I am not aware of agreeing to any payments to this company. The only connection I can make is with Ryan Air and a discount voucher of £20 off the next flight booked with them.
I am very unhappy about this. I have only just spotted it.
I have contacted my card provider to stop any further payments. I want to know how to reclaim the money paid out.

Hi
I only just noticed your company has deducted £15 a month from my debit card account since July 2015, I don't know who you are, I've never signed up for anything like that online and I would never sign up for this sort of thing for the only reason that I don't trust these sort of savings companies.
So I want all the money that I paid for nothing back. I have notified my bank already. You owe me £495 by my calculations.
How can I get in touch with you so we can sort this out?

I've been caught by this savings scheme through Trainline.
I thought I noticed the scheme and backed out because I really don't buy train tickets very often, once or twice a year. Got my two lots of £15 back.
Referred the matter to watchdog, BBC x-ray and Martin Lewis's money program. Needs investigation and publicity to stop them behaving like this.

I will not be using trainline again either as can't be trusted not to have some linked [censor] like them tricking people in to signing up.

The same thing happened to me! I have just found out they charged me twice already for the service which I am totally not aware of. I seldom do online shopping and the only time I did is to try to buy a train ticket online (finally without success) during my trip in UK. I have instructed the bank to suspend my card with immediate effect. Please stop charging me and refund me 30 pounds.

I noticed £15 on my statement and knew nothing of this company when I contacted my credit card company they said I had paid it the previous month also. They cancelled my card and issued me with a new one, they are now dealing with this. The only thing I can think is that when i bought something from ARGOS on line it came up and said I could get a voucher off another purchase I do not remember signing up for anything and like someone else said above, I did not get any paperwork from this company saying I was now a customer. Total scammers and I will be very careful in future when buying on line. I wonder how many people they have scammed so far. I will be contacting Argos to tell them about this also as it would put me off ordering from them again.

All,
I have the same issue. I thought I was signing up for a one-off discount to get £15 pounds off my Argos order. I was moving house at the time and now that everything has settled down I realise that they have been taking £15 a month off me, for a service that I have not used. Tried to call the free phone number, but I can't get through. I'm now waiting for a reply to my email. I'm surprised that a company like Argos would promote this service. I going to write to them next and complain. I hope my money is returned.

Exactly the same. My 70 year old wife bought a trainline ticket and somehow must have clicked a button that gave authority to 'Complete save' to deduct £15 a month. It seems that it is a trick at the end of the payment process where you think you are getting a discount from trainline, but you're actually unknowingly signing up with the tricksters. No matter what they say or how they try and justify things, the bottom line is that it is a trick. I will not buy tickets again from trainline because they are fully aware of what is going on. Indeed, exactly the same sort of thing happened through trainline with another company, perhaps a decade ago. Boycott trainline, or whichever service got you into the mess, and publicise widely that that 'Complete save' are tricksters, and trainline clearly know all about the problems we are experiencing.

My bank Halifax were useless and came down on their side completely so I emailed the following (which may be useful to you) and got a full refund (second attempt)

To: Complete Savings Customer Service;
Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for your email dated 5th June 2017, requesting details of my so called membership with you organisation and for which, I have sent you all details the Halifax bank has provided me with. Strange to say that you can't identify me but this does not stop your organisation from making unauthorised deductions from my bank under a name which is not the account holder's proper and legal name!

As already stated in my email to you dated 1st June 2017, my mane is Xxxx Xxxx. I do have a middle name which happens to be Martin, as is the name your organisation used to take thirteen (13) unauthorised deductions of £15 from my account since March 2016. Please note that the Halifax account holder name is Xxxx Martin Xxxx NOT Martin Xxxx, as you suggest. My current address is; XX XXXX, Xxxxx, London Nxx xxX. My previous address was; XX XXXX, Xxxxx, London Nxx xxX where I lived at the time you took the first unauthorised deduction of £15.

