it! Instead of just asking for their money back! will not charge a restocking fee if you decide you want store credit! We will give you 100% store credit on your original purchase! So within that 30 days form purchase we must provide you with a replacement, store credit, or refund minus the restocking is know for unbeilevable prices and if we wre to take on the Corporate publically traded return policy then we would have to raise our prices and we do not want to do that! We feel we offer a fair and effecient return policy. We are growing everyday and making changes for the better. Being that everyones problem may be different we offer a complaints dept at [protected] that will be able to resolve any unfair issues that you feel you have recieved from our company. If you are going to leave bad feadback try emailing the complaints dept first and they will assist you!
unfortunately bad news travels alot further than good news and has so many succes stories that peolple never hear about! We are sorry for any inconvience to any customer and strive everyday to make our company better. We are only human and strongly beleive that we are one of the better online computer companies
