Comfort inn of south Medford / customer service
I stayed at the comfort inn July 7th thru the 9th. I was double charged for the room. On top of being double charged they got my credit card mixed up with someone else's. So because of this mishap my account was overdrawn 5 days which ended up costing me $175.00 in overdraft fees and no one at the motel offered to compensate me for that and I still haven't got my refund. I did talk to someone when this first happened and was told it would be taken care of but nothing has been done. I've been calling to talk to the manager but she will not return my phone calls. Needless to say this has been one of the worst cases of customer service I have ever seen!
