These sites are operated by a company called CompuTechnologies, and I would like to share with everyone an outrageous experience with them.

On March 14, 2011, an order was placed on their site. Following the placement of the order, a very strange email was received showing no return address and no contact information, and containing FIVE PAGES of pseudo-legal mumbo-jumbo. Within that text, a promise was made for another followup email within 5 business days with further details.

That email never came.

Finding no contact information in the email and then going back and finding no contact information on the site itself, an inquiry was made with the credit card used. The inquiry resulted in no response from the merchant, CompuTechnologies.

About a month later, a letter was received from CompuTechnologies. This letter was the most bizarre thing imaginable. For starters, it was dated 3 months prior to the sale date. But, that was only the beginning. What followed in the letter was two pages chock full of lies, along with a $60 “penalty” for disputing the charge, along with a blatant threat to send it to a collection agency and report it to the major credit agencies.

I sent them a reply with a vehement response, clearly illuminating their deceptive practices and lies. They then sent a bill for my "penalty" to a collection agency.

I've deal with this company all the time and in fact we've been dealing with them for years now. NEVER NEVER NEVER had a single problem. We read exactly what the instructions are and follow them! Everyone nowadays uses a contact form and that's all you have to do. Its obvious these people dont bother to read what is clearly stated something like 3 times. If a company is saying something 3 times over, guess what, that's the way you do it. Our company has made something like 20-30 purchases over the past 3 months and we have received them in nothing less than 10 days.

We order an item, pay for it, leave it at that, they send us the tracking info, how to contact them and what the terms are that we had agreed to. Why would a company have to repeat itself all the time? Its because people like that one's above that are complaining about who knows what, don't bother to read anything, they are lazy and want basically everything handed to them. We've completed the form, and less than 10 hours got a response back. Sounds like these people, especially the one's complaining about a $5 item, need to find other things to do.

Its funny how these people make all these generalized comments that do not mean anything. They take their shots with obvious lies with nothing to back their statements up. They are just taking shots at a business without any real evidence of anything they say. Whats also funny is that these people make comments, and the company itself is basically repeating what we have known about when making a purchase and the fact the company has to send reminder notices over what they legally agree to and displayed point blank in front of them. Yeah, they have to go to the point of displaying what people agree to in point blank range in front of them, and once again they don't bother to read anything, they make their assumptions, make fake stories, and then disappear.

Sellers have to deal with this type of BS all the time, that's why we no longer deal with people with eBay type purchases and deal only with companies. Its pathetic to see people complaining about $5 items, in which the company more than likely just cancelled their orders because they don't want to deal with the pain in the butts those type of people are, and they ramble on still thinking that the order was processed, when they don't even check their credit cards. That's the type of intelligence you have to deal with when you deal with trash from eBay!

James Bulter, the lying hick, lets get the facts straight, another classic example of another illiterate that cant read. First off, HE BOUGHT THE ITEM LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO AND IS READY COMPLAINING! Lets add the information that this lying [censored] just so happened to have mysteriously left out. First he claims to have contacted the number, well catch this lying bs artist in #1 the fact that he claims to have dialed the number he mysteriously leaves out the obvious that clearly states that if your a current customer to use the contact form only and there's a direct link just below the phone number! Did hickoliar use it NO! If he found where the number was, then why didnt he bother click on the link that says Contact Us, but instead he clicks on another link. Did hickoliar ever use the contact us link NO! The fact that he makes some [censored] claim that he never received an email confirmation is the fact that the last part of the checkout was the invoice, and what does the last part say, CONTACT METHOD in bold print, its says clearly not use any other method other then the contact link. The fact that hicokoliar does the same exact thing as the [censored] from Florida and we basically have to repeat ourselves once again about the same crap is proof of how we have to deal with idiots like these two! Hickoliar you dont have to worry about product arriving because we cancelled your order! Why do they give credit cards to stupid people! Got to sit here wasting our time defending our company on account of [censored] liars like these two that once again have to state lying claims when they just so happen to mysteriously leave out the actual facts that would see that they are nothing but a bunch of [censored]es that cant even read!

Reason why we dont send out emails is clear. If we sent out emails, then you'd have a method of vioalting our polices. We even have idiots like these to replying back to emails stated as noreply@dontrepyhere.com, or the first two lines of the emails stating dont reply to this email surrounded by large asterisks around it. Idiots like these two cant even read 1 line of an email. Its because of [censored]s like these two is why these procedures are in place. They expect a company to have people sitting there 24 / 7 at all hours just to answer a question about there $5 purchase. Idiots like these two have to be told over and over again what they claim to have read numerous times. You really think anyone wants to deal with idiots like these two! Butler is too f'n stupid oh its says im not supposed to do that, but even though its stated on the next line of the phone number, this [censored] does it anyhows, then he [censored]es and complains. The fact that you have a method of contacting the company, the fact is Rodgerues and Butler are too lazy and impatient to complete a 10 second form.

