I went in to this shop to purchase a new gaming rig, after being rudely ignored for the 15 mins i was walking around their shop, bear in mind i was the only ###ing customer in the shop i went to the counter to get some assistance.
The "technican" and i use that term very very lightly managed to pull himself away from what looked to be some kind of torrent downloading service and greeted me with a rude grunt, i proceded to talk to him about a new i7 processor which he laughed in my face and said "mate, its a intel 17 ( seventeen ) processor, Do you really need somthing like that ? " i continued to explain that i wanted the best machine i possibly could get and that i wanted sli with watercooling on both the gpu and cpu. He told me that there was no such thing as watercooling and that only a " ###ing ### " would be the kind of person to use water inside a computer. I left after that and i will never go back to that shop again.
they managed to lose at least $5000 from that one sale as i purchased it from another shop in belmont called "Dcomp" fully equiped with sli GTX285 and a core I7 965. i am more than happy with the service i recived from " Dcomp" but am appauled with Computer Pitstip.

I have many friends who share the same hobbies as i do and i can assure you that not one of them will enter computer pitstop again.

What a load of crap. We sell watercooling units and always find high end builds or computers with specific needs interesting so naturaly we are keen to move a sale with watercooling ect. In fact we do our own fabrication to improve our watercooling kits which, I might add, we have been selling for around 2 yrs and one kit has been running for well over 2years.

The system we claim to have lost $5000 wouldnt of even come close to 3000. If the above paid 5000 dollars for that system well good for you however I doubt the above poster is legitimate.

What a load of BS. I've never seen anything high end in a Dcomp shop. Their top "gaming" rigs, if you can call them that, would be laughed at by semi-hardcore gamers.
