Commerece Bank / Website
For over 72 hours commercebank.com/preapproved has been out of order. I have contacted the bank multiple times and the customer service can only give me the "check back in an hour, it might be working then" excuse. How difficult is it to just fix your website? It's so annoying.

Nowadays, if you don't have a reliable online banking website you're going to lose customers. It shouldn't take 72 hours to fix a section of your website. Hire a tech person. You should already HAVE one. This is ridiculous. You're such a small bank, you'd think you'd know better to make such a blatant mistake.