Oh lets get the facts straight! [censored] #1 with the $6.64. Another typical Florida idiot that cant read anything. First, makes a purchase and doesnt even wait 1 week before he starts [censored]ing and complaining about the shipment status. Not only does he purposely violates policies, the fact that he uses someone elses credit card to make the purchase. Typical stupid idiot! (1) legally agrees to the terms and conditions of the sales which (a) states and its stated on the checkout, that we only respond to the actual account holder and despite saying that point blank infront of his face, he puts someone elses name. So unless you had a sex change and changed your name from Peter to Anibal Rodriquez, YOU KNEW that we were not going to reply to you unless it was Anibal. (2) despite again the checkout saying dont put any other email address other than the cardholder, he puts his name instead of Anibal. We should of immediately blacklisted this idiot and not even taken his order. He goes on and [censored]es and complaints saying there's no number, but yet on the same day of when he makes his [censored] claims, he completes a contact us link, and what does he do, says and signs the document saying he already knows about the shipment time frame, and knows that we do not answer any emails from anyone else except the cardholder. What does this morn do, completes the form in his name, his signature and he's not even the cardholder. So keep on with your [censored] lies. We have the actual purchase order showing the exact shipment, and went to Anibal Rodiquez, 1398 NE 33rd Ave Unit 111, Homestead FL 33033. All these statements are clearly stated and this [censored] signed it, knowing full well of what was stated and he knew it. Just another lying [censored] artist trying to pull his BS. We falsfies a sales order pretending to be the cardholder, lies on documents, and purposely falsifies statements. It clearly states we dont answer phone calls and the only accepted form of communication is via forms, because we catch [censored] artists like Peter Rodridges pretending to be someone else and then spreads his lies trying to make people believe his bs! All this crap over a $3.50 item. Total complete lying bs artist!

First thing you people have to do is learn how to read. You people dont bother to read anything. Despite completing a sales order and saying left and right saying you read and agreed to the terms an conditions, you sit there purposely lying believing your own BS. Despite the facts that in two different sections that ask you if you read and agreed to the terms, and saying you did, you dont bother reading anything. Just making up your [censored] lies. The fact is the second you complete the checkout, are purposely displayed a point blank copy of the terms and conditions to make sure your fully aware of them. Big surprise that your comments are nothing but BS. If you bothered to read the policies, obviously non of you did, it says clearly to use the contact form. The contact us links are all over every single landing page, so keep on with your lying bs claims. Terms and conditions clearly state four to six weeks for delivery, so if any of your buyers actually know how to read, it clearly states that and its labeled clearly, so dont sit there with your lies, and making bs statements without dictating the truth. When you dont get the product after the clearly stated shipment time frame then you have a right to complain. The first statement in the terms state, these are the terms that the company is willing do business, it also states if you dont agree with any part of it, go some place else. These terms are clearly stated prior to any any checkout or payment is accepted. These so called buyers stated legally that they read and agreed to them, and they place checkmarks that state they claimed to have read them. After the order's been processed, they get email after email which clearly states how to contact the company. Its obvious you would state lies when there are contact links all over the website, which obviously these liars have not bothered to do so. The terms and conditions were clealry stated upfront, these people stated numerous times they have read and agreed to them, and its documented purposely because of liars like these people. They are displayed immediately after the purchase purposely because of people like these, we also send 2 different copies afterwards because of people like this, so if you dont like the terms buy the item some where else, you purchased the item and are under a legal agreement with no leg to stand on. When the item is delivered 6 weeks and 1 day after the stated time frame, then you can [censored] and complain all you want. You stand there [censored] and complain, making it mysteriously when you dont bother to state the reality of the actual facts, just want to throw your [censored] statements to make everyone thing your the innocent victim.

Same problem here. This company is a scam. they never sent me an email to let me know if order was confirmed and charged me $6.64. its been 2 weeks!

Same problem here. Never received any conformation e-mal. Already charged my CC. My CC co. gave me a phone # associated with them. Phone # is disconnected. Big surprise.

I am having the same problem right now. I have never recieved the email they stated I would be sent regarding customer support site, to inquire about shipment of purchased part. I have been unable to contact the company, thru the email address noted on their website (comes back undeliverable) and have left 2 voicemails over the past 10 days since I ordered the part. It seems I will be having to contact the FTC regarding my stolen $8.53.

This is the idiot referred to as PauL Arking. This physco makes all these claims that he nver got the item he received. Fact was it was delivered 10 days after the purchase and he initiated a false chargeback claiming he never go the item. All the documents he obtained from our company in the emails, he purposely altered them to make it look like he was the victim. He then send some 10 lbs of all the emails send with a blackmail altimatum. Which was basically remove him from collections or he'd post this gargage about us. We were not going to send for his crap and he has a schedule court date pending in January 2012. We simply had enough of his bs and decided to sue him for copyright infrigngement, slander, theft of intect. properties and defermation. Just another typical NY ### thinking that he can get away with anything they want.

Anyone interested in looking at the documents feel free to poast request here. We have no problem showing the truth about what this idiot was trying to do.
