We have had Comporium for over 20 years, it is the worst service ever.
They change their due date every month so your late and the service is god awful. We are suppose to get 7 speed which is still pretty crappy, but we are only getting 1 right now. They were suppose to come out an cover open wires 2 months ago and never showed back up! Our bill every month is 60 and it is so not worth it. We may as well have dial up, its that bad! They know that we do not have cable here and they take advantage of the situation. We've even been told that they are all we have. Well when cable does get here, you'll be eating those words!

Have lived literally all over the country and had numerous companies for internet. Comporium has the nicest ppl, but I will say they are the worst service for the worst price we have ever had. Our internet service is out or shotty on/off every week. Have had techs out/changed routers numerous times/rented their plume connectors for whole house coverage, etc. NOTHING. Service out again & hubby is attempting to work from home & kids trying to school at home. It’s ridiculous. I would tell anyone looking to move to charlotte area, DONT DO IT!
Agree. One of the worst companies EVER. Customer service is non-existent and their WiFi speeds are much slower than advertised (but you can’t get anyone on the phone to complain about it).
I agree! The internet speed is terrible. There should be a reduction in monthly rate.