As per the link I sent you in my email to you dated 1st June 2017, it would seem that your organisation has being using unfair and underhand methods of defrauding innocent and vulnerable people

Complete Save — fraud

Misleading practices are illegal under current legislation - see consumer protection act. Your organisation's underhand dealings has caused me weeks of serious stress, time and costs spent in taking the necessary action to recover my funds and will be averred as both UNLAWFUL and VEXATIOUS.

If your organisation can not supply me with clear and comprehensive evidence, i.e. the 6 points, requested in my email to you dated 1st June 2017; then your organisation's behaviour is a breach of the Consumer Protection From Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

Consequently, if your organisation does not refund me the thirteen (13) unauthorised deductions of £15 from my account since March 2016 (£195), I will initiate legal action and file reports with the appropriate authorities, including, but not limited to, Trading Standards, Office of Fair Trading, Information Commissioners Office, Advertising Standards Authority, Financial Ombudsman Service and possible court action.

I hope that this will not be necessary and I would appreciate your due diligence in this matter.

I look forward to hearing from you in writing.

Yours faithfully
Xxxx Xxxx

The 6 points were:
1. Proof of order by me Xxxx Xxxx
2. Signed contract / application for membership by me Xxxx Xxxx
3. Proof of consent by me Xxxx Xxxx
4. Proof of delivery accepted by me Xxxx Xxxx
5. Proof of any activity by me Xxxx Xxxx
6. Proof of any recorded correspondence sent by you to me Xxxx Xxxx

I only just found out that I have been paying £15.00 since last February after visiting the 'I want one of those' website to purchase something.
I told Complete saving that I must have been under the impression that it was a discount for that company.
I have paperless billing for my Credit card and pay by direct debit and have just been trying to just pay off my balance so I have not used the card or checked the account as I was not expecting any transaction to be on there.
I am shocked at how much I have paid for nothing.
I spoke to someone at complete save and they said they will cancel and they have refunded me 3 months payments.

If you are a victim of this company and you are looking for some real contacts for this company then google webloyalty international, the business name. The head of the company is called Guy Chiswick and you can look up the other 3 names on their website. Their offices, of you wish to talk to these people in person to ask for your money back are at 2 Harewood Place, London W1S 1BX. Telephone is +[protected]. That's where the decision makers sit. Their call centers are at Sentinel House, Airspeed Road, Portsmouth Hampshire PO3 5RF and at 23 Route de crassier, 1263 Eysins. Their phone number is +[protected]. Next time you are between Geneva and Lausanne look them up, I am sure they will be happy to answer you why they took your money without your knowledge or consent.
Upon further research I found the two registered signatories for their Swiss company: Lise Edwige Hanhart, who lives in Nyon and Martin Lawrence David Child who also lives in Nyon. Feel free to contact them to share your feedback with them.

Scam! Bought rail tickets for a visit to dublin and have been charged 15 euros a month ever since - 11 months! 165 euros! As a previous post, my son passed away, hence my slipping on keeping a watch on my accounts, otherwise would have spotted it earlier. That is not their fault it went on this long before i caught it, but it is a total scam... No one signed up for a discount site that would charge money every month on their credit card - no one! People are hood-winked into thinking it was a once off discount on their current purchase. Completesave know it and we know it - so "mary" no need to leave your bull #### comments here... Shame!

I also have the same problem. I bought tickets from National express and signed for what I thought was a 15 pound refund. I didn't understand i was signing up for a membership at all. I didn't get an email confirming a membership at completesavings either which would be the case for any other place where you knowingly sign up as a member. So I have paid 15 pounds a month since last August for this membership. I read on another site that some people have had refunds so it might be an idea to give them a call. I will certainly do that.

I have sent email to your customer service. So, give me back my money and stop take my money from my account.

Sent two emails, rang once, all to no avail . Spent 40 minutes on fone talking with HSBC when they finally told me I had bought items in debenhams before Xmas . They gave me a 15% on next purchase discount which I never used . Move on 6 weeks and they take £15 from my bank . Can only assume debenhams and complete save are in cahoots .
