COMPUTER BROADBAND SERVICES / ORANGE BROADBAND
I have a lot of problems with Orange Broadband taking money out of my account and charging me large amounts of money for services I have not received and refusing the put the money back. I have tried to contact them for 6 months telling them that they are making mistakes with my account but nothing seems to be done and the money is not put back. The Customer Services telephone tells us that it is sorted and that our money will be put back but it has not yet after 6 months. I am at my wits end as to how to solve this problem and would be extremely grateful if you can help me.
Orange.fr has not email address and their phones are very very expensive to call.
