Compaq - Compaq Presario Notebook / Cachback Not Paid

My cashback has not been paid.

I purchased two Compaq Preario Laptops. I submitted the required details for the cashback offer and received back from them two emails detailing that my two cashbacks would be paid on 29-Jan-2009 and 24-Feb-2009.

It is now 12-Feb-2009 and I still have not received my first cashback. I have tried to contact compaq promotions and have not been able to get through to them, so I have left messages with them with full contact details. They have not returned my calls.
