This is the second time I do complaint coz my first complaint was no response from Pos laju. I sent my facial product to my client from selangor to Sarawak with tracking no:EH [protected] MY. But the item was not received by client & found out lost . I had do my lost item & claim report on 16/5 at pos laju jenjarom. Everything document was complete submitted. But no news for 2 months since I submitted report . So I submitted my complaint through Pos laju website, The complaint was successfully submitted. But I had been waiting for a months still no respond from Pos laju. Since there is no respond from Pos laju on my first complaint, today I submitted again complaint . Kindly feed back to me ASAP .i really fed up with Pos laju services .
